“Danielle is amazing and I highly recommend her as a pet sitter. She was willing to work with my schedule and incredibly accommodating. She was prepared for literally everything and you can tell she genuinely adores animals. I love the shaded little yard and that my pup had someone to keep him company all day. Also great to know she can take care of basically any small animal, including my pet lizard! Absolutely will be a return customer.”

“Debra was so wonderful! I was in town for a wedding and she watched my pup from the morning until the evening when the wedding ended. Since I didn't have a car she even picked up and dropped her off. Plus she sent me photos of my baby throughout the day. Thanks so much!!”

“My dog seems to enjoy the experience with this dog sitter! Great communication with pictures of him enjoying plenty of toys and a nice walk. Highly recommend for a fun and caring dog daycare service.”

“Cathy is an amazing sitter! I did a few days of daycare for my puppy Billie and she was super communicative throughout this process which helped ease a ton of my worry since it was my first time using rover and she was also very open to helping with the crate routine that I’m trying to establish for my pup! Her place is very clean in a safe neighborhood and has plenty of room for playing which I can tell Billie had the time of her life with Cathy’s adorable dog, Lilo, since she would come home and not act like a hyper little land shark😂 Definitely recommend Cathy!”

“Kazue did a great job with our pup! She kept us updated throughout the day with photos and status updates. We will definitely use her service again. Thank you for the worry free time and all the love you gave Koda.”

“Miya is incredible! She took the time to research my dog’s breed and focused on acclimating my dog to her home and surroundings. I appreciate the fact that she cared enough to take the time to observe whether our dog was a good fit for her and vice versa.”

About: -Kennel walker and care provider for 2 years -K9 School Dog trainer apprenticeship program -Several years of dog walking experience -Experience with Large Dog breed and care I have a now 1 year old Corgi and a very talkative and loving 6 year old Husky, I’ve always had a passion for dogs and am looking to work with them as much as I can. Currently I have a backyard and I love to have hands on play time with my current pets. I like to spend lots of one on one time with my own dog and love to do so with others. I love meeting new dogs to see new personalities, I try to make sure that every dog feels safe, comfortable and just as happy as I am to meet them and care for them.

About: Hi, I’m Martha! I’ve had dogs and other pets since I was about 8 years old. I’ve dog sat for friends which works perfectly since I am home full time. That said, I can provide your pet with specific needs — from several walks a day, playtime (which my kids with my supervision would be happy to oblige), and a lot of love and attention. I am a full time homeschooling mom with a flexible schedule and can offer a lot of time to spare to care for your pups! I have a fenced yard and dog-friendly home, a friendly pup to keep your dog company, and a loving family that would also give your dog lots of attention.

About: I have taken care of both cats and dogs since I was just born. I had one cat and one dog growing up both for 18 years and I currently have one cat that is 6 years old with a minor disability. My roommate has three cats. I have experience with behavior training, feedings, vet, appointment, walks, potty training, and recognizing emergencies that need immediate attention. I make my cats wellbeing a priority. They get a morning and an evening walk as well as the ability to go in and out as they please. They get wet food at the same time every day in the evening and dry food available to them always. They also get treats for behavior training and to better their tricks. I am available to complete any and all services needed to take care of your pet, whether that be in my place of residence or yours.

“My dog, Mitzi, did so well with Veronika. Veronika was very communicative, responding promptly to my questions and sending updates with photos and videos. I was impressed with how well Mitzi adjusted to Veronika and how much she enjoyed their walks. I would recommend and definitely book Veronika again!"”

“Jennifer was absolutely amazing! She took care of my 6months old puppy really well and sent updates with pictures and videos over the duration of the stay. She is also very responsive. Her dogs were also super friendly with my dog and had tons of play time. I highly recommend Jennifer.”

“Becky was amazing with our newly adopted fur baby! I had to reach out last minute and she was so willing to help. She took Daisy out for her walks and gave her her medicine and ointments as well as sent me updates throughout their day together ◡̈”

“I felt so comfortable leaving our cheyanne in jans care. Everything about this first time experience using a doggie daycare was absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for taking such great care of our family during a time of need!”

About: Hey there! While I’m new to Rover, I’m definitely not new to caring for dogs. I’m a proud dog mom to my sweet girl, Hlub, and I know just how much love, attention, and care our pups need (and deserve!). I treat every dog like family—with patience, playtime, and all the love they need to feel safe and happy. I might not have a list of Rover reviews yet, but I make up for that with genuine care, strong attention to detail, and a huge heart for animals. I’ll follow your dog’s routine exactly, send you lots of updates, and make sure your pup gets all the cuddles, walks, and play they need while you’re away. I’d be honored to earn your trust and your dog’s tail wags! Pet care is a natural part of my daily life because I have a dog of my own—my sweet girl, Lu. Every day revolves around making sure she’s happy, healthy, and loved, whether that’s morning walks, playtime, feeding her on schedule, or just relaxing together. I genuinely enjoy being around dogs, and making them feel safe and cared for is something I do with joy, not obligation. I have the flexibility to include pet care into my routine, and I always plan my days with my dog’s needs in mind—so doing the same for your pup would feel like second nature to me! Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, my approach is all about making them feel safe, loved, and comfortable—just like they would with you. In my home, I keep a clean, cozy, and pet-friendly space where your dog will get lots of love, playtime, and structure. I stick to their usual routines (like feeding times, walk schedules, and any special instructions) so they feel right at home. I also make sure they have plenty of room to relax and play, and of course—lots of cuddles if they want them! In your home, I’m super respectful of your space and routines. I’ll follow all your instructions closely—whether that’s medication, feeding, crate time, or just how your pup likes to be greeted. I’ll also keep you updated regularly so you always know how your fur baby is doing. No matter where I’m caring for your pet, their comfort, safety, and happiness are my top priorities! *There’s a trail and pond right nearby so we are always enjoying plenty of walks outside.

About: Hello there! My name is Josh, and I’m an enthusiastic dog caretaker who would love the chance to take care of your dog. At first glance, you might be unsure if this guy who looks like a pirate can reliably care for your furry friend. Rest assured, I am dedicated to meeting your dog’s needs in a safe and fun environment. I will ensure that your dog feels loved and happy. I prioritize open communication with pet owners to build trust. A little background about me: I currently have a rare brain tumor that makes it difficult for me to hold a regular job. The tumor is stable and only affects my vision in my left eye. I hope that with treatment, I will soon overcome this health challenge so I can return to school to become an MRI technician. In the meantime, I’m happy to work with Rover to save up for that goal. Taking care of your pets would mean a lot to me and would help me progress toward my aspirations. I promise to go above and beyond in my service to show my appreciation. I also have a well-behaved Belgian Malinois named Nezuko, who gets along with all dogs. If you’d like, we can arrange a meet-and-greet beforehand—I’d be happy to do so. If you'd like to see my pup. Thank you for reading, and I hope to meet you and your furry friend soon! I am on permanent disability so i am available at all times. I am still very active and I walk my own dog 3-4 miles a day. I have a huge park across the street that I take my dog to every day. If your dog is not good off-leash, I have a 50 ft leash they can use if they have a compatible vest. My dog is very friendly and loves playing with other dogs. She does get very excited when she sees new dogs and people, but I've never seen her be aggressive with any dog or person.

“Yvonne is the absolute best! She helped us out when our sitter cancelled at the last minute - and boy did we luck out! She was extremely responsive, responsible and just a really warm, kind person. Our pup absolutely adored Yvonne and was excited to see her each morning. It was a relief to have him in such great hands. :)”

“Cheonyi is wonderful and very sweet! She took care of Milo and sent updates throughout the day. The meet and greet helped so much before dropping Milo off for daycare because we got to see how her dogs and mine interact. Milo absolutely loved Bu and Buddy and he can’t wait to play and go on walks with them again. Thank you, Cheonyi for taking such great care of Milo! ?”

About: Growing up with dogs of my own, I have a deep love and adoration for the animals. I've been told I was always able to have any animal like me, no matter the size, and that people could tell I cared deeply for animals. Family and friends have asked me to care for their pets and such whenever they go out of town, and it is very fulfilling to be trusted with an important member of one's family. I am looking for work that can give me a bit more to do during my weeks. I am a college student, so I couldn't necessarily keep a full-time job while taking 7 classes as much as I would've liked to. Pet care/sitting would just give me the little extra cushion on money flow to allow me to be less stressed about college tuition. Plus, playing with cute animals would definitely help me relax and make my day 10x better. I do live in apartment, so it is a bit of an obstacle. But, I live in a gated community that closes its gates every night and opens at a certain time in the morning. I love to go for walks, so I could keep them in good company and fun while taking them out. I have dealt with crate-trained, and crate-training, dogs before as well!

Cedric G.
“I am pleased to provide this reference for Cedric, who has been an outstanding dog sitter for us over the past year. Cedric has cared for our Husky Nala on multiple occasions—both for short weekend stays and longer vacations—and each time, he has exceeded our expectations. Cedric is incredibly responsible, attentive, and clearly passionate about animals. He followed all of our instructions carefully, kept us updated with daily photos and notes, and made sure Nala felt safe, exercised, and loved while we were away. We returned home each time to a happy, healthy dog and a clean, well-maintained home. His reliability and genuine care give us complete peace of mind. I wholeheartedly recommend Cedric to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate dog sitter.”

Jamiela P.
“Jamiela is the absolute best! She’s watched my cats multiple times now, and each time I come home to happy, relaxed, and well-cared-for fur babies. They genuinely love her—almost as much as they love me (and that’s saying something!). It’s such a relief knowing they’re in great hands while I’m away. Jamiela is attentive, reliable, and clearly has a special connection with animals. I wouldn’t trust anyone else more with my pets!”

Nezuko is well-behaved, and our dog Kylo had a great time with her. If you are looking for someone fantastic with dogs, Joshua is the right fit.”

Lora M.
“Lora was a very caring, sweet, and lovable care taker for my dog. I’ve had my dog Sissy, who is a pitbull mix for over 7 years now. I’ve known Lora for about 4 years now, and I’ve always gone to her whenever I needed someone to help care for my Sissy if I was going out of town for a trip or work-related travel. She is excellent with dogs and really adores the animals!”
