By the end of the second 30 minute visit they were on the same side of the doggy gate spending time together. She took tons of pictures which made us so happy to look at while we were gone. She even included pictures of the dogs food to show they ate and how much! (Our dogs only eat a little when we are gone, so refreshing to see they felt comfortable enough to eat with her). She was always punctual, and she kept in touch throughout. Whenever she had a question, she texted me right away, and she sent photos to make sure she was doing everything exactly the way I wanted. That attention to detail gave me real peace of mind while I was away. She took care of all the essentials thoughtfully, not only filling the food and water bowls but washing them too, and she kept the litter boxes clean throughout. What impressed me most, though, was how gently she approached my kitties. They are quite skittish, and Katherine respected that, interacting with them delicately and patiently rather than forcing anything. One of them even came out to see her at feeding time, which says a lot about how calm and trustworthy she is. When I came home, all three kitties seemed relaxed and content, which is the best sign that they were in good hands. Katherine is reliable, caring, and clearly loves animals.
