“Delilah had the best time! Thank you so much for taking such good care of her. The videos you sent with your kids playing with her are exactly what she loves!! Thanks again!”

“Mikelle did such a good job watching our dog, Yeti. She sent us lots of pictures while she was watching him and made him feel like he was at home. She was very responsive when we had questions. Our dog seemed very comfortable and happy when we picked him up!”

“Great people to leave your dog with. They took great care of my dog for 4 days straight while I was off adventuring in the Grand Canyon with no services available. I didn’t have to worry at all. My dog had plenty of other dogs to play with also. Great experience.”

“Stefany was awesome! She is very thoughtful about each dog she cares for and makes sure to know everything about them to meet their needs. She gives them plenty of daily playtime and exercise with lots of photo/video updates. I would love to have her watch Helo in the future, highly recommend =)”

“Sharon was wonderful with Buddy. He came home happy and tired from all the play. Sharon knows what she is doing & I don't worry about how Buddy is treated when he stays with her. I would recommend her to family or friends.”

“Anne took great care of our dogs! I’m always never to leave my dogs with someone new but I could tell they enjoyed their stay. They came home happy and tired! Anne sent updates and pictures, which I really appreciated.”
“Hilarie and Robert We're so great to work with and took such great care of our big baby girl 💗 They sent regular pictures and updates and helped accommodate any needs or requests we had to help our baby girl be comfortable. We will definitely use their help again! Thank you!!”

“Karlie was great! I could tell she was very knowledgeable about dogs and their care. She was great to work with for scheduling and sent me updates and pictures of Ollie’s stay. I will definitely schedule with her again. I felt very comfortable leaving Ollie in her care and would highly recommend her.”

“Our puppy had a great time! We had to bribe him with treats to even get in the car. I received multiple pics during his stay and felt like Arius and family are very capable and enjoy having dogs around. We will definitely book with them again if needed.”

“Our pups were in great hands with Nicole, James and their kids. They had great communication, were accommodating, and our pups came home clean, well loved, and exhausted! We will definitely be using them again. Thank you!”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jessica! Her and her family treated Parker like she was part of their own family. She received so much love, attention, cuddles, and playtime — especially her favorite ball games and walks. It gave me such peace of mind knowing she was not only cared for, but genuinely happy while I was away. I also really appreciated the frequent updates and pictures. Seeing her having so much fun and being so loved made all the difference. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond the way Jessica did. I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for exceptional care for their pet!!”

“Amanda was amazing and my dog had such a blast with her and her dog! She took such good care of her and was great at sending me pictures and updating me on how she was doing. I really appreciated her keeping me in the loop. Would 10/10 recommend her to anyone needing a good, caring, reliable sitter for their dog! 🩷”

“Sarah was absolutely wonderful! We had gotten a new puppy just a week before leaving on a week long vacation so we were really nervous about leaving our new puppy so soon, in another new environment. But Sarah was phenomenal! She provided regular updates on our little girl, and worked with her on potty training, and crate training, all while helping her socialize with other doggos and kitties! We've used a couple of other sitters through Rover and none of them come close to how great Sarah was! Will absolutely use her in the future and recommend to everyone!”

“We absolutely loved having Alison as our cat sitter! She did an incredible job—our kitties were well-fed, happy, and clearly felt comfortable in her care. Alison was always kind, extremely professional, and kept us updated, which gave us such peace of mind while we were away. It’s clear she genuinely loves animals and goes the extra mile to make sure they’re entertained and cared for. We’ll definitely be booking her again in the future!”

“Jennifer was great and took really good care of our kitty. She provided updates each visit and was very understanding of our requirements. Will definitely consider her for next time!”

About: I have taken care of cats throughout my childhood, and I currently own a gray kitten name grimm :) I saved him from a cock fighting ranch and he has been by my side ever since! I also take care of cats at my full-time job at an animal daycare facility and want to help pet owners more out of my work. <3
“Valerie was wonderful and communicative while cat sitting for us! From giving meds to play time to extra treats, we felt like our kitties were absolutely cared for while we traveled! Thanks!”

“This was our first time using someone outside of our friends and family to check on and take care of our cats. Sharon was warm and friendly and quickly put our minds at ease. She showed up as scheduled, sending a note and pictures each time. We returned to happy and healthy kitties. Highly recommend Sharon and will use again if needed.”

“Highly recommend! So grateful to have found compassionate pet care. Makenna was amazing with my crew and the photos showed just how much they enjoyed their caregivers.”

“London took care of our 2 cats for almost 3 weeks while we were on vacation. London did everything as requested and then some -- like watering our 20+ plants!!! We especially appreciated the daily pictures of our fur babies, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. London's gentle nature even helped our shy cat to feel trusting enough to come out of hiding to greet her.”

“Ashlie was awesome! She made sure our cats were comfortable and well taken care of! She communicated very well and took great care of our girls! We’d definitely hire her again!”

“Katrina was fantastic! She really helped me and my kitties out last minute before the Holidays! She gave us photos every update and assured me there would be no issues administering eye drops to one of my kitties. Thank you so much for the peace of mind.”

About: I love animals! I have 2 bulldogs and a Rottweiler of my own and have had dogs ever since I can remember. My dogs aren’t just pets, we treat them like family. I’m fairly certain they don’t know they are dogs lol. I currently work from home. I have 3 dogs and a fenced yard. I’d love to have play dates and have your fur babies over or I can also break away to come check on your animals for food and potty breaks. I have 3 spoiled dogs. All my dogs are indoor dogs and are allowed on furniture and sleep in bed with me. They love to go on walks and car rides. I love taking on new clients. I am more than willing to come to your home to care for your pet fur drop in visits or provide walks.

“TL;DR: Myia was so fantastic with our cats that we rebooked her while the current booking was still ongoing! I'm so glad we found her! She spent an hour a day with our 2 cats for two weeks. She was very communicative and punctual. I had mild separation anxiety leaving the cats for so long, but Miya sent great photos and updates every day that made me feel so much better! During her visits, apart from her usual duties, she also cleaned up an accident near the litter box and brought it 2 packages that we had mistimed to be delivered during our travel. She also found a rogue vitamin pill on the floor and made sure the cats wouldn't have access to it in case it was toxic. She gave lots of loving to our social cat and listened to my suggestions on how to get the anti-social one to open up to her. Just a rockstar all around! She'll be our go-to sitter for whenever travel next. Thank you Myia for taking such great care of our babies!”

“Kate helped out in a last minute situation that required me to go out of town. She took care of my 2 cats, including giving one of them oral medication. Very friendly and communicative!”

About: I provide calm, home-based dog boarding and daycare where your pup is treated like family, not just “watched.” I am generally home all day and host one dog or one family at a time, so your pet receives personalized attention, a peaceful environment, and plenty of love, play, and one-on-one care throughout their stay. No crowded boarding situations. No overwhelming chaos. Just a safe, cozy home where dogs can settle in, relax, and feel comfortable. I have almost 30 years of hands-on experience, caring for dogs of all sizes, temperaments, energy levels, and unique needs. My experience includes: • Owning and training dogs since I was 18 (almost 30 years) • 15 years fostering and helping to rehabilitate abused and neglected dogs • Animal behavior and handling training through Best Friends Animal Society and Salt Lake County Animal Services • Volunteer experience as a dog specialist in high-stress shelter environments • Pet First Aid & CPR certification • Experience administering oral and injectable medications • Currently enrolled in the GoodPup Dog Training Course to continue expanding my knowledge and skills My goal is simple: for you to feel completely at ease while your dog feels safe, loved, and right at home. I am generally home all day. I adjust my day around your pup(s). Energetic and needs a lot of exercise? We'll go for walks, hikes, and play to their hearts content. More of a couch potato? Laid back couch snuggles are one of my favorite pass times! Fur babies are rarely left alone. If I do need to step out, it is typically only for a short period of time, usually no more than a an hour or two. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my priority. Dogs staying with me enjoy a calm, home-based environment with plenty of love, attention, and one-on-one care. There are no pets or children in the home, which helps create a quieter, lower-stress environment for dogs who prefer a little more peace and consistency. My family are all dog people, so pups are always surrounded by people who genuinely love and enjoy them. We have a fenced patio/run where dogs can safely enjoy outdoor time, stretch their legs, and take easy potty breaks throughout the day. I also have a secure lead setup in the front yard where dogs who enjoy the outdoors can safely relax, sunbathe on the outdoor bed, sniff around, and enjoy some fresh air while supervised. We’re also surrounded by some of Daybreak’s best dog-friendly parks, walking trails, and green space, including areas near the lake, which means lots of safe, leashed walks, fresh air, sniffing, and enrichment. For everyone’s comfort and safety, I require a meet & greet for all new clients to make sure we are a great fit before booking.

“Dianna was great with our babies, we had her do dropins for a few days. She was very professional and upfront about everything and answered all our question as this was the first time we used the app or have every trusted someone with our pets. She definitely deserves her great rating and we will absolutely be booking with her again next time!! 🐾”

About: For pups that need more than a place to stay, we provide peaceful, fun, private, in-home care. From daily walks and pup cup runs to catch in the yard, couch naps, training enrichment, hikes, and dog-friendly field trips, our home is clean, fun, and full of natural light, with music playing, access to a fenced deck, and plenty of sunny spots to lounge. We host one guest family at a time to provide close attention. Hello! I’m Helen, and together with Kayla, we’ll be your pup’s concierge. Between the two of us, we have a combined 30 years of raising and loving dogs, cats, and the occasional sugar glider. As dog moms ourselves, we need total peace of mind knowing our own pets are not being treated like a chore, but truly enjoyed. We want your pup to feel snuggled, seen, and loved just like at home. We each have a friendly, fun-loving dog, Leia and Arlo, who love hanging out and playing with new friends. They are oddly good at matching a guest dog’s energy and helping shy dogs feel comfortable. I also have two cats who don’t acknowledge any dog’s existence. We’d love for your pup to join our pack while you’re out in the world. I (Helen) work from home full-time, and Kayla, works during the day. I am the "Stay-At-Home" dog mom; which allows me to be fully present, so your dog is not left alone for long stretches of time, and they are consistently provided care. Kayla takes the evening shift with the pups, and tires them out with a lot of fetch, and tug-o-war with our mountain of dog toys. I take safety and trust very seriously; we have a very short list of people we trust with our fur babies, so when your pup stays with us, we are attentive and keep a watchful eye on their moods, body language, eating and bathroom patterns, etc. We want all animals to be treated with the same care and presence we give ours. If something ever feels off, I’ll reach out and communicate with you right away. We take extra note of how they are settling in for the first few days and will work with you to get them adjusted. We like to keep all the animals in eyesight, to ensure everyone is accounted for and comfortable. Leia and Arlo follow us everywhere, so where they go the other dogs usually follow suit. We change out water fountains daily (using filtered water from the fridge), and have multiple running water fountain stations throughout the house. I sweep and vacuum every two days so pups don’t have access to anything unsafe on the floor. My city requires dogs to be on leash in public areas, and I personally feel safest keeping your dog leashed during our potty breaks and walks. I do have a fenced yard, but there is no locking gate, so dogs are only allowed out there with one of us present. I generally avoid dog parks due to concerns around illness and unpredictable behavior from unfamiliar dogs. We regularly meet up with trusted, well-socialized dogs pup friends for backyard playdates. We have a park right across the street and a huge school field that is great for play.
About: I have many friends that have dogs and cats and I always know I love helping them with their dogs and cats. I started helping other dog hiker to sit and walk the dogs back in 2018, and then I stopped Rover after my pregnancy for taking care of my newborn, during which I still occasionally helped friends sitting their pets. Now my daughter is 5 years old and I remember all the good memories back the day when I sit dogs and cats on Rover. I love to hike on different trails with dogs and enjoy the nature. Dog/cat caring is a perfect job for me to earn some extra while I work from home most of times. I own a house myself with fenced backyard in Daybreak community, which provides a nice environment for dog to play and go for walks. I usually take dogs out for walk at twice a day, and I let them to the yard and every other two hours, sometimes more often. I currently don’t have pets, so your dog/ cat will be the only one at home with me and sometimes my five years old daughter. I’m working remotely from home most of times, so I’ll have plenty time at home with your dog/ cat. My daughter live with me every other week, so she is not going to be in the house all the time. I'll make the best schedule for both of us, and fun plans for your dogs.

“Valarie was able to watch our dog during a last minute emergency. She was so professional, and so pleasant to work with. We are grateful for Valarie and we would happily work with her again ? thanks Valarie!”

“Mikelle was amazing! Our high-energy puppy came home every day happy and tired. She was our first Rover sitter and if we return to SLC in the future, we will definitely be booking her again!”

About: Hi! I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve had a special place in my heart for dogs. Now as an adult, I truly understand they’re so much more than pets — they’re family. That’s exactly how we treat every dog who stays in our home — like one of our own. Your fur baby will be welcomed into a safe, loving, dog-friendly environment filled with attention, affection, and personalized care. Whether it’s playtime, snuggles, walks, or just relaxing together, your pup will never feel alone. I know how important peace of mind is when you’re away, and I promise to care for your dog with the same love and dedication I give my own. You can rest assured they’ll be happy, safe, and well cared for while in our home. We can’t wait to meet your furry family member! 🐾 I’m a stay-at-home mom to two boys, and our home is truly full of doggy love! Because I’m home throughout the day, I have a very flexible schedule and am able to care for your pet according to their specific routine and needs. Whether it’s feeding schedules, daily walks, playtime, outdoor breaks, cuddle time, or special instructions, I pay close attention to detail to make sure your dog feels comfortable and cared for. Your pup will receive consistent attention, plenty of affection, and a safe, structured environment while staying with us. Our home is designed with dogs in mind! We have a fully fenced backyard for safe outdoor play and plenty of sunshine for pups who love to bask — plus lots of shade for when they’re ready to cool off. We also have extra crates available if your dog prefers or needs one for comfort or routine. Inside, we have a special room dedicated just to our furry guests so they have their own cozy space to relax and feel at home. We’re located in a wonderful, walk-friendly neighborhood and are close to parks for fun outings and extra exercise. Your dog will have space to play, room to relax, and all the love and attention they deserve while they’re here!
About: Privately insured. I’ve always had many different kids of pets and I’m comfortable with large and small breed dogs as well as cats. I have a large three level townhome with a three year old husky mix and some awesome teenage kids to play with if your baby is ready for some fun. I have plenty of space inside, as well as options for kennels. We do twice daily long walks if the weather is good, and plenty of short potty breaks throughout the day. I have a flexible schedule and I can give your pets attention, play time and potty breaks as needed. I like sending updates throughout your pets stay so that you have fun pics and videos to see what we’ve been up to every day :) I have a playful, friendly pooch of my own, but he doesn’t need to interact with your pets if anyone is feeling uncomfortable. Cats and dogs are kept separate, and meals and bones are separate as well, with no free access to the kitchen. I have experience with special needs animals and medication management. I have no preference on the size or breed of your babies; we welcome them all here as long as everyone is safe!
“Thank you Sachi for getting Chico out for walks and spending the day with him. It is so fun to see the updates and makes me happy that he is getting some social activity. Thank you!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Karina and Sebastian. They took such amazing care of our sweet mini Goldendoodle, Ginger for the entire day. From the updates and pictures they sent, it was clear my dog felt completely at ease and was having a great time. They paid attention to every little detail, from making sure she got plenty of playtime to keeping her cozy during downtime. It’s such a relief knowing our pup was in such caring and attentive hands. I’ll definitely be booking again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone to truly love and care for their pet like their own!”

“Tara and her son were great with my puppy. A 9 week old puppy can be a lot, but when I picked her up, she was very much tired. And it was nice to hear they took her to a park to play and run around. Id definitely trust Tara with my pup again.”
“Jessica was great. Maggie and Claire could not have had better treatment. I’m surprised they came home with me. I was updated how they were doing and it was obvious they were getting the best of care and plenty of attention. A sleepy dog is always a good sign they had fun at daycare!”

She is not kennel trained, but we do have a large-size crate for your pup if needed. We are (usually) available any day and any hour. On weekdays, I don't work from home, but my husband does. About: I’ve lived with dogs my entire life. Since I was about 10 years old my family has always had two dogs. I just graduated from college and I’m moving back home, so I would absolutely love caring for and hanging out with your dogs with the extra time I have! I’m a part time grad student. I have to dedicate only a couple hours a day to class and physical therapy, making it extremely easy for me to make time to spend with your dogs. I live in a house with five other roommates, so it would work best to care for pets at their own homes. I can care for pets however the owner would prefer.
“For the past 4 months, London has been walking my dog once per week. She is reliable, professional, and responds to inquires quickly. If you are looking for a kind and loving dog walker, London is needed.”

“Sami was responsive and prompt. Our dogs seemed to have a good time on their walks and it was helpful for me to know that they were getting a good walk in during the day. Thanks Sami!”

About: I had multiple rescue dogs growing up and now live without animals due to my job. I have cared for family/friends’ puppies, dogs, cats, chickens, sheep, and goats over the years. I love going on walks, hikes, and playing and cuddling with doggos! I have cared for many ages, breeds, and needs, so let me know if your furry friend requires any special accommodations. I only dog sit/walk for one family at a time (up to 3 dogs per family). I work Monday through Friday from 8 to 4 so I am free for drop-ins on weekdays after work or I can provide in-home care on weekends, along with overnight stays in my home. I live in an apartment with access to a large dog park nearby. Dogs are allowed on furniture and can move freely in my home. I do not own a crate so if your dog requires one, I just ask that you provide it.
About: I love animals! I've taken care of dogs for 2 years and love every second. I love going on runs with dogs and playing with them. I am willing to do extra accommodations if needed. I'm currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to work with your pups! I only work a few hours on the weekends and will always wake up earlier and stay up later if the dog is used to that schedule. I still live with my family, so there is always someone in the house, so the dog isn't alone. When I dogsit, I can walk the dog multiple times a day and fit it into my schedule if I work that weekend. If the dog likes car rides, I take them with me to run some errands so they can get out of the house. I have a large unfenced yard, so I will monitor your dog when they are out there. There are four of us in my house, and we have no kids. I have a gate to my upstairs level since it's carpet, but my first floor is spacious, so your dog can walk around and lie wherever. I don't have pets of my own, and I only take care of 1 dog at a time. We have a few plants in the living room area, but are willing to move them outside if your dog is prone to playing with them. I have a couch cover, so dogs are free to lie on the couch if they are used to that. I also make sure to walk dogs away from other dogs in case they are prone to aggression when seeing other dogs, and for their safety.
“Shelbi’s communication is on point, which I appreciate! Our two dogs were happily tired after their 30 minute walk with Shelbi. We will definitely be hiring her again for weekly walks!”

“Linda was so great! She came early, met my dog, gave him treats for obeying and then took him on a walk. She saved me in a last minute situation which was so great because I had never worked with her before. Definitely will use her again when the need arises.”

About: Hi! My name is Dianna. I’m in my mid 20s and am currently working full time. I live with my family in a fully fenced home. I have two dogs: one who is friendly and full of energy, and another who is calm and a senior dog. I have experience with high energy dogs, calm dogs, anxious dogs, seniors, and puppies! At this time my focus will be on drop-in visits: taking your pets out to go potty, feeding them, and playtime inside the home and dog walking: whether it’s around the neighborhood or with permission, I can drive them to a trail, park, or walk around the lake. I currently work 12hr shifts, from 12pm-Midnight, Wednesday through Friday, and every other Saturday. During my work days I can accommodate 1 morning walk or drop in visit, otherwise Sunday-Tuesday I’ll have full open availability. Please do not hesitate to reach out, I would love to meet you and your pet and help however I can! If you schedule with me, I ensure you I am committed and available to the days marked as "available." I update my calendar consistently and will get back to you as soon as possible, whether it be denying or confirming your request. Don’t hesitate to reach out and see if we can work something out! I will be supervising the dogs anytime they are interacting with one another and I can separate them if they ever need some time apart.

“Delilah had the best time! Thank you so much for taking such good care of her. The videos you sent with your kids playing with her are exactly what she loves!! Thanks again!”

“Makenna was AMAZING! She took such good care of our dog Blue! He was a happy puppy and got lots of snuggles and play time. I highly recommend Makenna for anyone looking for a caring dog sitter - in fact I have already been raving about her to all our family and friends. We will definitely be booking with her again! Thank you Makenna!!!”

“Stefany was awesome! She is very thoughtful about each dog she cares for and makes sure to know everything about them to meet their needs. She gives them plenty of daily playtime and exercise with lots of photo/video updates. I would love to have her watch Helo in the future, highly recommend =)”

“Our puppy had a great time! We had to bribe him with treats to even get in the car. I received multiple pics during his stay and felt like Arius and family are very capable and enjoy having dogs around. We will definitely book with them again if needed.”

“Another great stay with Candace! Franklin has had some extra health issues lately and Candace did a great job of communicating updates with his status. She then went above and beyond by assessing him daily to ensure no new issues showed up. We adore her!”

“Ivy stayed with Chauntel for a week while I was on a work trip. The pictures and updates I received showed her having a great time with the family dogs and getting a ton of love from the kids. Ivy will definitely be staying again. Thanks Chauntel and family for making Ivy’s tail wag!”

“Our pups were in great hands with Nicole, James and their kids. They had great communication, were accommodating, and our pups came home clean, well loved, and exhausted! We will definitely be using them again. Thank you!”

“Jessica took great care of my two dogs and sent daily photos and updates. My dogs also got along well with her two pomskies and came back tired. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter and will be rebooking in the future. 😊”

“We went on a weekend trip and Cleo had such a great stay here. Jocelyn was super easy to work with. I know Cleo played her little heart out because she slept the rest of the day after picking her up. Would book here again!”

“Jenna and her husband were so great with our Keeshond, Zealand. They were able to watch him on very short notice and Zealand had so much fun playing in their yard with their other dogs. They were very friendly and communicated well, and were able to watch Zealand for an extra day due to us getting home later than we thought. We would absolutely use them again!”
