“Azul loves Rachel she walks at her pace and Rachel is very responsible. Azul seems happy when she comes back home and when Rachel comes to pick her up for her walk Azul is very happy.”

“Maggie was absolutely amazing! If I could give her 6 stars I would. From the moment we met her we could tell how caring she was and how much she loves animals. She was so good with our little chihuahua and was amazing about sending updates with photos and videos. We are so thankful we found Maggie and hope to work with her again in the future. If you are looking for someone to take good care of your fur baby, look no further! Maggie is hands down the best!❤️”

“Josie was wonderful - very responsive, friendly, great with our pup and completely flexible with my changing schedule, which I totally appreciated. We will definitely use her for walks again.”

“Logan is so attentive to your pet! He trimmed my dogs nails when they were too long and I really appreciated him going out of his way to make sure my baby was comfortable while I was away.”

“Isabella did an outstanding job of walking Cooper twice a day during my absence. She seemed to immediately understand what he likes, needs, and what makes him happy, so Cooper bonded with her quickly. She was punctual, responsible, caring, and sent wonderful, fun photos and updates. All in all, a great experience!”

“Ricky was great with walking my golden retriever! He was polite and professional and sent lots of pictures of Romeo. I felt good throughout my work day knowing that Romeo was being taken care of!”

“.Brittany was exactly what my dog and I needed. It was my first time working with Rover and she helped me through the learning process. She worked with me to find times that worked for us PLUS my dog was so happy to see her every day. She was patient and understanding of our needs and made my time away less stressful knowing my dog was being cared for with daily walks. I will be calling on her again soon.”

“Steve was on time, very professional and pleasant, and most importantly -- Cooper liked him! Cooper can be shy around men and seems often to prefer women, but Steve won him over and they got along just fine. Great job!”

“LauraAnne was our regular dog walker and dog sitter for nearly a year, and took great care of our dog when we're our of town. She did an amazing job, and our dog absolutely loves her. She's responsible, responsive and could always rely on her.”

“Angelique was wonderful with my Zoey. She sent me reports and pictures so that I was assured my furr baby was being well loved on her walks. She was flexible about scheduling too. I would definitely recommend her!”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and have been actively involved in their care since childhood. In addition to caring for my own family dogs, I have provided dog sitting and pet care for neighbors and families from middle school to after graduating college. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, walks, playtime, basic grooming, and providing attentive, loving care to your fur babies. I work 12 hour shifts and rotating weekends 3x a week, but I love that some days I get to sneak out early for some extra pet time! I'm happy to do drop-in visits before 6:00 a.m., around noon for a midday hangout, and after 6:00 p.m. When caring for pets in a clients home, I follow their established routines as clearly as possible. I make sure pets are fed on schedule, given fresh water, walked or let out for bathroom breaks, and provided with plenty of playtime and affection. I also keep the home clean, tidy up after pets, and communicate regularly with updates to give owners peace of mind.

“Thomas has been a godsend with a very busy Aussie pup and my older gal. They're at the door as soon as they hear his car turn the corner and are returned happy and ready for a nap although the puppy would follow him home if given a choice.”

“Nicole is simply amazing. This was my first time ever using Rover and we got so lucky finding Nicole. My dog is very nervous around new people, and she did an amazing job respecting her boundaries and was so patient with her. Will definitely book with her again and recommend her to everyone!”

I have experience working in a veterinary clinic taking care of dogs and cats, working in research with animals at the University of Arizona for 7 years, and as the Barn Manager at La Frontera taking care of the therapy animals that made a bold impact in patient care. I have extensive experience administering all kinds of medication to animals big and small. I'm currently working from home with a very flexible schedule to take care of your pets! Avondale dog parents share their Rover experiences
Albamaria has been walking and watching our dogs for us as needed going on three years now. This most recent booking was last minute due to a family loss and she accepted within minutes. She is reliable when booked, she offers top tier communication and our dogs love her.

Lauren was so amazing with my dogs. I was so worried about how my extremely shy girl would react to her but she did well. The puppy was great and having Lauren take care of my fur babies gave me peace of mind that I had one less thing to stress about. So grateful...highly recommend!!

Maggie has been amazing. We were in a desperate situation to find a walker for my mom’s dog, Goldie, when my mom got sick. Maggie was able to jump right in and get started right away. She is great with Goldie. Always on time, very reliable, posts lots of pictures and goes above and beyond, by feeding Goldie when she finishes her walk each morning. Maggie has been an amazing resource for us.
Alyssa is absolutely wonderful 10/10! I had her help with dog walks and feeding for my two pups while I was working long shifts. One of my dogs is super shy with people and Alyssa was so great to build trust with him. Both my dogs know when Alyssa is arriving now and are always excited to see her which makes me super happy. She has clear and consistent communication and takes photos of each walk.

Anyone who books with Courtney is lucky and can feel completely confident their dog is in the most capable, loving hands. I’ll absolutely only be booking with her in the future! She came through on less than 24 hours’ notice, early Sunday morning, and handled it like a true pro. From the very start, she asked all the right questions and showed up fully prepared—even without a meet-and-greet. When Louie’s nerves got the best of him, Courtney was calm, patient, and completely focused on his needs. Within minutes, he relaxed, and she won him over—something that doesn’t happen easily and speaks volumes about her gift with animals. Every visit after that was the same: punctual, reliable, compassionate, and genuine. Courtney didn’t just meet expectations—she exceeded them. Louie and I will always be grateful we found her! ❤️☺️

My dog loves Brittany and I love her too. She communicates well. She let me know my dog had an upset stomach - I had no idea he was feeling bad! Thanks to her we were able to adjust his food till he felt better. Every time we leave town we use Brittany to do daily walks. (relatives keep dog but don’t walk him- he needs his exercise!)
