I love pets and I'm very experienced with pet care. I've just finished my freshman year of college and am home for the summer. I have played with and walked my family’s dog, Ollie, since she was a puppy, so I have experience with walking and caring for both more unruly puppies and more mellow older dogs. I've also pet-sat for family friends and neighbors many times before, some of whom have much older senior dogs who need a lot of extra care, so I am experienced and capable of helping care for many different kinds of cats and dogs with different needs and dispositions. I also have a lot of experience caring for cats as I took care of my own cat throughout high school, spending time with him regularly, feeding him twice daily, changing his litter box every day, and when I go home on breaks I continue to do so. Also, I have pet sat for families with cats before as well and understand that each cat has their own unique personality and set of needs and I am able to cater to that as needed. Additionally, I trained my dog Ollie to sit, stay, come, drop-it, leave-it, play fetch, speak, and even high-five! So, I am a great option to hire if you are currently going through the puppy training process as I know the basics and will be able to work with you to make sure that my care of your dog does not undermine your training. (e.g. I will administer commands as you instruct me to and not repeat commands multiple times or incorrectly and I can uphold your leash training practices) Thank you so much for considering me as a candidate to help take care of your pet, I hope to get to meet you both soon!

I am great at following instructions, so I will ensure that I care for your pet exactly as you ask me to, and will also go above and beyond to ensure your pet is happy and fully taken care of! I can also help out with any additional small chores, should you ask, such as watering plants or taking in mail.

Came last min on Easter which was very appreciated. Maze was very happy when we came back home. Sent me pictures of her on her walk which I love. Would 100% recommend.
We have used Lydia multiple times. She is very responsive to messages, takes great care of our pets and leaves the house clean. We are always happy with the care she provides.

Schedule
I am currently on summer break and although I am currently taking some online classes and work part time on the weekends, my schedule is very flexible and open. I’m available pretty much all the time and would love to spend that free time looking out for your fur baby. Additionally, as a broke college student I have no business rejecting work hours, so if you feel that you may need a lot of last-minute pet care- I am an excellent fit for you.
