About: I’ve taken care of family and roommates’ pets and am now branching out. I grew up with dogs, fish, rabbits, rats and frogs so I am no stranger to animals. I’m currently in between jobs and absolutely love animals so figured this would be a great fit. Since I am in between jobs, I have a lot of flexibility to care for your pets! I am friendly and attentive to your pets needs. I create space for every single pet to warm up to me naturally, and love to learn its personality.

About: I have cared for pets since I was 13. In the last 5 years I have dog-sat and cat-sat for many coworkers and friends. Most recently, I lived in Washington and often looked after two huskies, Bonnie and Clyde, and one small dog, Winston. Since then I have adopted a cat named Gus. Gus is the bestest boy. I work weekdays from 0800-1430 and off most weekends. There are certain days I am off work, but for the most part it’s a steady schedule. I have my cat at home and for care we make sure to keep a very clean environment. Gus also enjoys walks on his stroller and going out and having fun. Gus is a very playful cat and we make sure to keep him active by keeping active toys with him at all times.

“Soraya was great to work with and great with the boys. I am so grateful that she was able to help out on such short notice. She communicated quickly and efficiently. She was great with the boys, punctual and always provided an update on their adventures. I would highly recommend and look forward to continued service for my sweet elderly gentleman, Simon and my pretty wild Theodore!!! Thanks again so much Soraya!!”

About: I used to be a dog walker with a private company here in Virginia Beach and have plenty of experience with dogs—including our own stubborn but sweet 7-year-old terrier mix. I also have a cat who mostly minds her own business! I live in a great neighborhood in Chic’s Beach with a fenced yard and is just a short walk from the beach. I often take the dogs to the beach or nearby dog parks for fun, safe playtime and exercise. I recently left my full-time job at a medical office to support our busy family schedule, and I’m now a certified personal trainer—so staying active with dogs fits perfectly into my lifestyle. My two teenagers love pets and are great with animals too but they will not be part of the pet sitting services. Your pup will feel right at home here—loved, safe, and part of the pack. As a certified personal trainer, I have a flexible schedule and stay active throughout the day. I’m available for dog walks between 12 PM and 5 PM, with morning and evening walks available upon request. Boarding is also available—just reach out to coordinate dates! Your pet will enjoy plenty of attention, exercise, and love while staying in our home. In my home, pets are treated like part of the family! We have a fully fenced yard in a safe, quiet neighborhood just a short walk from the beach and a 5-minute drive to local dog parks. I make sure pets get plenty of outdoor time, play, and affection throughout the day. Inside, dogs have space to relax and feel at home. I follow your pet’s usual routine as closely as possible—whether that includes feeding schedules, medication, or favorite toys. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I’m respectful, clean, and attentive to your pet’s needs and your home’s routine. My goal is always to keep pets happy, active, and safe—whether at my house or yours!

About: I've taken care of cats my whole life as we always had cats in my household growing up. We added a dog to our family when I was 15. That is when I started learning about dog training and care. I have since helped train my Dad's two dogs and constantly took them for walks when I visited. I also dog sit them as well as other family pets. I recently moved to Virginia as my partner is in the Navy and got stationed out here. I currently work part-time from home. So, I am available most weekdays and I have some availability on weekends. With my flexible schedule I have plenty of time to take your dog on walks, do drop-in visits for cats and dogs, and dog sit. I currently do not have any pets in my home. While taking care of your pets I will be able to do drop-in visits while you are away, take your dogs on walks, as well as dog or cat sit in your home.

About: Hi! I am Brianna. I currently live in a condo near big fields for your dog to enjoy running and playing.I grew up around dogs mostly all of my life and now I have 1 of my own (Luke) who I love with all of my heart. I have quite some experience dealing with all kinds of dogs. I am available and have flexible hours throughout the day, so that I can ensure that your babies are receiving all of the love, care and attention that they will need while you are away. I am home all day so I have nothing but free time so that your fur baby will have all of my attention and is able to go outside at anytime I have plenty of outdoor space where your pet will be able to run, have fun and potty. I am also very flexible with accommodating any of your pets needs.

“Katelyn was great with our dog Josie. We had been with a dog walking company for over a year and wanted to switch due to increasing rates. Katelyn came to the house for a meet/greet. She was very pleasant, professional, and you can tell she has a natural love for animals. Book your next walk with her!”

About: I have had pets all of my life! I worked with exotic and farm animals, and specially trained dogs as well and have cared for kittens to senior cats and puppies to senior dogs of many different sizes and breeds. I am available and excited to care for your pets most weekdays, as well as some afternoons and evenings! I look forward to how I can help! At this time, because my pup isn’t willing to share her space, I will only be able to care for your pets in your home/outside of your home for walks.

About: I have cared for dogs and all animals my entire life. I know how important it is to create and maintain lasting and true relationships with each of my clients. I have five years experience working at a veterinary clinic. I have helped care for brand new newborn puppies all the way up to senior pups, including medication Administration which includes diabetic pups. I have also helped care for wheelchair, bound pups, and pups that need help going to the bathroom. I have a 5 1/2 year-old mix who was rescued from the shelter at six months old. Her name is Maya and she is best friends with my 15 year old rescue cat Soffe. I always provide extensive notes and pictures after each one of my visits and absolutely love creating and maintaining Relationships with not only my clients, but their fur babies as well! I work completely full-time, helping to care for peoples animals during the day and also housesit! I am so fortunate to have been able to move into the style of a job that really allows me flexibility and control of my life while meeting every single baby I possibly can! I take pride in knowing that I can be out during the day and run into many clients as well as getting numerous referrals, which is always such a testament to how my client feel about the care that they receive while they’re away! With my open schedule, I am selective about caring for pets in my home. This is just because I am out and about throughout the day and I always like to make sure that everyone is comfortable especially my own pets. I am fortunate enough that I can take my pup with me to most of my clients houses if I need to spend the night there, which Offers bigger flexibility, and me being able to provide in your home care or occasionally bringing pups to my house! I do have numerous trails around me to walk on, the beach is very close and I do have a gated back deck. I do not do any off leash walks with clients pups while I’m out in order to make sure that everybody is safe at all times. I typically also do not allow dogs to say hi to other dogs as well as people. There are very few extenuating circumstances where I know that dogs are familiar with other people in their neighborhoods, but to ensure safety first and foremost, I am always very careful! For me, making sure that everybody feels safe, calm, and happy. I have just found these practices to be extremely effective and have never had issues with clients!

About: I have experience with a wide variety of animals in different shapes, sizes, and ages. I have years of experience petsitting, my most recent being 4 horses, 4 dogs, 2 cats, and a bird on a single farm. So, it is safe to say I have had my hands full in certain situations. I have never had any complaints, just compliments. I’ve lived with dogs, cats, hamsters, gerbils, and fish for my entire life, allowing me the experience to provide exceptional care for your “babies”. You will get many adorable photos of your fur baby so you can have a worry-free getaway. I look forward to having the opportunity to meet the most I am in my final year of college and my part-time job is very flexible, so I can work with the needs of your pet. I am completely free during the weekends. I will do my very best to care for your sweet babies. I treat my “cat-kids” like they are a king and queen and will do the same for yours. I am a bit of an anxious cat mom and have high standards for carers who help me when I need it. Having this experience, I will do exactly what I would expect from someone else.
