“Nicole did an amazing job with our 15-year old grandpa cat while we were out of town. She's friendly and attentive and was very persistent with getting our cat to eat his pill (a tough job even for us). Her Rover comments were detailed and always came with nice pics so we felt comfortable knowing he was being well taken cared of.
