“Katie stayed ant our home with our pup Gracie last week. We have had many dog sitters over the years but this was the first trip we didn’t worry at all! Katie communicated well with us and put us at ease. You can tell how caring she is. We appreciate all that she did for Gracie. She also left our home squeaky clean as well. We look forward to having Katie stay again in the future!”

5. Lila P.
“Lila was a great sitter for Minnie. My very anxious “baby” took to Lila very quickly and that is not her norm, so I felt very comfortable leaving them together. Lila communicated and kept in touch well. She was very respectful of my home and even left a cute doggie thank you note. Minnie seemed to love her and I know this because often when I get home Minnie us sitting by the door waiting. She was sleeping in the living room and much calmer than my usual returns. I recommend Lila as responsive, responsible, and respectful. Thank you!!!”

9. Kaley G.
About: I have had animals since I was 10 years old. I recently lost my family dog Cesar of 17 years. I am now a dog mom to a Shepard/Lab mix Cleo! She is a rescue from Arkansas. I spend almost all my time with her. I am very passionate about spending time with animals and am looking into Rover for the quality time I will get with many animals. I find so much joy in giving animals, especially dogs, a day they will truly enjoy. I have great experience with various breeds of dogs, as I have completed volunteer work and past work as an animal care facilitator. I currently have plenty of time to be booked on Rover. I spend most of my time with my four year old pup Cleo! (Also goes by Cheeto) I have experience with crate training if necessary. My own dog is both crate and command trained. Yes, she is one of those viral dogs who can communicate through buttons. I am more interested in walks, house visits or sittings rather than at my own, due to the size of my house. However I do have a very nice area around my house to walk. This includes a pond and trails.
10. Victoria H.
“Victoria was very professional and caring. My pets have special needs and she was very understanding about their situation. One of my dogs needs medications but does not like to take them. She followed my directions perfectly and performed all the required care they needed and some. I am so relieved and happy to finally find someone I can trust to take care of my pets.”
11. Carina M.
“Carina did an outstanding job caring for our 11 year old Beagle while we were away on vacation for 9 days! She took good care of our Louie and looked after our house in our absence. She sent pictures of his activities and communicated with us while we were gone. We will definitely be using her services in the future. Thank you Carina!”
12. madie b.
“Madie was very sensitive to my dog's separation anxiety. She did a good job caring for my dog and the house. She cuddled with her and spent time outside playing with Skye. I felt very relieved knowing that Skye was well cared for. I would have her care for Skye, my dog anytime.”
13. Megan F.
“Megan is an animal lover to her core and is a wealth of knowledge of dogs! She loves all animals as her own and is a pleasure to work with.”

About: I am a 25-year-old working professional, looking to get my dog fill during the week and make some extra income. I have my own dog, a shih tzu, who is now a senior at the ripe age of 14! I adore her (and all dogs) as if they were my children. I've had the pleasure of watching/caring for/walking many dogs throughout my years and look forward to continuing to do so. I've also worked with bunnies and other small breed animals. I've also had the pleasure of caring for many dogs through Rover - from smaller breeds, to larger. I hope you will consider me to care for your dog(s)! Please note that I do work 8am-5pm during the week but am open to stopping by after work (after 5pm) and am usually free weekends and holidays. I currently work full-time but am able to assist after 5PM and/or on weekends! Please do not hesitate to reach out to me to discuss availability. I am most comfortable with keeping dogs leashed, but okay with unleashing if on private, fenced-in property. Additionally, open to crating dogs (as long as they are not aggressive) and giving hugs!

19. Brenda F.
About: Hi there! I'm Brenda, and I'm a cat mom to the sweetest little man. In addition to taking care of my own pet, I have experience caring for an aquarium's mammal collection and pet sitting for friends. I'm a former teacher, and have a natural ability to be patient, attentive, and nurturing. My background has taught me the importance of responsibility and organization. Whether it's administering medications, following specific feeding routines, or just providing lots of cuddles and playtime, I’m committed to keeping your pet happy and healthy. I understand how stressful it can be to leave your furry family members behind, so I strive to provide a reliable and comforting presence. I’m here to offer you peace of mind, knowing your pets are in caring and capable hands. When I'm not pet sitting, I enjoy spending time outdoors, reading, and crafting. I'm excited to meet you and your beloved pets, and I look forward to providing them with the best care possible! I currently tutor part-time. My planning time is flexible, so aside from planned tutoring sessions, I have open availability to care for your fur babies. Before pet sitting, I prefer to meet you and your pet, to ensure that we are a good fit. I like to see how you interact with your pet and also see where food, leashes, crates, etc. are stored. If your pet needs any medications, I would also like to see how meds are given, if possible. Aside from that, I will take notes on what needs you and your pet have and review them with you before pet sitting. I find over-communicating preferable to under-communicating. If you would like pictures/updates from your pet while you are away, I'm happy to lend your fur baby my phone to contact you, otherwise, you will hear from us as little as possible so that you may enjoy your time away.
20. Joshua W.
“Joshua has been my regular dog-sitter for 3 years now, and he’s the best! He has just the right amount of energy for my very active Sophie (Aussie mix) and is calm and reassuring for my anxious Bunny (Yorkie Pom). Bunny gets really sad when I’m gone, and Joshua always sends pictures of him as they settle in together. And I can tell Sophie gets plenty of exercise - she’s so chill when I get home! Not only does he take good care of my pups, Joshua also takes good care of my home while I’m away. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and easy-going pet sitter.”
