Through the whole process Ramon was communicative, responsive, flexible, and it's clear he really cares about the dogs he brings into his home. Olga did a wonderful job caring for my dog Polo for 6 days! This was his first time ever staying with someone he didn’t know, and I was nervous because he’s a very picky eater and has separation anxiety. But Olga handled him with so much patience and care—he did better than I could’ve hoped for! She communicated with me several times a day, always keeping me updated with messages and sending pictures that made me feel so at ease while I was far out of town. It truly meant the world to know he was in such loving and capable hands. I can’t thank Olga enough for how well she took care of Polo.
