“Gina & spouse were so kind & loving to our 14 yr old poodle mix Murphy!! The proof of their excellent care was his constant tail wagging whenever Gina spoke to him on pick up day. Also a big thanks to you Gina for applying his eye meds!! That was extra care & very much appreciated. Hope he gets to stay with you again soon.”

“Leaving your dogs is never easy, but Christine made it seamless for us and joyful for Willow and Jones. She treated them like her own, created a warm space, and shared the sweetest updates. We came home to relaxed, happy pups, which says everything.”

“We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Laura! From the moment we dropped our dog off, we felt completely at ease knowing he was in caring and capable hands. When we picked him up, it was clear how happy and well cared for he had been—his tail was wagging, he was calm, and honestly, he seemed like he had just returned from his own little vacation! It’s such a relief to find someone who genuinely loves animals and treats them like her own. Thank you, Laura, for taking such great care of our pup. We’ll definitely be booking with you again!”

“Our very anxious dog had the most wonderful time with Susan and her family! They gave her lots of love and took great care of her. Susan sent adorable pictures of our dog, who made herself right at home. I highly recommend Susan for boarding! We will be back for sure!”
“We can't recommend Anne enough! She took such amazing care of Mia and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. She sent us plenty of updates and photos, and every single one showed Mia looking happy and comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs she watches. We are so grateful and will absolutely book with her again. Thank you so much ❤️🐾”

“Faith was able to care for our dog overnight and she seemed to be happy with the pictures we saw while gone and upon pick up the next day. This was her first overnight stay without family caring for her.”

“Jade & Dain were GREAT! Met us outside as soon as we arrived and made our dog feel comfortable and happy from the start. Sent us plenty of pictures with updates. Very, very highly recommended and we would and will definitely use them again”

“So happy we found Kendra! We are new to the area and had to find a new sitter. Kendra was reassuring our pup would be in good hands, asked all the right questions to ensure she could give good care, and was flexible with our schedule. Our girl enjoyed her stay and we’ll definitely be booking again!”

“Patty and Randy provided an excellent boarding experience for our dog Cookie! We had no hesitations from the moment we dropped Cookie off and saw how excited she was to see Patty and Randy's dogs who she had met the week before for a meet and greet. During Cookie's stay we were so happy to receive videos and pictures which confirmed that she was having a great time. Patty also reached out during Cookie's stay to ask us some questions to ensure she understood Cookie's habits and needs. We are so happy to have found Patty and Randy to board Cookie and thank them, BellaMae, Bizu, and Bindi Lou for the time, attention, and fun play they provided Cookie to ensure she felt secure, relaxed, and happy during her visit. It is so appreciated!!”

“Lisa did a wonderful job making Sawyer feel like she was at another family member’s house. This is a much better experience she would ever get from a general boarding facility. The July 4th pic is one of the best pictures we have of Sawyer- THANK YOU Lisa, we will look for you again when we take our next trip.”

About: Animals bring me peace and joy and I just can't help but want to be around them to support them. I have raised dogs and other animals throughout my life. I have had cats, fish, hamsters, and even hermit crabs. Animals are always full of life and hope. I have two dogs now. A mother and daughter. It really shows me how deep animals can feel. I love them. Pet sitting is my priority. I spend 24/7 at home unless I am at the park or running errands. I can devote ample time to pet care. I have a fenced yard and two small dogs. They go for walks, trips to the park, as well as off road fun. Like hiking, kayaking, and trail walks.
“Farrah and her mom were amazing!! our little Oreo was so loved while we were gone, they were updating me everyday and sending me pictures of him. I would definitely book them again next time we go on a trip. ✨”

“Megan and her family took such good care of my pup, they were patient and caring as it takes some time for Ollie to warm up to new environments. I received pictures and communication during his 7 day stay. I highly recommend booking, it’s such a relief knowing your pup is well cared for while you’re gone, thanks so much!!”

“They did a great job with Boomer. He has a bit of separation anxiety. They showed patience and were able to make him comfortable during our vacation. I would highly recommend these folks for your dogs.”

“Mari stayed at Ron's house for 2 weeks while we were abroad - the worst part of vacation is leaving your dog behind, but Ron sent us daily photo and videos of Mari playing with Lexi and getting a lot of TLC. She genuinely seemed happy and comfortable. We enjoyed these updates so much and it helped put our minds at ease. Again, we highly recommend Ron to watch your doggo kiddo! Thanks Ron & Lexi!”

“Kat was a great dog sitter. She sent some pictures while I was away. I needed an extra night and they were accommodating which I really appreciate. I will use them again.”

“Gina and Gil took such good care of Charlie while we were out of town. I know Charlie enjoyed being able to wander outside in the fenced yard and sunshine to his heart's content. Domingo and Bruiser were nice to Charlie even though he's old. Gina sent me pictures every day! As soon as Charlie got home he knocked out, tired and happy from his sleepover. Would definitely book again.”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
