About: Been taking care of dogs for 6 years now. Have had experience training two of my own dogs and taking care of them/walking them on my own. I also work alongside with my father (also named Luis ) who has been doing dog boarding for about 2 years now. Me and my father are very used to the behavior of dogs and comfortable with dogs no matter the size or the breed of your dog. I have always had a strong love and a passion for animals, especially dogs I am currently a college student looking to make a little bit extra money by taking care of dogs. If I cannot look after the dog, my dad also takes care of dogs and is always available Me and my father don't live in a very busy neighborhood so you don't have to worry about your dog being unsafe. We have a relatively big house and also have a park very close to my house with a big open field and fence for the dogs to run around in were I can walk your dog and play with them to keep them busy without the risk of them getting hurt. I also have many toys for your dogs to play with if you would like for me to have them get a more fun experience instead of just walking them.

I work full time, five days a week, as an opener at The Mellow Mutt, with typical 6-hour shifts. I usually work Wednesday afternoons and most of the day Sunday, and my only consistent day off is Saturday, making me available for extended stays and attentive overnight care. While staying in your home, I focus on keeping your dog’s routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I stick closely to their feeding, walking, and play schedules, and make sure they get plenty of attention, affection, and exercise. I’m very attentive to their behavior and comfort, so I can quickly adjust to their needs and help them feel safe while you’re away. I also keep your home clean and respected, and I’m happy to provide updates so you can feel at ease knowing your dog is well cared for.

About: I’ve volunteered at Dakin so my expertise is felines. I have rehabilitated, fostered, trained, and socialized any type of cat or kitten. Believe me, they’re just like dogs. My partner and I are both on-call medical professionals so one of us is always home during the week days. I’m at home during the weekends studying for school. Our time is very flexible! It’s best to keep pets separated until a day or two if they come into my home and then there’s a meet and greet. Otherwise, a meet and greet is essentially a day before before entering into their domain.

“Lila was a great sitter for Minnie. My very anxious “baby” took to Lila very quickly and that is not her norm, so I felt very comfortable leaving them together. Lila communicated and kept in touch well. She was very respectful of my home and even left a cute doggie thank you note. Minnie seemed to love her and I know this because often when I get home Minnie us sitting by the door waiting. She was sleeping in the living room and much calmer than my usual returns. I recently moved to North Brookfield and in doing so lost contact with a 9yr. old rescued Rottweiler who I loved and cared for. I would walk her, give her medication and feed her of course. I am semi retired with a flexible schedule. Weekdays and evenings are best. If you want someone who is reliable, conscientious and caring, I would be a good fit. Because I have a small place and no yard available, ( and due to HOA rules), I would need to provide care in your home.
