“Lila was a great sitter for Minnie. My very anxious “baby” took to Lila very quickly and that is not her norm, so I felt very comfortable leaving them together. Lila communicated and kept in touch well. She was very respectful of my home and even left a cute doggie thank you note. Minnie seemed to love her and I know this because often when I get home Minnie us sitting by the door waiting. She was sleeping in the living room and much calmer than my usual returns. About: I have taken care of pets all my life, by 8 years old I had 5 pets to care for. Comfortable around all dogs and cats. Very much a pet person! I currently work a full time job but I can definitely make a schedule that accommodates to your fur baby whether it be walks, check ins, companion time or whatever else I may be able to help with! About: I’ve volunteered at Dakin so my expertise is felines. I have rehabilitated, fostered, trained, and socialized any type of cat or kitten. Believe me, they’re just like dogs. My partner and I are both on-call medical professionals so one of us is always home during the week days. I’m at home during the weekends studying for school. Our time is very flexible! It’s best to keep pets separated until a day or two if they come into my home and then there’s a meet and greet. Otherwise, a meet and greet is essentially a day before before entering into their domain.

About: I've owned many dogs, a few cats, goats, a sheep, and a ferret over the past 25 years. Except for the goats, they were all rescue animals. I'm good at managing conflict between dogs. I work remotely 3 weeks out of the month where I mostly set my own hours which allows me to take care of pets in a house sitting arrangement I only house sit so I will keep dogs on a lease at all times unless there is a fenced in yard. I'm good at preventing sneaky cats from escaping.

About: I have taken care of a German Shepherd, Shih Tzus, and chihuahuas as needed for the past couple years. I work part time for a maximum of five hours a day so I am available to provide dogs with attention and care at home the rest of the time. :) I work part time for a maximum of five hours a day, when I am outside of work I spend most of time home. During the time I am at home I’m able to adjust your pets care according to your preference. I live in an apartment and have a small male chihuahua who gets along great with other dogs. I don’t have a restrictive environment and will happily allow your dog to rest on the couches and beds, and roam around the apartment. I don’t have a fenced yard but I can walk and take your dog potty on a leash.
