“Kathryn and Matt were amazing. They have 2 other dogs that Gumbo was able to play with and the property was safe for him to have a good time.. They gave regular updates on how he was doing, walked him around the neighborhood and even snuggled him on the couch when he sat next to them. They were excellent caretakers.”

“Erica did an amazing job with our dog. She made sure Cici got attention and the best of care to include administering medication as needed. She sent pictures throughout the day and was excellent at communicating. I felt like our fur baby was in great hands.”

“Brianne took great care of our 19 month old Bernedoodle, Kona. She and her family welcomed Kona into their home with love and care. We received pictures and updates which put us at ease since this was Kona's first time staying with another family and dog. Our dog even forgot who we were when we returned after 6 days to pick her up. Thanks again, Brianne!”

“We were so pleased that we found Vadym for our Bella. Vadym and his family were very good with Bella and treated her like their own. They have a nice home with a good size backyard, and Vadym would play ball with Bella for break time. We got photos and videos from Vadym every day. I will definitely use Vadym again next time. Will also recommends his service to others too.”

“Diane was an excellent dog sitter for our dog Luna. We were a little nervous because we just recently adopted her, she’s a little shy around new people, and and this was the first time we boarded her, but Diane was amazing, sent lots of pictures and updates, and I could tell Luna was very comfortable and well taken care of. Would highly recommend Diane.”

“Tatyanah & Everardo did an awesome job with my Pup Isla!!! My Pup is very timid around other pups, but Tatyanah, Everardo, and their pups made Her feel very welcome. I received videos and pictures throughout the time Isla stayed at their home. I asked them for feedback and tips on how I can get Isla more comfortable around other pups. I would definitely recommend them. Isla will be seeing them soon as I plan to bring Isla back! Thank you Tatyanah and Everardo!”

“Lori is a natural caretaker. She provided so much love and attention to Zara, my standard poodle. I could see how much fun Zara was having through the photogenic pictures Lori sent each day. Lori's 1-acre of land is such a plus for the dogs to run and play. At the end of the stay, Zara and Lori were both sad to part. That speaks volumes about the wonderful level of care your pet will receive while staying with Lori. Book her now!”

“Kym went above and beyond to take care of our little guy. We felt very good about leaving him with her and she was really great about sending us frequent updates and photos. He even got a goodie bag when we picked him up. What a nice surprise!I will definitely leave him at Kym's next time we need to board him. Thank you Kym for taking such great care of our little Bentley. I think he misses Dusty!”

“Pepper had so much fun. This sitter updated me constantly and sent me pictures throughout the days. My dog had so much fun and felt so comfortable with this sitter. I didn’t have to worry about the safety or wellbeing of my pepper with Gabi. Gabi was super quick to respond to me and asked permission before taking my pepper anywhere. I will absolutely use Gabi again and recommend her to anyone that’s using Rover! This was my first time using rover and this experience really set the tone for the app! Amazing dog sitter!!”

“I am so happy I found Acausha to sit my dog. My dog did very well with her and her family. Even though he prefers to not be away from me, I can tell he really enjoyed his time with her. Communication with her about the visit and throughout was exceptional. I could tell in the photos and video she took he was in great hands which made me feel more confident about using her. I enthusiastically recommend using her if you are in the area.”

He would respond quickly to my questions and was very flexible. Our fur baby was happy and relaxed when we returned home. We will definitely use his services again. Caleb is highly recommended.”

“Lucy took such good care of our rescue dog who has some insecurities. I didn’t have to worry about how he was adjusting at all because she kept me updated with pictures and details on his progress warming up every day. I would absolutely feel comfortable dropping him there again where he was treated like family sleeping in their bed and eating fresh food like scrambled eggs after running around outside. Thank you Lucy!!”

About: Animals have been part of my life since I was little — I grew up with six dogs and started caring for them on my own around age 10. It was never a chore. I genuinely loved it. Since then I’ve looked after pets for friends, family, and neighbors, and that same feeling has never gone away. I do drop-in visits, walks, and boarding. Your pet is welcome to stay in my home, where they’ll be treated like family — not just watched over, but truly loved. I give a lot of affection and I make sure every animal feels safe, seen, and cared for. I’m trained in pet first aid and CPR, can handle oral and injected medications, and have experience with senior animals and pets with special needs. Whatever your pet needs, I’ll show up for them. I know leaving your pet with someone new can feel hard. I just want you to feel at ease — and I want your animal to feel loved while you’re gone. I’m currently studying psychology online, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to give your pet real attention. I’m available for boarding on weekdays and weekends, and I offer drop-in visits and walks in the morning or afternoon — any day of the week. Your pet is welcome to stay in my home, where everything is calm, clean, and safe. I can also come to your home if that’s what’s most comfortable for your pet. Either way, I’m respectful of their routine and give them plenty of love and attention throughout the day. I always clean up after myself and make sure your animal feels at ease the whole time you’re away.
“Marta is the best host! She is very kind and attentive to ease our dog’s separation anxiety. Really appreciate the photo & video updates of the puppies playing and having a great time :)”

“I recently boarded my dog Maxx with Sarah and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we arrived, she was warm, professional, and clearly passionate about animals. She took the time to get to know my dog’s routine, preferences. I loved that she provided regular updates and photos, so I could see how much fun Maxx was having during playtime. When I picked him up, he looked happy, and clearly well cared for. I would use her again !”

“LilDude had was so well taken care of at Angie's home. Could not ask for a better family to have dude stay with. If you're looking for someone who really loves dogs please give Angie a call. Again thank you Angie and family for have dude there for a week, and a special thank you to Charlie Brown who was there to welcome dude.”

“Aya had a great time, was nice and exhausted when she came back. She likes to be part of everyday activities and Tricia did a great job letting Aya be there. Tricia did a great job sending pictures and feedback, always bringing a smile to my face. I would use Tricia, and her family, again in a heartbeat!”

About: Growing up in the country, my environment was filled with dogs, which gave me hands-on experience with different breeds early on. I have cared for everything from small, high-energy breeds like Chihuahua's to larger, and stronger breeds like Rottweilers and Pit-bulls. This exposure taught me how to adapt to the unique needs of each dog, including their exercise routines, feeding habits, and personality quirks. My ability to connect with dogs of all sizes and temperaments ensures they feel secure and cared for under my supervision. Rounded up I have five years of experience caring for dogs of different temperaments, sizes, and breeds making knowledge, communication, and compassion key skills of mine! These skills have been used to care for all types of dogs, whether it be seniors, new borns, or behavior challenged dogs! Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily and weekly routine, my flexible schedule allows me to prioritize the needs of the animals in my care. As a high school graduate, I have the freedom to manage my time efficiently, ensuring I can provide consistent attention and care throughout the day. I schedule feeding times, walks, medications, and potty breaks around my coursework, giving each pet the structure they need while staying on top of my responsibilities. My ability to balance these tasks ensures that pets always feel cared for, even during busy periods. Having free weekends also allows me to dedicate more time to pets, who need consistent attention or engagement. I use this time for exercise, mental stimulation, or grooming, depending on the dogs needs and abilities. My focus on time management ensures that each pet is always prioritized, with plenty of quality time and attention incorporated into their routine. My goal is to provide a calm, nurturing, and healthy environment. I can ensure that pet care will fit seamlessly into my routine, allowing me to meet the needs for every dog I meet! Safety is my top priority, which includes securing the living space to prevent accidents, removing hazardous items, and ensuring pets have access to fresh water and appropriate food for their dietary needs. I carefully monitor their behavior to identify any signs of distress or illness and address them promptly. For outdoor activities, I use secure leashes or harnesses and supervise them, and monitor them while off leash closely. Building trust with pets is essential to providing effective care. I take time to understand their unique personalities, preferences, and routines. By approaching them gently, respecting their boundaries, and offering positive reinforcement, this creates a sense of security and reliability. Whether it’s maintaining consistency in feeding schedules, potty breaks, and spending quality time/playing, I strive to create a comfortable environment for each dog I meet. I can ensure they feel valued and cared for, the environment I provide is clean, stimulating, and adapted to their specific needs. Ultimately, my approach combines attentiveness, compassion, and professionalism to ensure every pet thrives under my care.

About: I am extroverted and creative, and I have an affinity for people having unique inspirations and passions. I really love animals, but sadly, have none to call my own! I would love to be around them more, and offer my help and care to the community who may need it. I have been inconsistently house sitting and dog walking for years now, but I am now hoping to do it more often! I have a lack of reviews, but it’s not for lack of experience :) I am laid back and I have a very flexible schedule! My availability is almost entirely open. Let me know if you need care last minute! I enjoy giving them outdoor time, so they can run around, and let out all their excitement and energy. I also love giving them little treats, when they are allowed!

I take the time to understand each pets personality and make sure they feel comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. I’m currently a college student on summer break and work part-time, but I keep a flexible schedule and am especially available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I understand how important routines are for pets and make sure they receive the attention, care, and consistency they need while their owners are away.

“Paris is sweet and purr-fessional! She took care of my two kitties, Sarang and Saja, and won them over right away. It’s very difficult to leave my babies, especially being a first time cat parent but I felt at ease with her when I dropped them off at her place. She also sent adorable pictures of them, looking calm and content. Communication was easy and my Sarang and Saja came home happy! 😻”

About: I recently took a break from dog sitting to focus on caring for my baby. Now that things have settled into a routine, I'm excited to start accepting bookings again! I have 6+ years dog-sitting experience with dogs of many different sizes and temperaments. Personally I have a 85 pound German Shepherd mix, Turbo, a 40 pound labradoodle, Maple, and an 80 pound Rottie/GSD mix named Tater. I thoroughly enjoy playing with them everyday and have learned many training techniques from raising them. I have a great deal of experience caring for a highly allergic and anxious dog. I understand the helplessness that can often come with trying to find a treatment that works. If your dog has allergies/skin issues, or any other special needs, I'm more than happy to help. Rest assured your dog will be given the love and attention they need to feel comfortable in my home. We do have 1 cat (named Sesame) who would prefer to be left alone. If your dog is very reactive around cats this will not be a good fit. I am a stay- at- home mom and my husband works from home, so we can offer a great amount of flexibility with drop-off and pick-up times. Your dog will be supervised 24/7 when in my care. I have a large (2.3 acre), fully-fenced backyard for optimal play! I have three friendly dogs who would love to show your dog all the best sniff spots. We also love going on walks, playing fetch, taking naps, and playing "find it." I've taken a dog CPR class to better understand the warning signs of a dog in distress, and what actions to take in an emergency. Being a pet parent myself, I greatly understand the peace of mind that comes from knowing your dog is safe and happy. Therefore, I will always send you multiple updates, with photos, every day throughout your dogs stay. Please let me know if you have any questions! I'd love to schedule a meet and greet. I can't wait to meet your pup!

About: Caring for animals has always been a big part of my life, and it’s something I truly enjoy. I’ve helped neighbors and family with walking, feeding, bathing, and general care, and I’ve also fostered kittens. I’m experienced with pets of all ages and temperaments, including seniors who need a gentler approach. Spending time with animals means a lot to me, and I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. I’m a full-time student with a very flexible schedule, which allows me to be available throughout the day for pet care. Whether it’s walks, feeding, or check-ins, I can adjust my routine to match your pet’s needs and keep their schedule consistent. My schedule is especially open during the summer, with even more daytime availability. Whether I’m caring for pets in your home or mine, their safety, comfort, and routine are always my top priority. I take the time to follow your instructions closely—from feeding schedules and walks to playtime and any medications—so your pet feels secure and well cared for. During walks, I prioritize leash safety, stay aware of our surroundings, and choose calm, pet-friendly routes. In your home, I’m respectful of your space, keep things tidy, and ensure everything is secure while you’re away. For boarding and daycare, I offer a calm, structured environment with plenty of attention and supervision. I have a small fenced yard for safe outdoor time, and I’m happy to take dogs to a nearby dog park if requested. I’m mindful of each dog’s comfort level and energy, and I tailor care to match. I provide consistent photo updates for walks, meals, medications, and playtime so you always know how your pet is doing. My goal is to offer dependable, thoughtful care that gives you complete peace of mind—and helps your pet feel safe, relaxed, and truly at home.

About: Cats, dogs, even mini-pigs served through Rover! Cat owner for 15 years, adult and senior with and without dietary restrictions and post-medical care. Dog experience too but not my own. Being patient, kind and understanding is most important with humans and animals. I work from home and set my own schedule for activities and obligations. I don’t overload my schedule so I can give myself and any obligations a fair and dedicated amount of time I introduce myself to animals with trust and kindness and let them introduce themselves and have fun at their own pace! Do they like walks, fetch, cuddling? If your dog is present for doggy day care with me, cats will be restricted to a room for the duration and the dog will have run of the house with supervised time in my backyard in addition to walks
“They were amazing with Moose! We had a last minute need for dog sitting and they were able to accommodate within 30 minutes. We felt quite lucky. They even provided their own leash, water bowl, bed, and treats so we didn’t have to leave his stuff at all. Thank you both!!!”

Whether it’s a quick walk or a longer stay, I make sure your dog gets plenty of exercise, attention, and care. I run my own dog walking and pet sitting business and care for multiple regular weekly clients, along with one-time and occasional visits. Reliability and communication are very important to me, and I treat every pet like they’re part of my own family. Over the years, I’ve raised 9 dogs of my own, so dogs have always been a big part of my life. Your pup will be safe, loved, and well cared for with me. Pet care is a big part of my everyday life. I run my own dog walking and pet sitting business, so my schedule is built around the pets I care for. My weekdays usually include regular walks, drop-ins, and check-ins, and I make sure to leave space in my day so I’m never rushed. I plan my week around my clients so each dog gets consistent attention, exercise, and love. This isn’t something I squeeze in — it’s what I do — so I’m able to be reliable, present, and fully focused on the pets in my care. It really depends on the service, but my goal is always the same — keep pets comfortable, safe, and on their normal routine. In my client’s home, I stick closely to their pet’s usual schedule for feeding, walks, potty breaks, and downtime. I spend quality time with them (not just quick in-and-out visits), give lots of attention, and always send photo updates so you know how they’re doing. In my home, pets get a calm, family environment. I make sure they have space to relax, regular potty breaks, daily walks, and lots of supervision. I do slow introductions with my dog and always prioritize safety and comfort. Whether it’s boarding, overnights, or drop-ins, I treat every pet like they’re my own and focus on keeping their stress low and their routine consistent.

“We had Kristen house sit for us and take care of our Golden Retriever. She was great - good communication in the planning stages and flexible with our plans. Any requests for pet care are fine by me as long as the animal is safe and happy! My animals(I have 3 dogs and 2 cats) all get along well, are fed well, and regularly see a vet.
About: i have 3 animals as of writing this. 1 senior dog, 1 kitten and 1 cat. they all have wildly different personalities and health needs which i have no problem meeting at all. my pit needs diet restrictions, and my late german shepard coyote mix needed gentle emotional help as she had trauma from her past family, my male tuxedo kitten needs to learn to chill because hed set off a bomb then eat trash if he could, and my runt calico is very picky about what she eats and when you can touch her. all of this i happily handle as i pride myself on knowing animal body language and making sure they get the best care they can based on what they need. I am a full time university student so my schedule will change 2x a year BUT i am very flexible despite that. I make time for my own animals so i can absolutely make time for another’s animals to put your mind at ease. I provide my bets with necessary diets they each need, comfort they all need or want, play they need or want, and do my best to read body language to figure out something i cant immediately tell. I always have food and water out, multiple beds and blankets everywhere for them to sleep, and multiple treats to give when I come home to them.
About: Pets deserve the best! Grew up surrounded by all types of pets, such as dogs, cats, turtles, and hamsters. Have had a cat of my own for 6 years, and I've constantly looked after my sister's dog since he was a puppy. I was the animal-obsessed one in my family, constantly taking in strays. I am a student at a University and have class on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. However, I am free on those days after 5 pm. On Monday, Wednesday, and the weekend. I am free at any hour. I give my full attention to the animal when I am with them and treat them as my own. I am always sure the animal is comfortable before anything. I love to treat other people's pets as my own, and know when to give them their space. Am respectful of others' homes and careful not to disturb space. Instructions are easy for me to follow, and I like to send updates with photos of your fur baby.

“Our two dogs were happy and worn out after a half-hour walk with Belinda. She's scheduled to dog sit for us in a few weeks, and we're very confident she'll take great care of them.”

About: What sets me apart is that I’ve been around dogs pretty much my entire life. I grew up with two German Shepherds and learned early on how much attention, patience, and responsibility dogs—especially larger breeds—require. Even though I don’t currently have dogs of my own as a second-year Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) student, I’ve continued caring for dogs I know well. I’ve looked after my friend’s Akita and my uncle’s Maltese during extended trips, so I’m comfortable adjusting to different sizes, personalities, and energy levels. Right now, I’m focusing on dog walking only since my home is undergoing renovations. I’m doing Rover alongside school, which means I take each walk seriously, show up on time, and genuinely appreciate the opportunity to care for your dog while also supporting myself through grad school. Your dog will always get my full attention, a safe walk, and plenty of care. I am a full-time second-year Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) student in school Monday-Thursday, so my availability is typically Friday-Sunday. I will try to keep my Rover calendar up to date and communicate clearly ahead of time so there are no surprises. Dog walking fits naturally into my routine as a way to stay active, take study breaks, and support myself during grad school, while giving your dog the attention and care they deserve. Since I’m currently offering dog walking only, my focus is on keeping your dog safe, comfortable, and secure while out of the home. I follow your instructions closely regarding leashes, harnesses, walking routes, pace, and any behavior considerations. I always use proper leash control, avoid unsafe situations (off-leash areas, aggressive dogs, extreme weather), and stay aware of my surroundings at all times. If I’m entering your home to pick up or return your dog, I treat your space with respect, locking doors, following entry instructions, and ensuring your dog is safely secured before leaving. I never rush walks and adjust each outing to your dog’s energy level, temperament, and comfort. Clear communication is important to me, so you’ll receive updates after each walk so you know how your dog did. Your dog’s safety and your trust are my top priorities on every walk.
About: I have experience caring for pets of different ages and personalities through both my own pets and pet sitting for friends while they’re away. I currently care for two pets of my own- an orange 9 year old tabby and a one year old kitten.
About: I have experience caring for my two German Shepherds, handling everything from feeding and exercise to basic training and grooming. I’m comfortable with large, energetic dogs and understand their need for structure, play, and attention. I’m also patient and attentive, ensuring dogs feel safe and well-cared for while their owners are away. Pet care fits naturally into my routine, as I have experience caring for my own dogs daily. I am available for morning, afternoon, and evening walks, feedings, and playtime. My flexible schedule allows me to provide consistent, attentive care, whether for short visits, overnight stays, or extended sitting. I prioritize each dog's needs, ensuring they receive exercise, companionship, and proper care while their owners are away. Having cared for my two German Shepherds, I understand the importance of providing a safe, structured, and loving environment for dogs. Whether in my home or a client’s, I ensure pets are comfortable, well-supervised, and receive the care they need. I prioritize safety by securing play areas, following feeding routines, and keeping a close eye on pets during walks. Trust is essential, so I communicate with owners regularly, providing updates and ensuring their pet is happy and well cared for. My goal is to create a stress-free experience for both the dog and their owner.
About: Being the mother of my own fur-child in the past, I know how much your pets mean to your family. I am willing to help with frequent walks, feeding, play and activities and also vacation pet sitting. I adore all dogs ... breeds, size, age or medical condition doesn't matter. Since I haven't adopted another dog since mine passed over the rainbow bridge last year, I take great joy in taking care of other peoples dogs to fill that space only a puppy can fill. I'll be their "Aunt Holly"! And I promise I will take care of them like they are my own. My day job is done remotely, so I'm able to work from wherever I'm at during the day... even at your home with your pups as my assistants. We will be able to take our breaks outside or go for a walk or even play together. My time is very flexible.
About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life. I have had my own dogs of all sizes for more than 50 years. Experienced volunteer foster dog mom. I am semi retired with a home based part time business. I have lots of flexible free time. I can work around your scheduling needs except on Friday and Sunday mornings. I am very safety conscious and follow your directions carefully to insure proper care and safety of your pet. I am comfortable with medication or skin care needs and special feeding necessities.

“Erica was amazing with my pups! We received pics and updates throughout their stay. My pups were well taken care of and comfy with Erica and her family. Thank you for taking care of my dogs on short notice too ❤️❤️❤️”

“Caleb was wonderful. He asked for important details about our dog that would make caring for Rocky easier. He sent updates such as texts and photos. He would respond quickly to my questions and was very flexible. Our fur baby was happy and relaxed when we returned home. We will definitely use his services again. Caleb is highly recommended.”

“This was our first time using Rover and we were so lucky to find Brandy! She took great care of our super anxious dog, Kona. We especially appreciated all the daily pictures and updates which provided us with comfort knowing he was doing well without us. An added bonus was Kona meeting Winston and having a bestie for a few days. We couldn’t have been more pleased with his stay at Brandy’s home. Thank you Brandy and Lt. Dan so much!”

“Sierra took great care of my babies. One of my pups had a cut on his paw and she treated it as asked and had him wearing his cone (even though he hated it). When we picked them up they were happy. We were nervous because our pups can have a hard time adjusting to new places but Sierra let us know they did take some time but eventually settled and got comfortable. She also sent pictures/updates which I loved 😊”

About: Hi! I’m a dependable and caring dog lover who understands how important it is to feel confident leaving your dog with someone you trust. I’ll treat your pups like family and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I have experience caring for dogs with different personalities, energy levels, and needs, including senior dogs and pets who may need extra patience or attention. I’m comfortable following detailed care instructions, giving medications if needed, and keeping owners updated with photos and messages. I know every pup is different, so I try to match their routine and make their stay as stress free and fun as possible, whether that means playtime, walks, cuddles, or just a calm environment to relax in. Your dog's safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities, and I’d love the opportunity to care for your furry family member! I'm mainly a stay at home mom while working remotely a few hours/week so my schedule is very flexible! I'm available for doggy day care, boarding, drop-ins and walks! Our home's living area is a bit small so I understand if that does not work for the bigger dogs! But, as long as they don't mind, we don't mind! We have a fenced yard with a grassy area where your dog can relax outside. There is a small doggy door where the smaller dogs can have independant access to the yard. Larger dogs would not fit through the doggy door but since I'm home for most of the day, I will be able to provide outside access whenever needed. I have one small dog name Leo who is 9 years old. He is a Shih Tzu/Poodle mix. He is mellow and prefers to keep to himself. I can separate Leo from your dog if needed! Your pup's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I understand how important it is to leave your pup with someone you can trust, and I do everything I can to create a calm, safe, and loving environment. I'm happy to follow any specific instructions, just let me know!
“Amanada is AMAZING!! I could write a whole essay on how great and loving this family is, but for the sake of the review, I'll keep it short! One of our pups ruptured her CCL a week before our trip, and this was one of those trips that wasn't going to be cancelled or moved. Amanda was able to easily accommodate the updated meds and keep us updated on how Emma seemed to be doing with her injury. Her background as a vet tech helped put our minds at ease and Emma and Otto were in some of the most capable hands during our trip. Our whole family loved the photos and videos provided and Emma and Otto had a blast and made themselves totally comfortable with Amanda and her sweet family. We will definitely be in touch in the future!”

“Dana was absolutely amazing with our two pups! She was responsive, caring, and incredibly friendly from start to finish. We felt completely at ease knowing our dogs were in such good hands. She kept us updated and clearly treated them like her own. We will definitely be using her services again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate dog sitter!”

“Having the peace of mind knowing our sensitive pup Sophie was in kind and patient hands is invaluable. Thank you, Cori and Chris for taking such good care of our girl. 🐶”
