About: My name is Michelle and I am a former teacher, now stay at home mom to two babies and one dog. I have always had dogs in my life. Growing up, I had a Sheltie and two rescue Beagle mixes. Currently, I have one sweet pup, a hound named Benjamin who is equal parts lazy, silly, and "follow the nose." As a former teacher, I know how busy life can get. I also know how hard it can be to find someone you trust to take care of your fur babies and I'd love to help. I'm currently available occasional boarding services (check my calendar for availability). I have a large, fenced in backyard. For boarding, dogs MUST be fully house broken, crate trained, and 100% good with children as I have two small children in the house. Not accepting puppies at this time. I have a fenced in yard with plenty of room to run and play. I have one dog in my home, he is friendly and ready to play (or not play if your dog prefers, Ben's often a lazy boy, too)! I'm able to feed, walk, or crate your dog as requested. Dogs are allowed on the furniture.

During my undergraduate studies, I fostered dogs for a semester, which gave me hands-on experience caring for dogs with different personalities, needs, and routines, offering them a loving and caring environment before adoption. I have experience and am comfortable with dogs of all ages. I am willing to adapt and learn how to best care for your animal! I have experience administering medications such as oral, topical, and inhalers. I am currently working part-time and taking an online summer class as a graduate student, so I will have some free time to stop in to check on your loved ones and take them for some needed walks! I am flexible to accept last-minute bookings as well. When in your home, I would love to take your pets for walks, to dog parks, anything you already do with them to make them the most comfortable! Whether it’s a walk around the neighborhood, playtime, feeding, potty breaks, or simply providing companionship, I’ll make sure your furry family member feels safe and cared for. I take pride in being reliable, attentive, and patient, and I’ll treat your pet with the same love and respect I would my own.

About: I have always been an animal lover. I grew up with a Labrador Retriever who lived to be 16. Sadly, his health slowly deteriorated as I was in graduate school while living at home, but this allowed me to gain valuable experience with a senior pup. I have always enjoyed horses and horse-back riding, I often volunteered through college at a local stable to get my horse fix! Something about those gentle, giants just speaks to me! I have watched several friends and family members pets at their homes while out of town. I have had friends recommend me to their other friends and family as well. I have demonstrated reliability and integrity. I currently have two cats, Finley and Paisley, and a floppy eared rabbit named Willow. I often bring Willow to work with me; she acts as a therapy rabbit at my place of employment. I also frequently assist my parents with their current rambunctious Labrador Retriever, who I lovingly refer to as my "puppy brother." I assist with walking, bathing, feeding and doing drop ins when they are gone for the day. Currently I do work a full time M-F, 8-4 schedule. However, due to the nature of my job, I have summers off so my availability will be much more flexible towards the end of June. Currently, pet care would have to be in evenings and various weekends. My own pets are spoiled beyond belief and I would do the exact same for yours! My pets are my children, not just animals, and I intend on treating everyone's fur babies as such. For drop ins, I have no problem feeding, watering, changing litter boxes, crating or playing with your pet. For walks, I am comfortable with picking up feces and following leash laws/regulations.

About: I've always taken care of my family pets, and have dog-sat for family friends! I kept up with meds, food, play, and anything else the dogs needed or wanted. Anyone I've asked said that they were more than satisfied with my care. Over the summer, I'll be taking online classes and have a part-time job, so I'll be pretty flexible when it comes to stopping by or walking dogs! I unfortunately will not be able to offer services at my own home. I have dogs where that type of activity just wouldn't suite them.

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats since I was a kid. I've raised dogs from puppies providing training and teaching obedience. Also providing assistance to senior animals. I currently work full time, 4 days a week (6am-5pm) Tues-Fri. I have a very flexible schedule that will allow for local visits and walks during working hours in the Owego area. Outside of working hours I am available in the 15mi radius around Johnson City. Within working hours or near, I am available in the 15mi radius around Owego. I offer one on one attention to your animal providing meals, water and bathroom breaks. Also including plenty of play time, exercise, and local hikes.

About: I have cared for so many types of dogs since I was a kid. From little Chihuahuas and Dachshunds to Pitbulls and Rottweilers. I absolutely love them all! I love taking dogs on long walks and providing a lot of play time. I have cared for puppies, senior dogs, dogs with heart conditions, dogs that needed medications administered, and more. I currently work in a local elementary school, I have a big heart for humans and animals ♥️. I love to fill my weekends and summers providing safe, and comfortable pet care. I’m currently available all summer!!! I am very respectful of my clients wishes when it comes to their pets as I know that they are a part of the family! I will happily follow any schedule or routine wanted by my clients. I will always ensure safety during walks and play time. I make sure to communicate a lot and send plenty of photos and videos.

Most of my experience comes from cat sitting, where I’ve learned how to care for pets with different personalities, including shy and anxious animals that need extra attention and consistency. As a track and field athlete, I’m very active and dependable, which makes me a great fit for energetic dogs that need regular walks and exercise. I focus on making pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away, and I always treat every pet like my own. I would do it either before or after work. I would also do it on the weekends as needed by customers. I’d do it as often as I’m needed I make sure pets are fed on schedule, have fresh water, receive plenty of attention and playtime, and get regular walks or exercise when needed. I also keep living areas clean, including litter boxes or pet-related messes, and provide updates so owners feel comfortable while away. I’m attentive to each pet’s personality and needs, whether they are energetic, shy, or prefer a calmer environment. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
