“Tim and his family took absolutely wonderful care of Togo! 🐶 Togo can be a bit of a trouble eater, but Tim and his family were incredibly patient and really went the extra mile to make sure he was comfortable and eating well. They tried different approaches and truly cared about making sure he was happy and settled. They made Togo feel completely at home, which gave us so much peace of mind. Communication was excellent throughout the entire stay — Tim regularly shared updates and pictures, which meant a lot to us. Our flight was unexpectedly delayed, and they were kind enough to accommodate Togo for a couple of extra hours at the last minute without any hesitation. That flexibility and understanding really meant so much. We are so grateful and would absolutely trust Tim and his family with Togo again. Highly recommend!”

We were in a pinch from out of state and she responded immediately, was willing to do a meet prior to ensure it was all ok and coordinated with multiple people in my family for drop offs and pick ups throughout the long weekend. She really observed Geti to ensure she was as comfortable as possible and gave her all the cuddles. Geti was able to go freely in and outside and relax by the window.
