“Kilo had the best vacation stay with April & Rachel (Aliyah & Honey too). He was so happy and came home exhausted!! He needed a day of RnR from his stay. Now for my personal review. Now that I have met April & Rachel, I would not take Kilo any place else to watch our boy. I felt so comfortable after our meet & greet with the living arrangements and with the humans watching over him. I knew he would be treated like a king and in good safe hands. I didn’t have to worry about him the whole time I was gone. April & Rachel sent us photos/videos of Kilo so that I could see first hand how he was doing. He was getting the love and attention (even more than when he is at home) and this made us very happy. It’s nice to know he’s in great hands when we are away. About: Dogs have always been apart of my life. I volunteered in a service dog program called 4Paws4Patriots and in doing so I got to learn so much about dog care/handling. Ever since then, dogs have always owned a piece of my heart, I just had to figure out how to follow my passion. Which led me to American k-9 interdiction (AK9I), where I took a 13 week course and became a professional dog trainer. I now have three dogs and own my own dog training business (Big Paws Protection). I have owned a Siberian husky, German Shepard, and an Alaskan Malamute. I currently own a Belgian Malinios. A lot of work have gone into them and still go into them. About: I have 3 dogs at home, which are my mom and my sisters dogs. I have grown up with them and helped care for each one. Mainly my dog Luna who we have had for 5 years and is the most sensitive of them all. She has food allergies so we are very careful what we feed her. Having three Frenchies in the house I know how to care for very high maintenance dogs. I am currently a full-time online student, and I work part-time. I am able to feed and let out dogs in the morning and I am back home by 3:30pm. However, I have my sister and my mom, who work from home and are willing to help me with my dog sitting. “Ale once again has been a great sitter for Theo and Marco. I needed boarding within 48 hours, and she was incredibly helpful and accommodating. “Mistine is amazing. I left my 18 month old pit mix rescue with her for 3 days/2 nights. Bella is 58 pounds of pure energy and sometimes hard to keep up with. Although she is trained and follows basic commands, she still suffers from separation anxiety and is a challenge when she gets overstimulated (new environment, different stimuli). Mistine did a great job with caring for her. I highly recommend Mistine for anyone wanting the best care for their pet.”

“Kilo had the best vacation stay with April & Rachel (Aliyah & Honey too). He was so happy and came home exhausted!! He needed a day of RnR from his stay. Now for my personal review. Now that I have met April & Rachel, I would not take Kilo any place else to watch our boy. I felt so comfortable after our meet & greet with the living arrangements and with the humans watching over him. I knew he would be treated like a king and in good safe hands. I didn’t have to worry about him the whole time I was gone. April & Rachel sent us photos/videos of Kilo so that I could see first hand how he was doing. He was getting the love and attention (even more than when he is at home) and this made us very happy. It’s nice to know he’s in great hands when we are away. April & Rachel will be my first call for my next trip and I would recommend them for your pups too. 🐶 🐾”
“You can tell Maria truly cares about the pets in her care and goes the extra mile to provide the best experience for each of them. She asked questions I wouldn’t have thought to tell her to ensure our dog was happy and safe, including a description of the other pets that would be present during his stay. She also welcomed a meetup beforehand to make sure our dog was compatible with her own pets, and showed me her house and yard, which gave me peace of mind. During his stay, she provided daily walks and enrichment, and sent awesome daily updates with photos. Our dog is normally very nervous being away from us, but actually seemed disappointed to leave Maria’s house when we picked him up!”
