Hello! My name is Brooke and I own my own petsitting business called “Brooke’s Wagging Tails,” where I have petsat for over 100 clients around Southern California, Jackson Hole, Wyoming and Boston, MA. I am a junior in college at UC Irvine, majoring in Political Science, Psychology, and minoring in History (I am Pre-Law). In my free time, I enjoy going on hikes, playing soccer, reading, chasing sunsets, and of course, hanging out with animals! As I mentioned before, I have over four years of experience petsitting across the country, and previously worked at a pet store in California as well as a dog hotel in Massachusetts. I have dogsat for all types of pups-from little golden doodles to German shepherds bigger than me, and catsit regularly as well. I am available for drop-in visits, overnights, and walking. If you have more than dogs or cats, I am also available for that-just reach out to me! I know how much trust it takes to hand your babies over to someone new, and I pride myself on being trustworthy, respectful, communicative, and kind to my clients and their animals. I do overnight sitting in my clients homes for the most part. I have a couple of years of experience running my business, and a 10 year old dog of my own. I do special food requests, walks, am comfortable administering medication, picking up mail/housesitting, etc.
Ratings and reviews
Brooke was really helpful with a last-minute request and little communication from us. We had a family emergency paired with a wedding and felt 100% confident that our cat, Walter, was being taken care of with little comms from us. Thank you, Brooke!

Brooke took excellent care of Dixie and is a very good communicator.
Brooke is very sweet and took care of our house and 13 yo lab, Blue, for 8 days. She was a respectful house guest and Blue warmed to her immediately. I'd have loved a few more updates from her, as we only got 4 photos during the stay, but it wasn't something that gave me any concern for Blue's well being.
We were impressed with Brooke from the start. She was kind and responsive. We were happy that she was able to meet our pups before the scheduled date. However, on the morning visit, she missed my written instructions, and didn’t give our dog the all of required medication (one was missed). On the afternoon visit, she only walked one of our dogs and she arrived over an hour late. We considered using her again, but were a bit disappointed how it ended.

Schedule
I always have time for animals. Being around them and taking care of them and fostering a connection with them is something that soothes my soul, and has brought me a lot of happiness throughout the past couple of years. I can work out exact scheduling with you if you’re interested, but I will without a doubt make the time!
