About: I’ve been lucky enough to raise and care for three wonderful dogs, from tiny two-month-old pups to wise, gentle seniors — so I’m comfortable with dogs of all ages. I love getting to know each dog’s unique personality and energy level, and I adapt my care to suit what makes them happiest. On walks, I keep a close eye on what they sniff or try to eat, as well as how they interact with other pets we meet along the way — making sure every encounter is safe and friendly. I can also do basic training like “sit,” “paw,” and “roll,” using high-quality freeze-dried liver treats (with your permission, of course!). When we return from our walk, I’m happy to give them a gentle clean-up — wiping their eyes, paws, and rear with premium Earth Rated pet wipes — so they come home fresh and comfortable. I walk my own dog at least twice a day, so spending time with animals is already part of my daily routine. I’m an active person, averaging over 10,000 steps a day, and since I live in downtown Palo Alto, walking is also my main form of getting around. At my client’s home, I will feed the pets, play with them, and keep an eye out for anything unusual, letting the owners know right away if I notice something of concern. I’m also happy to handle basic pet-related clean-up when needed. Having raised three dogs myself, I’ve become skilled at giving relaxing dog massages — and if your pet enjoys gentle human touch, I’d be delighted to treat them to a soothing massage.

About: I grew up with cats and dogs, which taught me that if they can coexist, anyone can. The cat, Garfield, totally ran the household though. Duh. I work full time in person so I have free time after 5pm on weekdays and anytime on weekends. Also happy to stay over/housesit with your pet. Jie was amazing and really exceeded my expectations. I had her pop by for a few hours to spend time with my 11 year old and 1 year old French Bulldogs. She walked both dogs twice, encouraged play time, and fed them. She sent photos and updates and even cleaned the dogs bowls after the dogs ate. She is exceptional!!
Alexis is our go-to cat sitter - she takes such great care of our cats and is always so communicative! We left the cats for almost two weeks (the longest we’ve ever left them) and I was worried about how they’d do…but with constant care and attention from Alexis, they were totally content!
Trina was wonderful! She came over the day before for a meet and greet, which really put my mind at ease. On the day of our drop-in, she was punctual and took such great care of our dog. I was able to relax and enjoy my time away knowing our pup was with a safe, caring, and loving person. We will definitely be reaching out to Trina again!
Hannah was absolutely wonderful! She took care of my two cats for a week and did an amazing job. She’s dependable, resourceful, and clearly loves animals. My cats, who usually hide from strangers, warmed up to her right away. She gave regular updates, and I could tell they were happy and well cared for the whole time. Emma has been an awesome find for us and our dog, Cody. Cody is an active 70lb inqusitive guy but who has been quite sick and needs a lot of extra care. Emma was easy to communicate with - responding quickly and clearly. She has been great with Cody - taking the time to get to know him and being attentive to his needs. She is always on time and has been proactively thoughtful in caring for our dog and our house. I would absolutely work with Emma again either as a dog walker or house sitter.
Kevin helped out with our three cats last minute over a holiday weekend, and he did a fantastic job. He was thorough and communicative, sending lots of great pics and videos each day. He even lured out our shyest kitty for playtime! Will definitely have him back.
Cat whisperer! Kellie has great communication, a solid understanding about animals and a genuine interest in caring for them, is responsive, punctual, and overall amazing. She has a wonderful rapport with our kitty - it's so sweet and heartwarming to see them play and interact with one another.
