I could tell right away that Nala felt at home, and she returned relaxed and calm. Cassie was friendly, communicative, and asked thoughtful questions to ensure Nala's comfort. Despite the short duration of Nala’s stay, Cassie sent me photos throughout, which provided immense peace of mind. It was clear that our dog felt loved, safe, and had a wonderful time with the family. I highly recommend Cassie and her family and hope that our dog can stay with them again!”
