Even without having a dog of my own, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the unique bond they share with us 'two-legged animals.' I live in a small 8 unit apartment building in a very walkable neighborhood. I live very close to Griffith park and love to visit there with dogs. About: Last year I said goodbye to my 17 year-old dog Max, just a few months after my cat Scotty passed away suddenly from kidney disease. Thankfully, Scotty's sister Star is still with me and thriving, but I really miss being around and caring for other animals. And I've fostered a lot of cats - mainly kittens - which is how Star and Scotty originally came into my life. At home, I am careful to always make sure the doors are shut and potentially hazardous items are kept out of your pet’s reach. When walking a dog I devote 100% of my attention to them and my surroundings, keeping watch of anything that’s on the ground that they could potentially try to eat.
About: I’ve owned and cared for many pets since I was a child! I have a deep love & care for them and consider them my best friends/ family. As an artist I’m looking to spend my free time where I find inspiration! With animals, nature, and sharing love & care! And this is with my topsy turvy schedule and high expectations. I love the sh*t out of my little canine buddy... and yeah... finding new people who are reliable, hopefully honest, and willing to earn trust between three of us is hard and is not a real fun experience. Ryan's been wonderful. Ryan being a part of our atwater village neighbourhood doesn't hurt either. Being close and familiar with streets and animal hospitals in case of emergencies and trails and stuff is so much of a relief. Zero complaints, only kudos, from my mutt. About: I have a dog myself and I’ve been taking care of him solely for 3 years now. I’m very familiar with dog needs and I’m very observant of their behavior. I’m currently unemployed so I have all the free time to play with your dog:) I already have a dog at home so it’ll just be similar routine I have a dog park in my apartment building so I can take your dog out as often as they need! About: Hi! I am a dog mom myself, so my husband and I will work together to take great care of your pooch! I have a Golden Retriever, Toby. He’s high energy and loves to play so sometimes comes in hot with others. Please let me know if there have been any issues with that with your dog. I had a little one for 14 years so comfortable with all sizes of dogs- I love them all. My schedule is pretty flexible and I will definitely try to accommodate your timing needs. I am home most of the day Tues-Fri. My husband is home on weekends and can be WFH flexible on Mondays for dog care as needed. Our golden, Toby, always gets a walk in the morning and plays throughout the day. Access to the fenced backyard is available all day. I have a fenced front and back yard. Dogs have access to the backyard all day when we’re home, and will be encouraged to go potty before we leave to go anywhere. No unsupervised front yard time, but if we’re doing stuff, they can hang out. We can crate other dogs, but Toby does not get crated, so happy to cover the crate to reduce fomo!

“Hailey came into our lives unexpectedly in September. I knew our biggest problem was boarding for a trip already scheduled. Difficult to leave your baby, by now, she’s our baby, with a stranger, and we needed a place with no other animals. Natural that Haley was one I contacted on Rover. She answered promptly. We had a quick meet and greet, but I felt it was too short. Huskies aren't the easiest. She agreed to another, and we discussed a lot of things, and I believe she took it all to heart. Also flexible on dropoff and pickup. Hailey charmed her hostess and her roommates the first night. We got photos and updates and by the second day, we were totally relaxed about Hailey in Haley’s care. She walked more than I expected, even took her to coffee shops and other places. Photos kept coming. In short, it is a great relief for us to know we now have someone we trust when we need her. The first time we met, Hailey was friendly to Haley, the second time, Hailey was happy to see her, and at dropoff, she jaunted with Haley up to her building door, tail wagging, never looking back. There’s no better recommendation than that.”
