About: I have taken care of dogs with multiple medical contains which includes providing medicine multiple times throughout the day. As well as providing extensive supervision for any other specific needs I am available most of the time. I am also very flexible with my schedule, and I am able to meet your and your pets needs I have a fenced in yard plus a small dog who loves to play. About: I have been a veterinary technician for the last 19 years. I have spent the majority of that time working at a small animal practice, but also worked at an emergency and specialty practice for 4 years during that time as well. During my career, I have dealt with numerous c-sections, geriatric, diabetic, and renal patients. Meaning that, injections, SQ fluid, oral meds, etc, are not a problem.. I have also done pet sitting on the side for many years during this time as well. I have always had a love for animals. I currently own a 9 year old mixed breed dog, as well as a cat, and chinchilla. I have had many pocket pets over the years as well. I currently work full time, overnights only, on the front end of the week. I plan accordingly, to make sure the pets needs are met before and after work shift, and spoil them extra on the days I’m off. I adjust to whatever needs the pet requires, and make our schedules work in sync so that there are no issues with bathroom breaks, or feeding/medications.

I've worked at doggy day cares, I was an animal control officer in Colorado, and now I'm currently working at an animal hospital as a veterinary assistant. I've been at my current hospital for almost 3 years, and I love working with animals, it's my passion. I am skillful in administering most medications, CPR, and nail trims if needed. Please note: I work at my animal hospital Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. I'm available for visits/house sitting before and after if needed. The only full day im unavailable is Wednesdays. Otherwise, I can do any drop in visits after 6pm from Thursdays-Saturdays, or anytime Sundays-Tuesdays. I can do overnight care all days of the week. I am always tentative to the animals. Sophie did such a wonderful job caring for my dog while I was on vacation. My pup needs time to get used to new people and Sophie gave him the space that he needed to get comfortable with her. She sent me regular updates and photos and left my home spotless. I will definitely look to book Sophie for my next trip.
Liam was amazing with our three pups. He gave them lots of attention and snuggles. I’m pretty sure our dogs were upset to see us return home because they knew that meant he was leaving. He stayed at our house and left it clean and well taken care of. Can’t recommend Liam enough.
