About: I was a cat mom for 16 yrs, but sadly my beloved cat, Mittens passed away in May 2025. I miss him dearly! And I deeply miss having a fur baby in my life! But since I’m not ready to get a new pet yet, I want to give my love, attention and experience into taking care of other people’s pets! I am extremely experienced with taking care of cats and I have taken care of family and friend’s dogs before, and now a few times professionally on Rover. Even though I have owned a cat for many years, I initially grew up as a child being a dog lover! And I have always had a special love for dogs too. I work from home so I am always at home, so it makes it easy to take care of pets and give them all the attention and potty breaks that they need. I am available for boarding or dog daycare at anytime, so please feel free to contact me whenever you would like. I live in an apartment and don’t have a backyard or personal balcony, but I live in a very safe residential neighborhood so walking dogs outside would be fine. There are parks nearby also, so I always make sure to not keep the dog cooped up indoors too long! I have used Rover App before to have my own late cat boarded with someone, so I fully understand the comfort and the need for owners to have pet sitters send photos, videos and daily updates to them of their pet, so I am more than happy to do that! I have not been professionally boarding pets for long, so I have just started building my portfolio.

“It was my first time using the app, and Holly did a wonderful job caring for my sweet little boy, Leo. I really appreciated that she sent me photos of him throughout the visit—it gave me such peace of mind. She’s incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive. I highly recommend her 😃”

“Jennifer took amazing care of our puppy! They sent us updates and pictures throughout the day and it was clear how comfortable they made her feel :) will definitely be requesting help again!!”

About: I'm an animal lover who was the patron saint of stray/abandoned pups and kittens when I was growing up much to the bane of my parents existence. I'm very experienced with puppies and kittens, and am able to keep up with their feeding and potty schedules. I can't imagine life without pets, and love being around them. I like being outside, so it's extra perks if your pup likes to go on long walks, or likes to hike, but I'm also perfectly fine snuggling up on the couch with them as well! *** PLEASE READ REGARDING DAYCARE *** My rate is for a standard 8 hours. If your booking exceeds 8 hours, an additional $5 per hour will be added to your booking. I work from home so I have the flexibility to home all day with your pet if they’re staying with me - perfect for frequent potty breaks and walks. I have a dog of my own who is crate trained so in the rare occasion that I need to step out while watching your pet to run an errand, he will always be secured and cat kept in a separate, closed off area of the home so that your dog will not be unsupervised around another animal.

“My baby jumps out of the car and runs to Kristine’s door with all her wiggles 🥰 I’m always grateful and happy to leave her in a warm family environment.”

About: Hi I’m Audra! I have grown up showing dogs and my family still does. I am very experienced from strong willed Beagles to loveable large Mastiffs to my beloved Chihuahua Bruiser. I have fostered 13 dogs ranging from puppy to senior dogs, working to build up their confidence to get them ready for their forever homes. Whether you need a drop in on your pet or if they need I walk I would Iove to help out and keep your mind at ease knowing your pet is in good hands when you are unavailable. I can stay up to date with any and all medications and ensure feeding is executed as directed. I am more than happy to send pictures to keep you informed on how they are doing. I have a flexible (just need a little notice) work from home schedule, so I can pop over as needed to care for your pet. I ensure the pets are taken out as needed per specific dog, on leash for safety, and get the love and attention they need while you are away!

About: Trust your beloved pets to a mature, responsible adult. I enjoy a loyal following or repeat clientele because my clients understand that I can be trusted both with their beloved pets and with their homes. I am a successful business owner and I work out of my home, in close proximity to downtown Glendale, CA. Please Note: We can only accept one dog per visit. Each visiting dog should arrive with a bed, blanket, toys or anything else you think necessary for them to enjoy a sense of stability and security. Each day, we'll send updates, pictures and videos to assure you that all is well with your pet. Being away from a home can be a stressful situation for any pet, and we do our best to keep your pet calm and comfortable during their stay.

“Jessica did a wonderful job taking care of my persnickety senior dog. He takes a while to warm up to people and both her and her dog Fang gave him the space he needed to feel comfortable in their home. Would definitely book again!”

About: I've had 4 dogs of my own and shadowed at an animal hospital in college. Embarassing story: I used to talk to and sing to the animals that were recovering from surgeries. I considered vet school for several years before deciding on a different path. I love cats as well and have cared for several cats. But I love animals more than I can say. I work full time from home and I also take a few classes during the week. So my schedule is flexible and I have my own car. I live in an apartment in a very safe area. We have our own security and a prevalent police department. My area is very clean, dog friendly, and very safe to walk in, even at night.

“Louie had a blast with Ilya and Polina! They showed my high energy dog a great time, took him on long walks and kept me updated with great photos throughout the day. Thank you!”

About: Attentive, loving, professional care for your pet! Thank you for supporting a local pet professional! I love what I do and take pride in providing the best care for you and your furry family. It’s a joy to see that appreciation reflected in my clients. Since Rover increased fees for sitters to 25%, I won’t be able to reduce my rates anymore on the app! Thank you for understanding. A bit more about me: My name is Jess; I’m 31 years old and have a deep love for animals. I started doing Rover in 2017 with my sister Lindsay in Portland, OR and had wonderful experiences with many different clients and their pets. Since moving to LA, I’ve continued pet care here on my own since 2021. I grew up with a German Shepherd named Maiya and two Golden Retrievers, Annie and Kodi. I have experience with small and big dogs alike (including puppies), as well as cats, guinea pigs, and ferrets. I’ve volunteered with the Northeast Animal Shelter, which included assist with daily feeding, walks, and socialization. I am experienced with lead training and basic socialization for dogs and puppies. A few things I’d like to emphasize about myself; firstly, I appreciate the level of trust that you are extending to me as a pet care professional and mirror it in my actions as a responsible caregiver; I understand that a pet is a part of your family and do my best to treat them as my own. I adore any and all canines, so that comes naturally for me as well! Secondly, I know that traveling can be stressful and want to make it easier on you. I communicate as much as desired so you can be rest assured that your beloved pet is in safe hands. For house sits, I’m also happy to do any basic home needs while you’re away, such as bringing in the mail or taking out the trash. For boarding, your pups will stay with us in our condo (two flights of stairs) with my husband and our roommate who both love dogs. While they’re around most of the time (which is nice if I have to step out for a minute) I am the primary care giver for your animals and will be attentive and on top of their needs. Rest assured, they’re in good hands! Thank you for taking the time to read through my profile. I look forward to meeting you and your pup! I incorporate pet care into my daily life and work schedule. I am a grad student and freelance graphic designer, which means I have a lot of freedom and flexibility to work around your pet’s schedule. During a stay, I may need to periodically leave the house to go to client meetings/class, but spend the majority of the day working remotely at home. Above all, I ensure your pets are getting the best care and attention they deserve while in my care. When I lived with a roommate who has two huskies, we made sure they got plenty of exercise, affection and playtime (without it huskies are a handful!) I believe a morning and evening walk along with adequate playtime and affection during the day is key to your pup’s wellbeing and peace of mind. Of course, if you have a pre-determined schedule for your pets, I will try to align myself with those routines to the best of my ability.

“Sandy was so great with our dog Gunner! We received pictures and videos throughout the day of him playing with her dog, Hiya. They became best buds! She has a nice yard for them to play in. You can tell Sandy treats your dog as if they were her own. My girlfriend and I felt so comfortable with him being there and we were able to concentrate on our work without worrying. I would definitely recommend leaving your dog with Sandy, she’s a wonderful sitter!”

“Awesome spur of the moment stay. Daria’s can-do attitude and multiple photos throughout the visit allowed us to enjoy our time away without worries. We will look no farther for the perfect petsitter the next time we visit Glendale…we found Daria!!! Many thanks from Chula Cholula’s family 💗”

About: I work from home and only take one dog at a time, so your pup gets lots of attention and care. My dog Nico (a friendly 2-year-old Bernedoodle) and I walk 8–10k+ steps a day and love outdoor time. We have a shaded, enclosed patio for safe lounging. I keep a calm home environment and provide structure, play, cuddles, and plenty of updates! I work from home and structure my day around walks, playtime, and downtime with Nico—so adding another pup to our routine fits naturally. We go on multiple walks a day (usually totaling 8–10k+ steps), and I build in enrichment breaks, potty time, and rest periods throughout the day. Your dog will be part of our rhythm, not a side task! I care for pets the same way I care for my own dog—with structure, attention, and love. I only host one dog at a time so they get my full focus. I follow their usual routine closely, with potty breaks on our shaded patio, multiple daily walks, playtime, and plenty of rest. Dogs are welcome on the furniture and can sleep in my bed if that’s what they’re used to. I keep a calm, cozy environment so they feel safe, relaxed, and part of the family.

About: I have taken care of dogs (my own, family, friends) for 10+ years. I currently have a sweet girl named Benni. She is a 1.5 year old husky/terrier mix and loves other dogs! We go for two walks a day in addition to the dog park daily. We hike at Elysian, Griffith and love walking the reservoir! I have experience walking/caring for multiple dogs at once. I work fully remote, east coast hours. My position is super flexible, I am able go for walks, run errands etc. throughout the day and completely free in the evening's leaving ample time for pet care. I have a super friendly, playful dog to keep yours company, a large 2 bedroom townhouse with plenty of space for the pups to play. Happy to crate train if needed. My home has a patio area for potty breaks when we aren’t out walking. My usual spots are Elysian, griffith, Silverlake reservoir, griffith park dog park (usually daily) and Silverlake reservoir dog park.

Dan C.
“Dan has been a dedicated and delightful neighbor for more than a decade. He often volunteers his time to charitable events, and he is an active member of our local community. He has cared for our two dogs and cat many times while traveling, and we have never once worried about the health or safety of our pets. We recently brought home our first child, and Dan cared for all of our pets in his home for several weeks, while we learned how to be first-time parents. He is honest to a fault, and you can be confident that he will care for your pets with the same effort that he does with his own. Good, trustworthy neighbors are hard to find in LA, and we feel lucky to have him so close. Bonus: He's also a terrific gardener, and all of our neighbors have free access to his herb gardens!”

I definitely recommend Tabitha! She was patient and adaptable to the needs of our dog with separation anxiety. We had great communication throughout, and you can just tell from her vibes she is a great dog person. Thank you so much for giving us peace of mind while we were out! Junie says thank you, too! 😊

Amanda was willing to watch our foster rescue at the last minute and made him feel right at home. Communication was stellar throughout, and you can tell Amanda has a genuine love for animals. We could’ve have asked for a better sitter!

Holly is amazing, she watches the pets attentively and is communicative about any odd behavior. My dogs are always so happy when they are about to meet her. I feel at ease leaving my dogs with her.

Daria is so kind and our baby pup loves her! Thanks Daria, looking forward to booking with you again soon ✨🐶

Thanks Chrystle for taking care of Charlie when we were in the Glendale area! It was our first time using Rover and leaving Charlie with someone else, but Chrystle made the process so easy. She was responsive and communicated well. Scheduling, drop off, and pickup were flawless. She’s a natural and Charlie was immediately at ease with her. Our interaction was brief but it was clear that she was attentive and caring. Charlie was well taken care of and had a good couple of walks and clearly had a comfortable time from the photos and with how happy he was during pickup.

Paul was amazing! He allowed us to meet through video call prior to our stay to get the gist of our pups. On the day of, he gave us and the dogs a tour of his home and back yard and where they’d be hanging out! He was so kind to the dogs and they took to him immediately. I usually walk and feed the dogs before a Rover stay so the sitters don’t have to do anything but Paul still gave them a little walk which I greatly appreciated! Paul also accommodated my older Chihuahua with doggy stairs so I know he’s in good hands with a caring person. I would absolutely book Paul again! Thank you!!

We had a last minute need for daycare with our 4-month old puppy and Julia came to the rescue. Julia sent pics and videos, keeping us updated the whole visit and we’ll definitely be booking with her again in the future! Thank you, Julia!

Margarita was great! Very reassuring, responsive, and sent updates! She was sweet and patient with my dog Potato who has separation anxiety. She fed him dinner and took him for a little walk when needed. Would book again! Thanks!
Lexi and her partner were so nice/awesome with Arlo! Super quick to communicate and overall pleasant. Would definitely use them again!

My dog, Duke, had a wonderful day with Bri. Not only was she was super accommodating with a last minute daycare booking, but she was also flexible with dropoff/pickup times. Duke received a full day of playtime and Bri sent me regular updates throughout. I would definitely book with her again!

Amalia was amazing with my dog! He was very comfortable around her upon their first meeting and I could tell she worked with many dogs in the past. Amalia sent updates and photos during my time away from my pet which was greatly appreciated. I will be rebooking with her in the future! If you’re looking for a sitter, book her!

This is our second booking with Larry and I will keep coming back. Our little puppy is so excited upon seeing Larry again knowing he’s going to spend a day with his buddy again. I can guarantee that your furry friends will be in good hands with Larry.

Tim & Elena took great care of our pups! They followed all our instructions to a tee and the dogs seemed very happy when we picked them up. Thank you!

I am very happy and grateful to both of them. It was Kali's (my dog) and my first time at daycare, and I am so grateful it was with them.

Olivia is a wonderful dog sitter. She is caring and my dog gets along with hers, creating a comfortable environment for me to leave my pup. She provides photos while I’m at work which has been greatly appreciated!

Pengfei and Sijie were wonderful and sent lots of photos and videos of my pup. She looked so happy and content in all of them!

Cynthia was recommended by our neighbor and we’re so lucky to have found her and her family who love on our pup when we have to leave her for the day or go out of town. It really seems like they attract the best dogs for our sweet girl to play with (when she’s not following Cynthia or her partner around the house). Babybel is a clinger😆

Metztli and Bradley were amazing with Benny. They have such good energy, and made Benny feel welcome and loved. He was excited to see them and he enjoyed his time with them at their home. Benny felt comfortable right away. We will definitely have them watch Benny again.
