“Mistine is amazing. I left my 18 month old pit mix rescue with her for 3 days/2 nights. Bella is 58 pounds of pure energy and sometimes hard to keep up with. Although she is trained and follows basic commands, she still suffers from separation anxiety and is a challenge when she gets overstimulated (new environment, different stimuli). Mistine did a great job with caring for her. I highly recommend Mistine for anyone wanting the best care for their pet.”

I primarily leave my WIillow with my daughter whom cares for my Willow, however, she was going away for the weekend, and work called me for a quick two nights out of town. I needed to search for someone to care for Willow in their home. I’ve used Rover.com in the past. And have had great experiences. My experience with Shanna and Rover.com have both once again provided me reassurance and peace of mind while I was away for work. If I can help it, my Willow goes with me most everywhere where the conditions allow it. I think, I try to go to great lengths to ensure my willow is safe until I return. I appreciate the system Rover.com implemented to help pet parents have that help in a pinch. Shanna replied to my request quickly and efficiently. Very responsive and respectfully replies to my messages, even providing multiple text photos of Willow throughout the day. The level of care provided by Shanna, not only professional and respectful. She’s caring, understanding, and patient. I had concerns and as always a bit apprehensive with leaving Willow with anyone who I never met prior. Shanna was so nice and made my drop-off of Willow, easy and a relief of anxiety for me. Because my flight was out the next morning. It’swas either leave her or turn and burn. But, because of the Shannan kindness, her grace showed me plenty and allowed me raise my level of trust and put my mind at ease. Shanna is wonderful and very caring. I highly recommend her for your pet-child’s care.”
