About: I was raised in a home caring for many animals including dogs, rabbits, toads, and a tortoise. During college and the year after, part of my job was looking after farm animals: horses, donkeys, goats, sheep, alpacas, chickens, ducks, pigs, and a steer. I’ve worked and volunteered extensively with cats and dogs of all age ranges and sizes even administering treatments and medications when needed. In the past decade in addition to house sitting and dog walking I have worked at PetSmart as well as an animal shelter and currently volunteer my time on the dog behavior support team at Mary S. Roberts Pet Adoption Center. I do overnight emergency fostering for bottle baby puppies and kittens and take shelter dogs out on field trips for the day when I can too. I believe all creatures deserve the best care possible and am lucky to have met so many amazing animals over the years. Pets really are the best part of the family! I am currently between jobs so I have almost fully open availability to give all my time and attention to your beloved dogs and cats! My goal is to gain the trust of every pet so I can provide the necessary enrichment and comfort for each animal to meet their individual needs during my time with them. I will treat every pet with love as if they were my own while following any house rules and maintaining the current schedule and any boundaries as instructed by the pet parent.

I walk my own dog and have an active lifestyle taking her to dog parks/beaches/mountain for hikes and to take in the view. I have 4 indoor cats and 1 dog whom all get along. My dog is well trained, although she can get excited sometimes her training does pull through and she is good listener. My backyard has a fence and a pool for summer swims. In a clients home, I am respectful of their space, I am able to provide care that is more comfortable in their home.

About: Hello 👋 I’m Brittany — a professional pet sitter and dog walker originally from New York with a huge love for animals. I have veterinary assistant training, dog training assistant experience, and I’ve volunteered at numerous animal shelters throughout my life. Beyond my professional experience, I’ve been around animals my entire life. I grew up spending time on my grandparents’ horse farm in upstate New York, helping care for the horses and other animals. Over the years, I’ve personally owned and cared for a wide variety of pets, from dogs and cats to small animals, birds, reptiles, and farm animals. Dogs and horses have always held a special place in my heart. As a mom to a teenager and 5 fur babies of my own, I know pets are family. I treat every animal like my own and make sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for. 🐾 I have a flexible schedule during the week. I’m only unavailable from 7:30–9:00 AM and 2:30–4:00 PM on weekdays for my daughter’s school drop-off and pick-up. I come prepared for every visit with my own utility belt stocked with all-natural treats and waste bags, plus my own leash, ice-cold water, and a travel water bowl. I also bring a tennis ball for playtime, a brush for pups who enjoy it, and paw balm when needed. 🐾 You’ll usually see me arrive for visits by e-bike 🚲, but I use my car if weather conditions call for it. I’m also comfortable caring for large, strong, and high-energy dogs.

About: Through volunteering at an animal shelter, I’ve had the opportunity to work with many kinds of dogs. From senior dogs to puppies! All of which I am capable of caring for. I’m currently a full time student at RCC, I major in music so I have a flexible schedule that can accommodate any of my clients demands. About: Growing up in Panama, I have handled a lot of different animals. This past summer I had the opportunity to work at a vet clinic and get volunteer hours in Panama! This year at CBU, I have a pretty free schedule that fits perfectly with being able to care for pets, if that means for a morning walk, or afternoon care.
