“Erin was amazing! She is so experienced and kind. She kept us in the loop the entire time with photos and video updates. We will absolutely be using her again! Cleo had a great time!”

“Very efficient in keeping me posted on my pup. He did better for her than me lol. Gizmo found his new best friends!! Never used a sitter before but so glad it was a great first experience.”

“Karrie took fantastic care of Norton! She treated him like her own and provided updates throughout the stay. I could see in the pictures how happy he was. I recommend her and will definitely use her again!”

“Lauren was fantastic with Bigs ! Bigs is a 3 year old German shorthair with tons of energy. She let him run around her backyard and he had a great time playing with her dog! She was also very accommodating during pick up and Bigs had a great time. Would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a safe place to board! She also gave me updates while I was away and I really appreciated that!”

“Gina was great with our dog! She sent us frequent pictures & videos and was very communicative. She definitely knows what she’s doing and we will be bringing our dog to Gina again!”

“This was our 8 month old pup's first time to be away from us and our first time to use Rover. It was a fantastic experience all around. They provided the structure that she needed and she came back to us very happy. Adam was great to work with. I'm sure we will be back.”

“I could tell my pup was well taken care during her time with Donald & Affton. If possible they will be the ones I’ll have her start with every time I need Rover!”

“I’m so grateful we found Natalia to board our two dogs, Charles (8.5yrs, lab mix) and Hooper (<1yr, lab mix.) Natalia kept excellent communication, she was so friendly and flexible with our schedule, and had a genuine enthusiasm for our dogs and her own. When we picked our dogs up they were SO happy and tired after a fun-filled couple of days. Natalia gave us wonderful peace of mind while we were gone, and that is PRICELESS! We’ll 100% book her again and I can’t recommend her highly enough.”

“Nate and the family were great. They made the process simple. We enjoyed receiving a couple pictures and a video over the 3-4 day stay. Once home, our pup passed out from all the excitement he had at Nate’s. Job well done.”

“Matthew did an outstanding job watching my dog Kubo for two weeks. He followed Kubo’s feeding schedule perfectly and made sure he had plenty of yard time to play and relax. I really appreciated the regular photo updates—it was clear Kubo was happy, comfortable, and well cared for the entire time. I felt completely at ease knowing he was in good hands. Highly recommend Matthew to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!”

“Angela was absolutely wonderful! She’s very easy to work with and was willing to let me extend his stay when my flight was delayed. She has a plethora of fun friends that he could play and cuddle with. I only had to bring Ham and his food as she took care of the rest; she ate even wrestled him in his carrier so all I had to do at pick up was scoop him into the car. She’s my go to now for sure!”

“Alma fue excelente cuidadora para Dublín, siempre estuvo en comunicación y enviando fotos de cómo iba el día. Dublín fue muy consentido el tiempo que estuvo con Alma. Super recomendada ❤️”

“After just moving, I was looking for a sitter in the area for my dog (Levi) and found Sarah and Cyrus. I love that they have a maximum of 3 dogs at any time, Levi had free roam of the downstairs/outside, they answered all my questions, and as I was worried my dog may jump the fence - stayed outside with him anytime he went out. They always answered any questions I had very quickly, and sent picture updates each day. I will keep taking Levi there when I'm out of town.”

“All I know is when Elizabeth brought my little dude back to me (huge fan of that option, BTW), he tried to follow her out the door when she left - so OBVIOUSLY he enjoyed his time with her! I love that she sent me photos daily, and that she welcomed him into her home so warmly. Will definitely use her again. I can't recommend her high enough!”

“Great communication! We loved getting pictures of our dog while we were away. We had no doubt that Elizabeth and her family were taking good care of Lucy. We will definitely be booking again!”

About: I grew up with many dogs and many, many various animals. My father was a veterinarian so you name the animal, we likely had it as a pet at one time. I often spent my free time at my dad’s clinic working as a vet tech or cleaning out kennels. I’ve always had at least one dog at a time and am my happiest when surrounded by man’s best friend. I recently had to help my senior dog, 20 years old, cross the rainbow bridge and I would love to welcome all the senior pups to my house. I have a very large, securely fenced back yard. I also have an 10 year old puppy who has never met a stranger, including his fellow four legged companions. During the week, I work out of the home but can come home during lunch to let dogs out. I am a single mom who is home most evenings and weekends, outside of my kids sports. I have a large fenced yard and one extremely friendly small dog. I have a split level home so larger dogs with ambulation issues may struggle in my home.
“Susan was great! She kept us informed and sent many pictures. She and her family kept our pups happy and well entertained. Thanks for taking such great care of our golden girls!”

“Absolutely LOVED Karen and her family. They took such great care of our sweet boy. She's very responsive, and you can tell she truly enjoys all her furry guests. Highly recommend!”

“Excelling service! We booked Stacia for drop in visits to check our cats and made sure they were all right and happy and that all their needs were met. She did a great job and ensured they were well and gave me daily updates. I also received pictures of them from each visit! Stacia is trustworthy and easy to work with, so I will definitely be booking again in the future!”

“We've used Kim twice now to visit our cat when we take trips. She sends us a cute picture of him everyday and both times we've come home we've returned to a happy cat with a nice soft coat from lots of brushing. Kim is a pro!!”

“Davina watched our 3 kitties while we were gone for two weeks. She’s very attentive, an excellent communicator and took the time to give the kitties much needed attention while we were away. She’s very conscientious and reliable. Every visit was accompanied by pictures of all three of our cats - even the one who hid from her the entire time! I have no problem recommending her to anyone. We are already making arrangements to have her watch them again in a month. Feel confident to use her without any reservations.”

“As frequent travelers, we are very grateful to have Sarah and Cyrus to watch our cat Suki! They are reliable, communicative, and always make sure Suki is comfortable and well cared for. We would absolutely trust them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable pet sitters.”

“Ali is the sweetest and cares for our dear pup as her own, every visit she makes.... sends us great updates through photos, and throws in a selfie of them hugging which always puts a smile to my face!! We love Ali!”

“My kitty Mimi loves her! Hope is consistent on time and so loving to my kitty. I am always nervous to leave her because she has separation anxiety, but Hope fills that spot so well I think she loves her just as much as us!”

About: I’ve had dogs and cats for 30 years. During that time I have been a trusted resource for family and friends. I absolutely love all the personalities and energy from all dogs and cats. I’m currently a stay at home dad and the owner of a guitar building business out of my garage. My days are filled with playing with my furry friends and creating. I’m available at all times to care for and play with your little (and not so little) ones. I have a fenced in yard with tons of space. We also have a doggie playroom with lots of comfortable lounging and toys. Your pets will be seen to for every need and be part of the family while they are here
About: About 50 years ago when I was 12 years old, I met a scruffy dog while I was out playing. It was immediate Love. I led the dog home and proceeded to beg my parents if I could keep the dog. Unfortunately, they said no and they didn't even want it in the house. That night it rained and I stayed out there with the dog while we took harbor under the back deck stairs. I named him Pal. The next day, a friend down the street was allowed to take Pal into their family and he stayed with him until he went to heaven. Pal played a very important role in my life. I realized my passion for animals. Also after that, my family began to appreciate animals becoming a part of our family. Years later after I purchased my own home, I came across another homeless dog. I took him in and with my vet, we nursed him back to health. From that point on, I always had at least 3 dogs in my home and usually a cat too. I have cared for many animals from family members, friends and coworker. In hindsight, I have cared for more than 30 animals in my life. In the last 25 years, I have worked as an in-home provider for children. I was also the primary family caregiver for my mother when she returned home from the assisted living facility after she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and needed to be brought home before her passing. I was also primary family caregiver for my father when he moved in with me and my daughter due to complications with diabetes and dementia before his passing. I am divorced and live alone, I am home 95% of the time and I rarely travel. I am available everyday of the week throughout summer because I have to be here for my child care and my animals. I have been doing in-home childcare/preschool for 25+ years. Due to my passion for dogs, I have joined Rover to provide care and boarding for dogs. The family room is now mostly dedicated for the dogs. The floor is padded, they can get on the 3 couches and chairs and there are several beds on the floor for their comfort. They have access to see out the back windows and out the back doorway. I have a large backyard that has been divided with a fence. There is the small yard dedicated for the children and a much larger area for the dogs. It is large enough for running and throwing balls - The back fence in both areas is open enough for the dogs to see and chase the school kids and trucks as they go by. My dogs favor the fire trucks and emergency vehicles that go by which is pretty often since the station is right down the street. They will usually stand out at the fence howling with the alarms as those vehicles go by. I scoop daily and I have the yard sprayed regularly for fleas, ticks and mosquitoes.
About: My wife and I have cared for pets our whole lives—dogs, cats, chickens, birds, and fish. Today we have two happy dogs of our own, and we often look after family and friends’ pets. We're devoted to giving every four-legged friend the same love and care we give our own. I work from home, so I’m able to give dogs plenty of attention and care throughout the day. My wife and I are available seven days a week to keep your pup happy and comfortable. My wife and I live in a quiet neighborhood with a large, fully fenced yard where dogs can play safely. Our two dogs are on a regular schedule for feeding, potty breaks, and walks, and we’ll give the same care and consistency to yours. We can crate if needed and block off stairs for older dogs to prevent accidents. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always a top priority.

About: I have had dogs my whole life. I also worked for 2 yrs at a in home boarding facility. I have done pet sitting for family and friends while they are gone on holiday. I love animals specially dogs. I currently have 3 senior babies myself I currently am not working so home most days unless running errands (which usually are every other Friday in mornings) The only time not home is Tuesday mornings and Thursday's all day. That will change on May 22 when I will no longer be taking care of my grandson I have a 6ft fence all the way around my yard. I have 3 senior dogs who are very chilled. When the first meet a new friend they do the sniff test then usually go do their thing. One of my seniors is a lab who still thinks he is a puppy and likes to play but has bad hips. On nice days I keep my back door open and they are free to go in and out when then like. I have a deck that is shaded either by trees or umbrellas. I also do Doggie spa day on my babies which includes brushing, cleaning ears, teeth and nails.
About: I’m a receptionist at a vet clinic. I’ve always had a special report with animals. Dog behavior psychology and training is what I love to study and practice. I spent many years working at a vet clinic as a vet assistant, and got a degree in biology. I currently work at Mission Pet Mart, working the Day Care Room as well as the floor. I have also been a pet sitter more informally for many years, for many creatures . I can reinforce obedience training and start it. Depending on the length of stay, I can train basics like sit, down, stay, wait, and heel. I’ve worked with dogs of all sizes. Big enough to be a small horse to small enough to be the size of a pocket pet. I’ve also trained deaf and/or blind dogs. I have had a few senior dogs, and know how much extra help they need. Space at my apartment has limited my boarding abilities for larger dogs, but I most certainly can work with large breeds for short periods of time. I’ve worked with skittish and aggressive dogs as well. Does your dog have a behavioral issue? I can help work with that. I also know a bit about food allergies, and nutritional issues when it comes to our canine friends. other concerns? Ask! Animals are my passion and I always want to to whats best for them. They are family to me, and they will get treated as such. If you want, I have worked as a groom assistant also. I don’t do shaves or cuts, but a wash and condition for short hair; longer hair brush out, wash, shampoo, condition, blow dry, brush out again, I can do that!! No worries. Just ask, but it will cost a little extra. I live with my long term boyfriend, and between us your pet will always have care, love, attention, walks, and whatever else your kid needs. I have a small apartment in a secure building, and a nice court yard in the back. There is also a dog park just across the street! The park has agility equipment to play on.
“Elizabeth is amazing. My dog has separation anxiety and gets really nervous in new places, but he did great at the meet and greet and was excited to go back when it was time for the daycare. He would run to Elizabeth and felt safe and comfortable with her and her daughter. She took him on a walk and he did really well with her and was happy when I went to pick him up. Will definitely be using her again soon.”

“Very grateful to Kim walking my furry baby while I was out of town and my husband at work all day. She always showed up as scheduled and sent a pic and message each day. Thanks, Kim!”

About: I have had the opportunity to be around all kinds of animals, from family animals, like black labs and cats, to my own personal holland lop bunny. I just finished living with a roommate who owns a cat and is my best friends. I have been going on visits with my roommate who currently is active on rover and decided after a few practices that I would love to do it myself!! I am currently working as a basketball coach and soon to be teacher, so from now until the end of summer I have a very open schedule. I’m super active, especially in the mornings and afternoons, so any active dog would be a perfect addition to my mornings. And I’m totally up for getting worn out and cuddling or hanging out with your pup after. I would love to be able to go on walks, as I am a very active person, as well as just being able to care for and love on your pet, whether you’re at work or on vacation!!

“I can’t say enough about how great Piper has been with our dogs and cat. She walked our dogs four times a day for seven days. I have one dog that has high anxiety around strangers, she worked with her the whole time and was able to become best friends with her. If you need someone to help with any of your pets, Piper is your best choice. Thanks Piper!”

My experience both in nursing and fostering has given me the experience and ability to care for a variety of personalities and demeanors. I have learned while fostering dogs that they are nervous or uneasy when first meeting you. I am able to recognize this and am able to make the needed connection to earn the their trust. I look forward to having the opportunity to care for your animal. I have the availability to arrange my schedule to the needs of my clients and furry family members. I have many years of dog care, personally and with caring for friends and neighbors animals.
“Chandra is great with my crazy dog, who apparently is not crazy with Chandra. She is on time and great to work with. Even with last minute walks. The biggest thing is that my dog didn’t bark at Chandra at all when I opened the door. My dog barks at everyone but not Chandra. I think that in itself deserves an A+. We wouldn’t consider going with anyone else.”

About: I believe great pet care goes beyond simply stopping by for a visit. What sets me apart is my commitment to treating every pet as if they were my own. I pride myself on being reliable, attentive, and keeping pet parents informed with updates and photos. Whether I’m caring for an energetic puppy, a laid-back adult dog, or a senior pet who needs extra patience and attention, I tailor my care to meet their individual needs. My goal is to provide a positive experience for both pets and their owners, giving you confidence that your furry family member is in good hands. I work from home for my full-time job which allows me to create my own schedule. I am available Monday-Thursday from 7 AM to 10 PM and on Fridays, I am available from 7 AM to 5 PM. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to maintain their normal routine so they feel comfortable and secure. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, affection, and exercise while also respecting their individual personalities and boundaries. I keep water bowls fresh, clean up after pets, and ensure the home is left tidy. I also provide regular updates and photos so pet parents can feel confident knowing their pets are happy, safe, and well cared for while they’re away.

About: We are a pet-friendly homeschool family with flexible hours and lots of love to give during the day! We participate in a local 4-H club and enjoy caring for animals. With no dogs or cats of our own, we can dedicate time and attention to yours. Since we only take pets from one family at a time, each pup gets spoiled with attention! Specialty animals are welcome (hamsters, fish, parakeets, etc.) We have experience with dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, and small birds. We have also cared for senior dogs and dogs with minor injuries. We only accept dogs that are kennel trained and comfortable sleeping in a kennel at night and when we are out of the house. As a homeschool family, we have flexibility and time available during the daytime hours. Our kids range from age 5-13 and enjoy having pets in the home. We do have some activities that take us outside the home, but we always ensure that pets are taken care of in a timely manner within the required time frame. When dogs are boarded at our home, we have a large, open fenced backyard for play. Since we have no dogs or cats of our own, there will not be conflict with our pets. (We own parakeets and chickens, which are kept securely within their own enclosures.) When I have to leave home for an activity, I will either kennel the dog, or section off a safe portion of the house, depending on the situation. Animals with destructive tendencies when alone (chewing, getting into trash, etc.) must be kenneled when we are out of the house. Cats do not need to be kenneled unless they have destructive tendencies. At night, dogs will either be kenneled, or gated off to a specific section of the house. Our basement is largely open and can be used as well for kenneling or nightime roaming for cats. Our backyard has a chicken coop with ten hens. The chickens should not be in danger from your dogs while they are in the coop (they are well protected in a steel chicken fence), but if seeing them will cause your dog to be anxious, overactive, or they may try to attack the fence, please let us know in advance. When going to a client's home, I can administer food and water as instructed. I am also happy to spend time playing, going for a walk, etc.

“Great communication! We loved getting pictures of our dog while we were away. We had no doubt that Elizabeth and her family were taking good care of Lucy. We will definitely be booking again!”

“Austin was great with our boy Loki. He made sure to introduce his dog to Loki in a manner that was safe for both dogs and they ended up really loving to play together all weekend. Austin made sure to get correct feeding instructions and asked about Loki’s preferences. I really felt at ease leaving Loki with Austin. I got updates and photos/videos during Loki’s stay which was great!”

“Lisa was very communicative before and during our dog’s boarding, she sent an update video so our kids could see him playing and we felt at ease with Lisa and leaving our dog for the weekend at her house!”

“We just had our beloved husky stay with Nichole and her family for six days. It started with a meet and greet and our dog loved meeting and playing with her three dogs. After meeting Nichole and her lovely family, I knew right away my dog would be well cared for. They have a massive fenced in backyard in a great neighborhood. I received video and picture updates while we were gone and a recap of activities when I picked up our dog. I highly recommend Nicole and will definitely plan on booking with her again next time we go out of town. Thank you Nichole for taking such good care of our baby!”
