Our puppy has some extra energy and is still learning how to listen, but Kristen was so patient with him. She messaged every day to let us know how he was doing which really helped me feel comfortable. I would definitely work with kristen again and would encourage others to, as well!”

I appreciate that she noticed something was wrong, notified me at once, was proactive with getting my guy some help, and nursed him back to health while I could not. He attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism probably saved my fur baby. He was well taken care of and her communication with me was amazing and gave me such a piece of mind since I was unable to end my vacation early and fly back to my guy (I was on a cruise) I highly recommend her and will certainly use her again!”
