With such short notice, my options were limited and I'm glad they were. I scheduled a meet and greet with Louise, who is new to Rover, and felt reassured. It speaks volumes that she has fostered a dog for about a year. Her and her daughter are lovely people and you can tell they're genuine dog lovers. It's a bonus that Louise has a nice yard and lives in a quiet area with trails nearby. During my dog Maisie's stay, she consistently updated me with quality pictures and videos. Maisie has separation-anxiety and doesn't always have an appetite in new environments. I was relieved when I received a picture of her eating her breakfast on day one, and was able to fully enjoy my trip. It also warmed my heart to see Maisie getting cuddles. The ONLY reason Louise doesn't have a ton of repeat customers is because she's just starting out on Rover. If you ask me, it's only a matter of time. She will without a doubt be my first choice for a Rover from now on. Rest assured that if you choose Louise, your baby will be taken care of, loved, and happy.”

Tina and Scott took great care of our dog while we were out of town! She gets anxious when we leave her, but Tina and Scott helped her to settle in and she had a great week with them. They sent us daily pictures/updates, and were great about communicating with us!
This was our dog’s first time boarding at someone else’s home, and she was feeling quite insecure at first. Bailey was incredibly patient and empathetic throughout the entire stay. She took great care of our pup, and we could really feel that she understood our dog’s emotional needs. Bailey also kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. We are truly grateful for her care and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a kind and reliable dog sitter!
Jenny was great. She clearly loves dogs and treated Luna like her own. She sent me updates and pictures during the stay, which helped put me at ease. My dog has been struggling to eat lately and Jenny was very patient with her and helped her get her meds and some food. I needed to extend the sitting and Jenny was very accommodating and kind.
The absolute best Rover sitter experience ever! Angela stopped by prior to confirming the booking to meet with us and our pups. When it was dog sitting time, she picked up our pups in her car and her back seat had a dog bed type item that provided both safety and comfort. We received regular updates throughout our trip inclusive of both photos and videos! She gave our pups regular walks, individualized for their needs: a slow walk for our senior dog and a more training-focused walk for or two-year old dog who has serious focus issues, but he's so much better now!!!! On a personal level, Angela is a very pleasant person: elegant, calm demeanor, attentive to details, communicative, caring, and definitely a doggie lover. Needless to say, we look forward to becoming repeat clients :)
Tiffany has been the BEST Rover sitter we’ve ever had! From the moment we dropped off Kashous and Reggie, we knew they were in amazing hands. She took such great care of them and made sure they felt safe and loved the entire time. When our flight was unexpectedly canceled, we had to extend our trip by an extra day. Tiffany was so kind and accommodating, she didn’t hesitate to help us out and gave us such peace of mind during a stressful situation. Throughout the stay, she kept us updated with regular pictures and consistent communication, which we truly appreciated. This was our first time leaving our elderly dog. She is a very nervous, skittish small dog. Lisa was absolutely incredible. We communicated back and forth a lot before the stay, did a meet and greet and felt so comfortable leaving her there. She was so sweet with our pup. Asked lots of questions and was so concerned about her not being scared and settling in. When we went to pick her up after 5 days, she was so comfortable with Lisa she greeted us and then promptly went back to her little bed and even went to Lisa for a pet before coming back to us!! No signs of anxiety or stress at all when we came home. Lisa is loving, caring and just a fantastic sitter. Highly recommend.
