“I was in a bind. We were coming to Cannon Beach for a wedding and at the last moment, our dogsitter had to bail and we decided to bring our dog with us. He is an anxious dog who doesn't do great with change when I'm not personally there with him, but of course I could not bring him to the wedding. Enter: Gina! Even though it was very last minute (only one day to turnaround), Gina really stepped up. She came and stayed at our hotel room all evening with Digby and walked him along the beach so that I could actually enjoy the wedding. The peace of mind she provided me with her great care and service was invaluable. She immediately seemed to understand his (and my) anxieties and put us both at ease. She was sweet and gentle with my 10 year old pup and I would absolutely ask her to do it again (if I encounter the situation again). From the moment she met him, she knew exactly how to gain his trust and make sure he knew that everything was going to be ok!”

“Jeanette took wonderful care of our little Tiger. As a blind dog, he requires assistance with a number of different tasks, none of which seemed to faze Jeanette. She managed to communicate thoroughly while avoiding over-frequent contact. She left our home looking better than when we left. We are so grateful to have found her and are planning to check in with her as our first choice to care for Tiger the next time we travel.”

“Ana was a great dog sitter for Hank! She took great care of him and left our house spotless. She was communicative and also very flexible with our timing and an unexpected Internet outage. I would highly recommend Ana to anyone!”

“Shannon was great! It was a huge weight off my mind, as we left on vacation while one of my fur babies was still having some trouble eating well. Shannon let me know how things were going, asked for guidance on the day he didn't eat much, and had him back up and going by the time we got back. We couldn't hardly tell anyone had been staying at our house when we got back! I recommend her solidly!”

“Absolutely AMAZING!! Highly Highly recommend Kerry!!! She was so amazing with all our animals. Her communication was fantastic and our animals were happy and healthy when we got home. In fact one of our cats has been looking for Kerry since we got home. Also our home was cleaner than when we left, which is a great thing when you come home. Will DEFINITELY use her again!!! Thank you Kerry for your love of our furry family!”

About: Is it raining cats and dogs? Don't worry! I'll walk your cats and dogs, rain or shine. With four years experience walking dogs in the rain and snow on coastal Alaska, this dog walker is no stranger to the elements. Also, as the proud owner of a persnickety Shiba Inu, I'm very familiar with particular dogs. IYKYK. I've also house sat for multiple dogs, ranging from Klee-Kai's to aging Rottweilers. I am available to walk your dog, rain or shine, Mon-Fri from 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. I am also available for pet sitting or weekend walks by appointment. With my trusty Subaru Forester, I can provide shuttle services for even the largest of dogs. I also have a large crate and large play pen that can be provided upon request. I'll be sure to wipe those muddy paws before returning your fur-baby, and will treat them as if they were my own if you needed any pet sitting. I understand that a dog isn't just a pet, but part of your family, and you can rest assured that they will be treated with kindness every step of the way! No off leash walks for your pet's safety.

“Kaitlyn was fantastic! She took such great care of my pup while I was gone for a week. When I was running low on his favorite nighttime treat, she picked up more so I was restocked when I came back home, which was so helpful!”

“Jodi was absolutely amazing! She stayed in our home with our three hounds and we could tell from the photos that she sent that they were happy and relaxed. She is definitely part of my speed dial now! We returned to our home with happy hounds and a super clean house! I would HIGHLY recommend her!”

About: Hello, I am an animal person and would love the opportunity to care for your precious pets! 🥰 I understand what it can be like as a pet parent to be away from your pets, so I am very communicative to keep you updated. I have been pet sitting for 4 years and I live near downtown Astoria and look forward to hearing from you and meeting your pets! In my own home, I value a clean and safe environment where pets have a healthy routine, care, attention and supervision they can count on.

About: I currently have two dogs and experience with all types and breeds. I work from home and take the dogs for walks/runs on Gearhart beach. I am a very attentive dog mom. I have experience with dog medications, wound car, injections, tick removal. I work from home and am very attentive to dogs and ensuring they are well cared for. I regularly take dogs to the beach which is 1/2 a mile away and they run and play. I have two friendly dogs and a large, but unfenced, yard. Dogs have free reign in the house and can use the furniture and beds.

About: I absolutely love animals! I grew up with dogs and cats and miss having them in my daily life. I understand what big deal it is to trust the care of your beloved pets with anyone else and I take it very seriously. Currently, I work from home; so, my schedule is very flexible. I go on frequent walks throughout my day anyway and it would be a joy to have a dog by side! I had the most angelic, nutty dog (in my pic) who sadly passed away last year. I'm not quite ready to take on the huge commitment of pet ownership again just yet. So, in the meantime, I'm enjoying walking dogs at the local shelter. Through walking dogs at the shelter, I've learned a lot about how to approach unfamiliar animals so that we both stay safe and happy. My own dog was a rescue so had some quirks that I learned to work with over our 9 years together. It's so much fun when they get comfortable with you and start to show their goofy and silly sides! I'm comfortable giving pets medicine or special medical care. I have experience with pretty much everything from pills, eye ointments, ear drops, insulin shots, skin and wound care. I have taken care of rambunctious giant puppies who don't understand their size, anxious little ones who need a protector in this giant world, and creaky older friends who need a gentle touch and a little help. I live in a small house just one block from the beach; which is lovely for walking and playing. I have a small yard with a 5 ft. wooden fence. I don't leave dogs unattended in the yard, just to be safe. I have a Subaru, in case they need a ride somewhere. The hatchback is great for wet sandy dogs; but honestly, my car's interior has seen a lot of dogs and shows the wear of their love, so what's a few more! I would be open to housesitting overnight for the right people, as I understand that sometimes pets are more comfortable in their familiar space. Please let me know if you have any questions for me! Hope you're having a great day!

About: Hi there, We’re Leigh & Luke — experienced, reliable, and animal-loving sitters. With 15+ years of combined experience in private homes as a nanny, household manager, newborn care specialist, and owner of a domestic staffing agency, I (Leigh) have had the joy of caring for more than just children—pets and entire households have always been a big part of my work. My partner Luke and I are calm, patient, and easygoing — animals naturally seem drawn to us (neighborhood cats often join us on our evening walks!). We deeply understand the importance of maintaining your pet’s routine and ensuring they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. Luke has a true green thumb—at one point, he cared for his own 28 thriving houseplants—and he’s tended to some truly beautiful gardens. Together, we take great pride in being respectful, responsible, and thoughtful guests in every home we enter. In addition to his love of nature, Luke is a creative professional who owns a production company and works as a documentary filmmaker. We work remotely and have flexible schedules, allowing us to commit to sits across the U.S. but preferably in the PNW and California. Since we travel without children or pets, we can easily adapt to new environments and give your pets our full attention. With years of experience caring for private homes, I understand the importance of arriving with a calm, grounded presence—something pets instinctively respond to. We genuinely love connecting with new people and their animals, and we’re fully vetted and background checked through TrustedHousesitters. It would be an honor to care for your home and your beloved pets with the same attention and affection we’d give our own. Please note that while we are new on here we are happy to share our reviews from Trusted HouseSitters with you as we have been active on there longer. We work remotely and have flexible schedules, allowing us to commit to sits across the U.S. and internationally. Since we travel without children or pets, we can easily adapt to new environments and give your pets our full attention. Our preference is overnight in home care for 3+ days with flexibility for upwards of 1+months. We care for pets in our clients’ homes with the same presence, mindfulness, and affection we’d give our own. Whether it’s feeding schedules, medication, walks, playtime, garden care, or quiet companionship, we take the time to understand each pet’s needs and personality. We’re calm, observant, and intentional—animals often seem to relax around us naturally. Luke and I work remotely and without children or pets of our own, which allows us to give each home and every animal our full attention. We show up as thoughtful, low-impact guests who respect your space, your privacy, and your pet’s well-being. From cuddles to houseplant care, we handle the little details so you can travel with peace of mind. Ultimately, we believe great pet sitting isn’t just about meeting needs—it’s about creating an atmosphere where your animals feel safe, loved, and seen while you're away.

About: 🐾 Hey there! I'm Lisette, a dog lover very recently just moved to Everett, WA. I have a passion for pups and providing top-notch care. Let me pamper your furry friend with love and attention! 🐶 I usually work 2pm to 10pm. So I have time in the mornings then on my days off Monday and Tuesdays. I’m an early bird so as early as needed. I love to go on walks and take the pups with me. Preferably early in the morning so it’s not too hot for the pups. Of course bring them water to keep them hydrated.

About: I grew up in the Pacific Northwest. So I’m no stranger to spending time outside and being around all sorts of pets/animals. I’m a park ranger here in Oregon and I love time spent in the outdoors. I was raised around dogs and cats, having been in a family with multiple at any given time. Training puppies, senior dog care, medication administering, or just walking/feeding and having adventures, it’s all second nature to me. I’m always somewhere on a trail with my pup, Grey. I try to remain active and/or productive on a daily basis. From running errands to daily exercise, I always find ways to keep myself busy. I find my days and plans go by pretty fun and easily with my pup coming with me. It's a lot easier to incorporate pets into plans if thought of carefully and correctly. I always try to make any atmosphere I'm in one of positivity and comfort. I believe in having a welcoming home and disposition. Whether I'm at my home or visiting another, I put the care and needs of the pets I'm around at the top of my priority list.
