“Absolutely perfect. Exactly what we were hoping for, especially on such short notice. Astrid was wonderfully communicative, left us lots of updates and photos while we were away, and gave us peace of mind that the pups were well. I would absolutely hire Astrid again”

“Staci thank you so much for the last minute schedule to come by to care for Teddy and his cats! ? I highly recommend Staci to anyone who is very overprotective of their animals and wants the RIGHT love and care. I didn’t have to worry about anything and truly enjoyed my time away. Very communicative and loving. My animals love Staci. I will be using you again. Thanks again you rock.”

“Vanessa was terrific and really put us at ease to leave our pets in her care. She was reliable and responsible with our kitties. They warmed up to her in a few days as she was a natural with them. We really are 100% pleased and feeling great about finding Vanessa.”

About: I have been around animals my whole life and currently have one dog, three cats (one senior with chronic illnesses/daily meds), four hermit crabs, one ball python, and 10 quail. In the past, I have cared for fish, snails, horses, rabbits, ferrets, a tarantula, and a variety of birds. I am open to watching animals of all kinds! I am able to provide drop in care any time on the weekends and morning/lunchtime/evening during the work week. I am also able to provide dog boarding in my home. I work Monday-Friday but my office is in the same neighborhood as my house - and is pet friendly! For drop in care, my goal is to provide care that keeps to the pets' regular schedule as much as possible in order to ensure they feel safe and cared for. I am able to medicate cats and dogs. For in home care, I am able to accommodate up to 2 dogs from the same household. I have a large, pet friendly house and fenced back yard. All boarding dogs must be cat friendly and good with other dogs.

“Chasity was phenomenal! She jumped in last minute to help my family through an emergency. She took the worry of caring for my two high energy dogs off my plate. Thanks a bunch!”

“Desiree was amazing! I can not leave a better review. She took care of our dog, and our cat, and both took to her like they’ve know her their whole lives. She was very attentive to my type A attention to detail. And she gave us tons of photos. I hope she can watch them or check in again soon!”

About: I’ve loved all animals since I was 4 years old having both cats and dogs growing up and rescuing my own pup last year. People call me the pet whisper because for some reason all animals seem to take to me very fast.. I like to think it’s because I genuinely love all pets as soon as I meet them. I’ve helped friends pet sit, walk, feed and bathe their pets and have experience with providing medication as well as working with pets with allergies. We have a fenced in yard and live in a very pet friendly area! On Friday-Sunday we usually head to the dog park once each day, but will always check first to see if that is okay with you. I currently work as a dietitian (specialized in sports, women, infant, children and clinical nutrition) so the times that I have listed are always when I am AWAY from work and home/able to provide full focus on your sweet fur babies. This is why my availability is evenings and weekends and occasionally Fridays/Mondays. Additionally, my husband is at home with me too and though his hours are more unpredictable being in the Army he is able to assist as well. I am always upfront about my schedule and work hours to be sure I am the best fit for you and your fur baby! We have a fenced in yard and 1 super friendly 3 year old dog to keep your pet company. If visiting your home I will be sure to bring in any mail and spend some time with your pet during my check in. I would prefer meet and greets prior but it is not required.

About: I’ve spent 5 years working for a vet clinic, including boarding and grooming. I’ve also fostered puppies as young as 5 weeks old. My abilities include but not limited to caring for a variety of different types of animals, grooming, giving oral medication and obedience training. Pet care is a daily thing for me with having 3 pets of my own. I also care for family/friends pets with drop ins and overnight care. I do have a flexible schedule as I currently work for myself from home selling gems, crystals, and fossils. Caring for animals is a passion of mine that I’ve enjoyed doing my whole life. Safety, trust, and environment is very important to me when clients put their trust in me to care for their pets. I never leave pets outdoors unsupervised (including my own). I prefer not to allow any interactions with unfamiliar people and/or other’s pets while your fur babies are under my care.

“Heather was awesome!! We’ve only had our dog for a few months so we were incredibly nervous to leave him at home when we went out of town for a family function. I hired Heather to do 4x/day check-ins, and she totally went above and beyond! First off, she took the job with almost no notice since our original arrangement fell through at the last minute, which was huge. When we were out, she spent hours hanging out and walking with our boy, and even stayed the night at the house with him of her own volition. She sent plenty of pictures every day so we never had a doubt that he was living his best life, I think he was a little depressed when she left. She was extremely communicative and asked questions when she wasn’t 100% sure on something, so we felt completely at ease being thousands of miles away and knowing our that our boy was getting the care and attention he needed. Bottom line, as much as I would love to keep Heather on retainer as our exclusive dog sitter, it’s my moral imperative to recommend her to as many people as possible because she’s completely awesome :)”

“Amber was always on time to take care of my pets. She gave them affection and play in addition to my regular care requests. I received pictures and or videos from each visit. Amber communicated and responded quickly when I had a question. I will absolutely use her again for pet sitting and would recommend her to others. I have used other local pet sitting companies within the last 6 months and I was very unhappy with their services. I am very pleased to have used Rover and worked with Amber. Working with Amber allowed me to enjoy myself on vacation while I was away from my pets.”

About: My family got our first dog about 10 years ago, and the pack has grown more and more over these past years. Family friends and relatives always come to me when they need someone to watch their fur babies, take them on walks, or give them extra care and attention. In my household, there are 6 dogs that I take care of, all of different breeds and sizes. Taking my pups on daily walks is their favorite part of the day! If I am staying with your pet, they will have lots of play time and enjoying the outdoors. For senior dogs or those with special needs, keeping myself alert and aware of surroundings is my top priority. Their safety and comfort is what matters at the end of the day, so I can help in anyway you see best fit!

“Ronald made friends with molly very quickly. She went out for him which usually takes a couple of days for her to warm up to a stranger. Even gave her one of her pain med pills for me when i forgot.”

“Hailey was amazing! On her second stop in she noticed joeys breathing was a little wheezy and labored (he has asthma) so she sent a video and I confirmed she should give him his inhaler. She then stayed an extra 10 min to make sure it worked and he was back to normal and comfortable. Very much appreciated. Thank you!”

About: Are your high energy pups driving you crazy in quarantine or while working from home? Let's get them some running or walking to burn that energy! We can remain socially distant, while getting your pups the exercise they need. I'll always safely disinfect the leash and collar prior to returning your lovely pet. About me: My name is Claudia.
