About: Worked with ALL animals at my most recent clinic. Have experience w medications and care for exotics, including birds, reptiles, etc. I love them all I am currently a full time student so my summers are free. I don’t plan on working outside of this so my time is open to focus on the care of your pet :) I have a small fenced yard and two very friendly cats. I can visit your home for in-house care (which I recommend for your pets comfort) as often as requested!! I also will send video and picture updates. My focus is on the animals so I will stay as long as you’d like but I don’t feel comfortable sleeping overnight.

About: I have been around animals my whole life. Growing up we had a family dog that I helped train when she was a puppy. I currently have a bunny of my own and look after my parent’s dog often. I have also pet sat many of my friends pets from cats, to dogs, to fish! I will be in school during the spring semester but am fully available the month of December and early January! When classes begin I will be available most evenings! While I am looking after your pet, it will be like it’s my own! I will keep a safe but fun environment and make sure to engage in plenty of enrichment!
About: I've been caring for friend's and neighbor's pets since I was a teen, and I would love to come give your pets some affection and exercise while you're busy or away! I've lived with dogs with all kinds of personalities, have fostered dogs and cats for PACC, and have experience working with reactive, anxious, and high-needs dogs. I adopted my (almost 3yo) dog as a puppy and have been learning a lot about puppy training too! I practice positive reinforcement training and I'm happy to turn our walks and play time into opportunities to work on your pup's training. I'm available to come play with your dog, take them for walks, and make sure they get lots of loving attention! I currently work as a field botanist and my schedule is variable throughout the year. When I’m in town I can be available most times of day with advance notice. I try to keep my calendar updated a month or two in advance with my availability. I'm happy to follow any requests, rules, or special needs you have for your pet. I find treats to be a great way to befriend most pups- unless you have particular treats for your dog, I'll typically have treats to share! If your dog takes some time to warm up to strangers, or has trouble walking in places where they may interact with other dogs, I am more than happy to work through their needs with you and the pup.

Alyssa is absolutely wonderful 10/10! I had her help with dog walks and feeding for my two pups while I was working long shifts. One of my dogs is super shy with people and Alyssa was so great to build trust with him. Both my dogs know when Alyssa is arriving now and are always excited to see her which makes me super happy. She has clear and consistent communication and takes photos of each walk.
