“Joel was very attentive to our dogs. My lab/hound mix is so afraid of new people but Buddy didn’t even bark at Joel. He introduced his dogs to my dogs in his backyard and took us through a tour of his home during the meet and greet. Joel took lots of photos and updates which we appreciated. Our dogs always looked comfortable and relaxed. He was able to give both dogs their medicine daily. And somehow our dogs came back smelling even better than they did when we dropped them off! “Ben has been a fantastic overnight sitter for my golden retriever. My dog stays at his house, where he also has two friendly dogs that get along great with mine. Ben sends regular updates and photos—usually of the dogs out on walks or my dog happily getting belly rubs—which I really appreciate. He also has a great fenced-in backyard where the dogs can safely play. The best sign of all was that my dog was genuinely excited to see Ben again on a repeat visit. I’ll definitely continue using Ben in the future and highly recommend him. 🐾”
“This was perfect for what I needed. We had no local friends or family that could take our cat. We were going to be away but he couldn't be at the house because we were having work done on it while we were gone. They took our cat into their home. I was surprised to see they had other cats when I arrived. But one question on the survey was if your pet does well with other cats, which he does, but cats tend to not be friendly with new cats initially so I was a bit worried they'd fight, but they had a separate area, a sun room that they allowed Sox to adjust in and during the week they had sent pictures of him being inside the home on the couch so obviously it was fine. I actually never met or dealt with Sarah only her Mom. Which I felt was odd. I was expecting the person pictured, the person I paid. Her Mom was lovely and clearly there were no issues and my cat was returned safely to me, I just felt it was odd the Sarah was sleeping or "resting because she works a lot" both times I was there. I didn't take any stars off my review for that, because again the service accomplished what I needed which was my cat to be cared for outside of my home.”
