Sharon and her family were wonderful with my kitty Murphy. Murphy seemed to feel comfortable right away. Sharon's animal family are great with new additions.

Krysta was absolutely wonderful with our chocolate lab! She constantly gave us thoughtful updates and truly treated him like one of her own. This was the first vacation where I didn’t feel a bit worried about our pup — and that peace of mind was priceless. Highly recommend Krysta to anyone looking for a caring and reliable sitter. We’ll definitely be booking her again for any future trips — our pup loved her! So did we!

We had a test run. Our dog seemed to be happy when we picked her up. Eleni stated she had no problems. She also stated her family enjoyed spending time with our Haleigh. We are pleased with Eleni and her service provided. Would rebook and recommend.

Mistine place was an amazing place to leave the dogs for the weekend we went out of town. They were comfortable with her as soon as we got there and I have a shy one who is very picky about people and he loved her. Also she has a huge amount of yard for the dogs to play in. I have two labs and they need lots of exercise. She played fetch with them every day and updated with pictures and videos. When I went to pick them up she had already played with them for the day so we were able to go straight home and relax. She was amazing and would leave the dogs with her any time!

About: Ever since I can remember, dogs have been a part of my life. Growing up, my home was always filled with the joyful energy of dogs, and that deep connection has only grown stronger over the years. This lifelong passion led me naturally into pet sitting, where I've had the joy of caring for many wonderful dogs. Each one has taught me something new about patience, joy, and unconditional love. Today, I share my home with Oakley, a chocolate lab whose calm and sweet nature enriches my life every day. He loves other doggies and is very gentle with all doggies - he somehow loves specially the tiny ones. Since I work remotely with a flexible schedule and my husband serves as an EOD in the Navy, I’m home a lot and able to give your dog the care they deserve. I am available every day from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM(+please text for longer request) to provide dedicated and loving care for your pets. :) In providing care for pets, whether in my home or a client’s, safety, trust, and a nurturing environment are my top priorities. My home features a securely fenced yard where dogs can play and enjoy the outdoors safely. I love being active with the pets I care for, and with the owner's permission, I frequently take them on outings to local parks and beaches. These activities are not only fun but also crucial for their physical health and mental well-being. I ensure that every pet in my care feels comfortable, secure, and engaged, treating each one with the same love and attention I give to my own beloved dog, Oakley

About: Hello, my name is Chance and I live in south Carson City. I live with a Lab/Aussie named The Bubba and a German Shepherd/Siberian Husky named Nala, who both only know how to love and play. I have a fully fenced in back yard with a semi-lush lawn and a dog door (labelled "for large dogs" at home Depot) that is open 24 hours. The three of us all enjoy spending time with new dogs and we invite you for a meet and greet at any time prior to any stay. Playing is the number one priority of my buddies, so your dog will not be bored; with either outside toys, or inside ones, I'm certain that my buddies and your buddy will be fast friends.

My dog was happier than ever when I picked him up after his stay at Rene’s place! She even updated me with a picture of Ollie enjoying a kiddie pool while I was away! I’d recommend Rene to anyone. Ollie wasn’t ready to leave his new friends by the time I came to pick him up!

About: Dogs have always been apart of my life. I volunteered in a service dog program called 4Paws4Patriots and in doing so I got to learn so much about dog care/handling. Ever since then, dogs have always owned a piece of my heart, I just had to figure out how to follow my passion. Which led me to American k-9 interdiction (AK9I), where I took a 13 week course and became a professional dog trainer. I now have three dogs and own my own dog training business (Big Paws Protection). I have owned a Siberian husky, German Shepard, and an Alaskan Malamute. I currently own a Belgian Malinios. A lot of work have gone into them and still go into them. Caring for dogs can be challenging but I love the work and seeing the dog improving is worth every minute I am a professional dog trainer and have been around dogs all my life, I feel that I can handle most any situation you can throw at me. If I got the chance to work with your dog I would take it.

Krysta saved my trip. My previous sitter canceled 1 hour before I was to leave for the airport. Krysta not only took Willow in on short notice, she kept her safe and loved while we got stuck in the snow-pocalypse on the other side of the country. Will definitely book again.

Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Fallon home-away-from-home, we recommend packing:

  • Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
  • Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in NV ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
