“Kathryn and Matt were amazing. They have 2 other dogs that Gumbo was able to play with and the property was safe for him to have a good time.. They gave regular updates on how he was doing, walked him around the neighborhood and even snuggled him on the couch when he sat next to them. They were excellent caretakers.”

“Erica did an amazing job with our dog. She made sure Cici got attention and the best of care to include administering medication as needed. She sent pictures throughout the day and was excellent at communicating. I felt like our fur baby was in great hands.”

“Brianne took great care of our 19 month old Bernedoodle, Kona. She and her family welcomed Kona into their home with love and care. We received pictures and updates which put us at ease since this was Kona's first time staying with another family and dog. Our dog even forgot who we were when we returned after 6 days to pick her up. Thanks again, Brianne!”

“Tatyanah & Everardo did an awesome job with my Pup Isla!!! My Pup is very timid around other pups, but Tatyanah, Everardo, and their pups made Her feel very welcome. I received videos and pictures throughout the time Isla stayed at their home. I asked them for feedback and tips on how I can get Isla more comfortable around other pups. I would definitely recommend them. Isla will be seeing them soon as I plan to bring Isla back! Thank you Tatyanah and Everardo!”

“We were so pleased that we found Vadym for our Bella. Vadym and his family were very good with Bella and treated her like their own. They have a nice home with a good size backyard, and Vadym would play ball with Bella for break time. We got photos and videos from Vadym every day. I will definitely use Vadym again next time. Will also recommends his service to others too.”

“Diane was an excellent dog sitter for our dog Luna. We were a little nervous because we just recently adopted her, she’s a little shy around new people, and and this was the first time we boarded her, but Diane was amazing, sent lots of pictures and updates, and I could tell Luna was very comfortable and well taken care of. Would highly recommend Diane.”

“Kym went above and beyond to take care of our little guy. We felt very good about leaving him with her and she was really great about sending us frequent updates and photos. He even got a goodie bag when we picked him up. What a nice surprise!I will definitely leave him at Kym's next time we need to board him. Thank you Kym for taking such great care of our little Bentley. I think he misses Dusty!”

“Pepper had so much fun. This sitter updated me constantly and sent me pictures throughout the days. My dog had so much fun and felt so comfortable with this sitter. I didn’t have to worry about the safety or wellbeing of my pepper with Gabi. Gabi was super quick to respond to me and asked permission before taking my pepper anywhere. I will absolutely use Gabi again and recommend her to anyone that’s using Rover! This was my first time using rover and this experience really set the tone for the app! Amazing dog sitter!!”

“Excellent service! Provides daily photos and updates. Works great with dogs that are not used to multiple people or dogs. Very accommodating and times/date adjustments. Would highly recommend her.”

“Erica quickly bonded with my dogs (3) and has provided excellent care. She is very caring and conscientious. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable, caring and knowledgeable person to care for their pet. Her rates are very reasonable, and she provides exceptional service. “All around amazing!! Communication was quick and he was very accommodating to all my and animal’s needs. Caleb was responsive, accommodating, and just so easy to trust. My pups had a great stay as proved through pictures Caleb shared with me throughout their stay. Drop off and pick up were seemless, and I really appreciate all the communication he provided while caring for my animals throughout my trip!!”

“Lucy took such good care of our rescue dog who has some insecurities. I didn’t have to worry about how he was adjusting at all because she kept me updated with pictures and details on his progress warming up every day. I would absolutely feel comfortable dropping him there again where he was treated like family sleeping in their bed and eating fresh food like scrambled eggs after running around outside. Thank you Lucy!!”

“Anasteysha and her family were excellent! Our dog Cookie really enjoyed her stay and was able to play with other dogs. Anasteysha was very responsive and sent many pictures/videos while we were away. We will use their services again!”

About: Animals have been part of my life since I was little — I grew up with six dogs and started caring for them on my own around age 10. It was never a chore. I genuinely loved it. Since then I’ve looked after pets for friends, family, and neighbors, and that same feeling has never gone away. I do drop-in visits, walks, and boarding. Your pet is welcome to stay in my home, where they’ll be treated like family — not just watched over, but truly loved. I give a lot of affection and I make sure every animal feels safe, seen, and cared for. I’m trained in pet first aid and CPR, can handle oral and injected medications, and have experience with senior animals and pets with special needs. Whatever your pet needs, I’ll show up for them. I know leaving your pet with someone new can feel hard. I just want you to feel at ease — and I want your animal to feel loved while you’re gone. I’m currently studying psychology online, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to give your pet real attention. I’m available for boarding on weekdays and weekends, and I offer drop-in visits and walks in the morning or afternoon — any day of the week. Your pet is welcome to stay in my home, where everything is calm, clean, and safe. I can also come to your home if that’s what’s most comfortable for your pet. Either way, I’m respectful of their routine and give them plenty of love and attention throughout the day. I always clean up after myself and make sure your animal feels at ease the whole time you’re away.
“Marta is the best host! She is very kind and attentive to ease our dog’s separation anxiety. Really appreciate the photo & video updates of the puppies playing and having a great time :)”

“Sarah is the BEST dog sitter in Tracy! She took such good care of my dogs, who are usually a little stressed when they are away from home. She sent us tons of pictures and detailed updates and I really felt like she gave Bug & Seymour individual attention based on their needs. Her own dogs are super sweet, and played really well with my little one who really came out of her shell. I am so happy to have found such a caring and trustworthy sitter who really cares about dogs and it really feels like she treats every dog that comes into her home as her own.”

“LilDude had was so well taken care of at Angie's home. Could not ask for a better family to have dude stay with. If you're looking for someone who really loves dogs please give Angie a call. Again thank you Angie and family for have dude there for a week, and a special thank you to Charlie Brown who was there to welcome dude.”

“Aya had a great time, was nice and exhausted when she came back. She likes to be part of everyday activities and Tricia did a great job letting Aya be there. Tricia did a great job sending pictures and feedback, always bringing a smile to my face. I would use Tricia, and her family, again in a heartbeat!”

Tricia watched our dog Tucker for a full week while we were out of town, and we could not have had a better experience! She was amazing about sending us daily updates and photos throughout the entire week, which gave us so much peace of mind knowing Tucker was in such great hands. It was clear that she truly cared about him and made sure he was comfortable, happy, and well taken care of while we were away. We would absolutely recommend Tricia to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter, and we will definitely be using her again in the future!

Acausha did an amazing job caring for our two little pups. I was so worried about leaving them fur eight days but I didn’t need to be. Acausha was very patient with our nervous older dog and did a great job with our energetic younger dog. She even sent pictures regularly throughout our trip. I highly recommend Acausha!

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
