I had a dog (pitbull mix) that passed at 14 years old last year and I often took care of my aunt’s dog (redhound mix) that lived until she was 16, so I can handle senior care for dogs. I have lived with cats in the past and have experience cat sitting as well.

Alison and Cody were great! Easy to get along with, understanding, and very trustworthy. We did a meet & greet last week, and then did a walk together last night. Have already booked them again for an extended trip in July!

Alison did a great job with our two cats while we were away for a week. Very professional, understanding of feline behavior, and took the time to know them. We've asked her to come back & stay with Boo & Tyson when we do a short trip in September. I would recommend Alison to any pet parent.

Alison took great care of our dog Brooke! She was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Alison even went the extra mile by dropping Brooke off at our wedding venue to take a few photos with us and then picking her up so we could enjoy the rest of our day.

Schedule
I have a flexible schedule in the summertime and have a job outdoors that I can take dogs to, though they would just have to get along with other dogs if I bring them to work.

Safety, trust & environment
My home is just as welcome to pets as it is to humans. I have a large shared (unfenced) yard space and love taking dogs on (leashed!) walks around my neighborhood and surrounding mountains/natural areas. I have 3 years experience cat sitting as well.
A typical day
I am surrounded by mountains, rivers and streams and am more than willing to bring a dog with me to these areas on a leash. If they are comfortable in a car I am always willing to take them on an adventure.
