About: I’ve been taking care of pets my entire life, and my family and friends look to me if they need me to dog sit (or pet sit) when they’re away or unavailable. I love animals, and so getting to take care of furry friends is an absolute treat!! I’m currently attending college, so monday and wednesday mornings im out of the house from 8-12. any other time, if given enough notice, i can be available for you and your pets! I live in a family home with my dog daisy, who is very friendly and about 14 years old now. She never fails to be entertained, and I love her with all my heart. I will do the same for your pets :)

“Amy not only came through on very short notice, she was kind, professional and accommodating. Tango - who had only been sat by family members prior to this - immediately felt comfortable and welcome. He had a ball, was well cared for and even got a bath and nail trim for an extremely reasonable additional charge. Amy is close to the retreat we were on, which was part of the reason why we chose her, but I would seriously consider making the 2-hour trip to her if Tango needed sitting again, regardless of her proximity to where I was going.”

So I planned my vacation around the days when Loida was available because I can trust Yarra to her. Yarra was super excited to get to Loida's house, I rarely see my dog so acutely happy. It was like reuniting with family. Loida sent me updates and pictures during Yarra's 10-day stay, noting her appetite, activity and mood. Loida and her son played with Yarra and gave her plenty of love. My dog can be quite fussy about food, but Loida has been making perfect adjustments to her meals. 10 days is a long time for a German shepherd to be away from her pack, but when I came back to pick her up Yarra was healthy and happy.
