About: Born around lots of animals, including the GSD my mom bred many going to K9 programs and I would show them when I was little. Growing up, I was part of raising & training hunting dogs (Labs) & a seizure dog (Sheltie). As an adult I've had a GSD, Pomeranians and pitbulls (potty trained, crate trained, leash trained, basic commands like sit stay come - clicker method). I also learned some about senior care helping my friend who worked at Hearts United shelter for several years. I currently don't have any dogs, but have cats. I have minimal appointments (2 hour long weekly standing & sporadic others) and errands (school drop off and pickup) so I can be available to care for your pet nearly 24/7 Caring for your dog at your home, I would follow whatever routine, usual/best practices you have for them there. At my apartment, there is a large open grassy area right behind my building and a great walking/bike path, but it is NOT fenced so I would be taking out any dog myself on a leash. If I needed to leave my apartment for an appointment/errand and could not bring your dog along, I would want to crate to ensure there's no accidents while unsupervised in a strange environment.

About: I’ve taken care of high energy dogs for 5+ years. Family and friends trust me to feed, play with, and walk their pets. Cats and dogs both. I currently work full-time, but I am available for quick visits or dog walk before 7:30am, between 11:00am and 1:00pm, and after 5:30pm Monday through Friday. My weekends are usually wide open. I know how to keep a dog or a cat in the house when opening or closing doors. I will run around and through balls for a while with your dog.

About: I have taken care of dogs since the age of 12. I was always first the person my extended family would ask to watch their pets whenever they went on a vacation or needed extra help. I am most familiar with hunting/sporting breeds, but I am open to meeting all kinds of dogs! I am currently working part time, so my schedule is pretty open. I will be available Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday, as well as some evenings. I am more than willing to come over to help let your pup out, feed them, play with them, and help assist with any other tasks if needed. About: Hello! My love for pets has been from the very beginning as I grew up in a household that had a minimum of three dogs at all times. Currently, I have three dogs and two cats. Two of my dogs are seniors and one is a puppy. I have definitely gained experience with my senior dogs administering medication and monitoring whereabouts when it comes to jumping, needing to be pickup, frequent bathroom breaks, etc. My puppy is full of energy so I frequently utilize mental and physical stimulation to provide her with what she needs! I have a flexible schedule which allows for different pockets of time throughout the week that I would love to spend with other furry friends! I will use patience to build trust with your pets. I will ask questions and work to ensure that my care is as similar to the care they are used to when their parent is home. I know that letting someone care for your pet is not a small ask, so I want to make sure you and your pet(s) are at ease as much as possible.

About: I began taking care of dogs at the age of 7, beginning with a well-loved family beagle. I’ve spent many years since then taking care of friends and neighbors pets including walking, boarding, and sitting. I had the amazing opportunity and most beautiful experience to own a basset hound for 13 years (age 2-15), gaining insight to senior dog care, specifically arthritis, infections, medication management, and balance/movement inability. Additionally, I grew up caring for rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, geckos, and snakes - currently I am a mom of two lovely guinea pigs - and have extensive experience caring for many different pets with many different needs. I currently work full-time in office with an hour lunch break I am able to take any time to ensure your fur baby receives any bathroom breaks, walks, meals, medications, cuddles, or playtime needed during the day. I have open availability on the weekends. Additionally, when house sitting, I am able to spend all day during the weekends at your home, as well as mornings, evenings, and nights on weekdays depending on your pet’s needs. I have experience walking all sizes of dogs on leash, as well as multiple dogs at a time (including getting harnesses, collars, and leashes on dogs). Additionally, I will ensure all pets only receive their proper diet and any other food or unsafe items are kept in safe locations out of the pet’s reach. I also have reliable transportation to bring your pet to any parks, dog bars, dog parks, or anywhere wanted/needed by you and will work with you to make sure all proper safety measures are taken to provide a safe transport for your pet.

About: I have been pet sitting since I was 10 years old, consistently with one family when they go on vacation. I have 3 pets of my own. Then also attend zoo academy where I shadow and care for animals in the reptile and insect departments. I am a freshman at UNL so have a full schedule during the day. However, I am available after 4 on most days of the week. I do return to Omaha on the weekends. In my own home I am responsible for feeding my pets twice a day. In previous pet sitting jobs I go to homes to feed and clean the litter box as well as spend time with the animals. I have also spent the night at a house. I also play with the dogs in their backyards as well as provide walks.

About: I had a dog name scooter I had him ever since I was 3 he passed away now I have a skipperkey she is really sweet I love going out for walks and I love playing with dogs and I am always taking care of my cat I love cats to I can take on any pet in my home but I currently have a home in June and I can take on any pets but snakes and spiders

About: I’ve mostly cared for bigger dogs with a lot of energy. I regularly look after my friend’s pets as well as my family’s. I have a dog of my own, she’s very active and friendly. I’ve had her for over a year and learned so much about dogs from being a pet parent. I got to school part-time but I still have quite a bit of time throughout the day for check-ins. The weekends are best for boarding. I like to do dog walking throughout the week. I spend most of my time at home so I don’t mind hosting at my home but I’ll also do care at a client’s home. I do not have a fenced in back yard but I live in an area with a lot of parks and open spaces. I do spend a lot of time outside so I’m comfortable with going out for multiple walks a day. I don’t provide treats of my own unless the owner asks me too or if they tell me what they’re okay with their pet eating. I don’t give pets food I’m eating because I don’t want them to choke or they could get sick.
