Ben and Star’s bestie! Thank you very much for loving on my fur babies!!

Alyssa was a very nice person and seemed to really get along with my dogs and cat at the meet and greet. I very much appreciated that she was able to take care of my animals while I was gone. I did have an issue with her not paying attention to the schedule that I put on the rover site when I first set up everything for the visits with my animals. The very first day she arrived on time and took care of my animals but when the second visit happened, she was suppose to feed them and did not. She did not feed them until the third visit that day, which means it was 12 hours between feedings for my animals. I feel that is unacceptable because it was clearly when I wrote out what was needed and when it was needed when I set up my original schedule for visits with. Also, Alyssa was told what the animals should have, how much and when. I also, for convenience and help since I have multiple animals, I put what they are to have in individual bags, labeled and set out or in the refrigerator. Well when I came home the cat had 2 bags of hard food that was not used and a half of a can in the refrigerator. The cat was supposed to have a full can once a day in the afternoon and the hard food was to be replaced everyday with fresh food. Like I said, Alyssa was very nice and it seemed like my animals liked her, but maybe she should take the time to read the information on the website about the animals she takes care of or reach out to the pet parents if she is unsure. I did leave y both my phone number and my husband’s and asked her to reach out if there were any questions. It was decided almost immediately when I realized that she didn’t take the time to read the directions on the site or the note I left her that she would not be receiving a tip. I’m sorry but it’s just the way I feel. I wish her all the best.

You’re the best as always! Amazing communicator, takes the best pics, and dogs behavior is much better! Star is playing fetch now, Ben is a better listener, the two of them are getting along nicely now, and the two of them are becoming more independent with opening the screen door to use the potty. We are so grateful for you!!

It's abundantly clear how much Sindri truly cares for animals. I hate leaving our elderly and slightly neurotic cat at home, but from the first meet and greet to the very thorough check-in updates, I was actually able to be out of town with minimal anxiety. Sindri's experience really shined with the photos, detailed description of the interaction, and quick responses for each visit. Thank you for taking such excellent care of our meatball!
