“Kat did a fabulous job walking my dog 3 times a day while at grandma's house. She really helped out when the dog wouldn't get in the car to be transported to my mother's home for his stay. She was flexible, very personable, and responsible. Kat was just a delight. I am not sure who enjoyed Kat's help more, my mother or my dog! This was my first time using the service and will use again.”

My husband works 12 hour shifts so I needed someone to let my poor pups out during the day and spend some time with them! She came at the designated time every single day, and sent pictures! My dogs loved her, even my shy timid girl! I will definitely be using Nikki's services again when we are out of town!”

About: I have always had at least one pet if not multiple in my household! I am the main contact for friends and family to watch and care for their babies. I have taken care of dogs, cats, bunnies, birds and even a turtle. I absolutely love animals and would be hard pressed to find an animal I didn’t get along with! I mainly read in my free time, and would be happy to hangout at home with your animals for majority of the stay. I do not smoke, drink, vape or anything of the like. I am an introvert & a homebody and like to keep a calm, caring, and quiet environment for the animals I stay with. I do have a full time job working 8-5pm, but my schedule is flexible as I can be home some days, so I am available during the week and most weekends to hang out all day with your babes! I am an early riser so I will always be up for a good morning routine with them as well. I love to be outside so I will go out with your animal and play in the yard! I love to fill my days with lots of pets/belly rubs, snuggles, treats and toys! I will send pictures and updates throughout the day as well. I know how important it is to see your babies while you are away!

“Thank you my, Abby. Great experience for our first time using the Rover app! We will be asking you again! Sophie & Deb”

About: I have worked in dog care for multiple years and have again many skills from this. As well as gained a lot of exposure to different dogs and their needs! I do work at a dog kennel currently, but wanted to try something on my own but I would work this around my work schedule as I am only part time. Firstly I will always respect your space! I would love in-depth instructions to ensure no confusion. I will complete all tasks properly and meet all their needs. Their safety is most important as well as caring for them properly:)

About: Hello! I’m an active, experienced animal lover who has been around dogs, cats, barns, birds, and all types of animals my entire life - horses, hamsters, guinea pigs, reptiles, hedgehogs, you name it! I own large breed dogs and have experience working with dogs through multiple levels of training. I can provide care for dogs of all sizes and have previously owned cats (including one who lived to be 19!) I’m also happy to care for your barn animal (horse, donkey, goats, chickens, etc) or exotic pets and reptiles. Unfortunately I do not pet sit for pit bulls or pit bull mixes. I communicate well so you know how things are going, work from home, and can be flexible on days, nights and weekends. I only schedule a few clients at a time to ensure your pet gets the time, safe care, and attention they need. Additionally, if you need a dog walker (regularly or as needed), I’m your person. I enjoy being outside and active, and can take your dog on short or long walks (even in winter), exercise them outside, and if needed can help work with them on leash training. I will follow any special needs you have for your pet to continue their routine, training, medications, shots, etc. Your pet(s) will be well cared for so you have peace of mind and can be present in the moment while you’re away! I work full time but have a flexible schedule days, nights and weekends. I only work with clients within a reasonable radius of my home and only a few at a time to ensure your pet receives the best care possible. Care for your dog or cat would be in your home. I can care for other small pets in my home or yours, whichever works best for you.

About: With years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments—including energetic puppies—I provide loving, reliable, and knowledgeable pet care you can trust. I offer a dependable and flexible schedule that I can adjust for your pets needs. This includes weekends and most weekdays. I do work therefore will have to know in advance what times I will be able to be with your best friends. Of my pets could talk they’d love to tell you about how spoiled and loved they are. I make it my priority to make every animal I come in contact with comfortable and happy.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs my entire life, with 10 years of hands-on experience from fostering a wide variety of breeds, ages, and abilities. I’ve worked with everything from newborn puppies to senior dogs in hospice care. My expertise includes training blind and deaf dogs, as well as working with breeds that require specialized care and attention. I’m also experienced in behavior training, ensuring that each dog feels safe, loved, and well-cared for under my watch. I am a student with only online classes with Rover as my part time job. The flexibility of online classes gives me the ability to adapt my pet care schedule as necessary I put the pet first in all situations. In most situations I’ve had limited interactions with a pet before working with them for the first time. It’s most important to me that the pet and bond on their terms so the respect gained is mutual. If a pet doesn’t trust you, then they won’t be comfortable. So it’s important to me that I use a pet first approach in all aspects so the pet is most comfortable in every situation.

About: I have taken care of dogs of all kinds. I had a few dogs growing up as well, plus cared for friends and family pets multiple time. I am currently working from home full-time. I am available all day on weekends and during the week, anytime after 5pm. If needed, I am also available to stop by on weekdays during the day to care for pets - typically between 12-1pm I currently have a cat who who I rescued a few years ago. I play with him daily and feed him morning and night. When taking care of other pets, I sometimes will stay at the clients house if requested. I will take the dogs on walks as need for potty breaks or as excercise. I have also taken care of dogs that I only stop by for feeding and pottys break throughout the day.

About: I've trained dogs to run on leash and off leash. I've worked with dogs 8 months old to 13 years old. The largest dogs I've sat for 60-80LBS. I work for myself, so my schedule is flexible and I'm available most days and weekends. I can dog sit at your home and /or visit. Clients home: Frequent potty breaks, play time and walks. I'm happy to take your pet out on trails on leash for long walks as needed.

About: I recently had my dog, Rex of 15 years, pass away and looking for an opportunity to be around animals. My last summer I was involved taking Rex out at all times of the day, especially at night. I have also taken care of my nephew, Apollo, who needs to have at least two walks a day to wear him out. I personally love going for walks and have a fury companion makes it even better! I am used to being on a schedule and planning around routines. Routines are ideal to know, so I can make your pet most comfortable in their own environment. Some examples are that Rex would let me know he needed to go outside by standing by the door. He would also take a drink when coming in from outside.

About: Charismatic and outgoing animal lover with 16 years experience owning pets, and hundreds of hours volunteering at the humane society in 3 different states. I grew up with cats, but could not own a dog until I moved out on my own, so I quickly got my first baby Alice the first chance I could. My fur babies include a 13 year old sweet beagle mix, Alice 🌈 and two gentle loving cats, Poppy and Millie. All of my animals have been around other animals their whole lives and get along with all creatures. I prefer not to board cats, but can keep your cat in a closed bedroom for their stay. I would love to open my doors to help out families in need of a more personal way to board their pets when they are away. Your animals must get along with cats and small children. I have a very flexible schedule so I have the ability to care for your pet throughout the day, depending on your pets individuals needs. My pets have free range of the house. Visitors dogs can be crated if needed or have free range of the house if ok left unsupervised.

“I couldn’t ask for more when it comes to a pet sitter! Cara took such great care of my adorable (but crazy) two year old pit-mix and my cat who is usually pretty timid with new people. Cara sent so many adorable photos and updates, I never once had a worry about my fur babies. It was clear to me that my pets really loved her and trust her fully..even my shy cat started spending plenty of time with her. The most pleasant surprise was coming home to a SUPER clean apartment, I’d say it was cleaner than we left it! There’s no question Cara will now be our go-to pet sitter!”

“If you're looking for someone who will care for your pets like they’re her own, look no further than Finnley Wright. I have the privilege and honor of being Finnley’s mom and I can say without hesitation that she is one of the most dependable and hard-working people I know. Whether it’s showing up early, staying late, or going the extra mile to make sure everything is just right, Finnley brings a level of commitment that gives total peace of mind. What truly sets her apart, though, is her deep love and compassion for animals—especially dogs. She has a natural way with them, earning their trust quickly and treating them with the perfect mix of kindness, attentiveness, and playful energy. Finnley understands that pets are family, and she takes that responsibility seriously. If you want a dog walker or pet sitter who is reliable, loving, and absolutely trustworthy, Finnley is your person. Your pets will thank you!”

Jason K.
“Jason has watched my pups on several occasions. I have an elderly 14 year old pup, that moves a little slower, and Jason has all the patience with her on their walks as she enjoys sniffing all the things. He has also cared for my pup with epilepsy and provides snuggles and tennis ball plays to keep him engaged and his energy in check. I know my pups are well cared for and they enjoy Jason spending time with them as they are quick to greet him and bring him a toy to play with or belly up for some scratches and ear rubs. I highly recommend Jason if you need a pet sitter!”

Danielle S.
“Danielle is an incredibly dependable and caring pet sitter! She has house-sat for us and taken care of our dogs multiple times, and they absolutely adore her. She’s great about sticking to their feeding schedule, takes them on walks, and gives them all the love and attention they need while we’re away. Danielle has even helped care for our fish, making sure they’re fed and looked after just as well. She’s responsible, trustworthy, and treats our animals like her own! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate pet sitter!”

Shalini B.
“Shalini is an exemplary pet caregiver. She is kind and gentle with all animals and understands and practices correct training methods. It is rare that both my dogs immediately warm to a person, but they both loved Shalini instantly. There is a mutual respect between her and the animals she cares for; it's special. She is incredibly responsible, and I know that when she cares for a pet that they will will receive the highest standard of care. I cannot recommend her enough, and so do Chloe and Gordon (my doggies)!”

Margaret O.
“Margret has been watching our dog Apollo for the last 2 years ever since he was 4 months old. She takes him on long walks, plays fetch with him, and gives him the attention he thinks he deserves( which is a lot in his option). He abides by all of the rules we give her and has even found fun ways to make those “strict” rules work for our dog. IE not too many treats so she gives him ice cubes as a treat after a long walk. She has done everything from an afternoon walk while on at work to watching him while I have been out of the country for an extended period of time.”
