“Brittany took care of my 2 senior dogs while we were away for 3 days. One of our dogs requires meds 3 times a day, and she is an over reactive dog. Brittany handled a situation with another dog that was off leash very effectively! My dog does not like other dogs, and she picked up my dog to avoid a potentially dangerous situation. Overall she took very good care of their needs, even walking them a couple times a day when she could have just let them in the fenced yard. I would definitely recommend Brittany to watch over your pets and give them the best of care.”

About: I've worked for a dog walking company, wrangled ferrets, and outsmarted wily cats. With nearly a decade of pet sitting experience I'm ready for just about anything your furry friend can throw at me. I'm adept at problem solving and can meet your pet where they need me to be. I have experience administering medication and coaxing the anxious and stubborn out of their shells. I am free most days in the morning and the afternoon if you need a walker quickly. My schedule is flexible and I am willing to work with clients to meet their needs. I will follow any instructions clients give for how much freedom they want their pets to have. I usually like to keep them in sight or in an enclosed area like a fenced in yard when not out on a walk. I like playing and keeping them entertained or sitting quietly together if they're tired. It mostly depends on the energy levels and temperament of each individual.

“Christina did a great job watching my dogs. We had a good meeting before I booked with her and I could tell right away how comfortable my 2dogs were with her. She texted me when she got to my house, sent pictures and texted again the next morning early to let me know the dogs had breakfast and had been outside. She confirmed both our meetings before I booked and confirmed the dog sitting as well which I really appreciated. I will definately use Christina again.”

About: I began doing pet sitting in 2016 for family & friends, and that was most of my sitting experience until I began my dog training certification. Now I’ve been in pet care professionally for two years, and have had my dog trainer certification for half of that. My weeks are based around pet care. I do it full-time and have a customizable schedule based around my various clients & appointments. I have special hours available at request. I make sure to get an exact outline of what is expected/allowed for the pet, and am not shy about requesting elaboration if there’s any confusion on my part. Additionally, I like to do what I can to keep them mentally stimulated with games, activities, and some light obedience training/reinforcement so they can hopefully carry that good behavior over to their daily life.

“Ke'vin was very flexible with scheduling when we had to find someone quickly to leave town for a family emergency. With little notice, he came to our house for a first meeting and then started the next day for a overnight sitting service for five days. Our senior dog is always afraid of new people but Ke'vin sent videos of her and it's clear she warmed up quickly to him and really liked him. He gave her meds with no issue. I'm glad we found Ke'vin on Rover!”

I’ve owned cats since I was 8yrs old, and also had hermit crabs, Leopard geckos, and tarantulas. My family never had space for a dog, so I walked and played with my neighbors dogs while growing up. Once I reached my 20s, I’ve volunteered for years at no-kill shelters back in TN, trained on how to clean, socialize and care for dogs. “Sydney was a huge help for my family as we needed a sitter for Easter weekend. She visited my girls multiple times and ensured that they were fed. She made sure that they got plenty of time to play and eat treats and provided clear communication to us. I would like to note that I would have appreciated if she wiped the paws of the pups after coming from outside due to the odor. When we came home after the weekend there was a noticeable stench from this. Other than that great job Sydney. Thank you very much.”

“Let me start by saying, we have never left Jeff with anyone but family. But because of unforeseen circumstances, Lindsey became his first caregiver, and I cannot speak highly enough about her and the experience we had with Rover. Jeff is a spunky, 14-year-old, spoiled, fussy, Yorkshire Terrier. Jeff was born in our home; we had both his mother and Father. He has never been alone (without us) since their passing. We planned a family vacation to Hawaii over a year ago and at the last minute our plans fell through with my Neice, and she could not watch him. We were ready to cancel. I had heard of ROVER and decided to look into their services. After going through a lot of candidates to choose from, I found Lindsey. She set up a meet and greet and we all met in our home. Lindsey and Jeff instantly became friends, and I started to feel a little better. We all even took a walk in the neighborhood with Jeff so I could see how he would react to her. Two days before we were set to leave, Lindsey reached out to see how we were doing and reassured us that Jeff would be in good hands. She communicated through the entire process and whole time we were away. She was prompt and so friendly and really knew how to make Jeff feel at ease. Throughout the vacation (11 days), she sent updates, pictures and let us know that he was behaving, eating, drinking, and successful on all his walks. She took pictures and sent them to us EVERY DAY. I can't tell you how relived we were that Jeff was in her care. We had a wonderful trip to Hawaii because we honestly felt Jeff was in the best hands and in his own home with all his familiar surroundings. We can now look forward to more family vacations with our Grandchildren knowing that Lindsey is here to take care of Jeff. Thank you so much, Lindsey... you helped put our mind at ease and took care of our little pup better than we could have imagined.
