“Nelson came over to house sit my cat who had never been alone before. I was very nervous about how my cat would handle being on their own, but Nelson watched him like his own and did a tremendous job. He stayed for a extended amount of time and made sure all my cats needs were met!”

“Kayla took great care of my two cats and solved little issues that came up along the way with the litterbox. My cats seemed very happy and content when I came home - we would gladly have Kayla back again in the future!”

“Meredith was wonderful! My cats hid from my previous Rover cat sitter, but within a couple of days my Boulder cat was sitting on Meredith’s lap, and my Shire cat came out too. Highly recommended!”

“Jason did a wonderful job taking care of our little man. He was very reliable and a great communicator! We felt completely at ease knowing Bean was in such capable hands.”

About: I have owned dogs since I was born. I have taken care of energetic crazy ones that have big bursts of energy in some that just like to lay around I like to walk dogs, hang out with them and get to know their personalities. I’m going to be a senior at the University of Iowa I have a part-time job. I have a pretty flexible schedule besides my class times. I’m free almost every afternoon and early in the morning. At home, I like to make sure my pets always have water since dehydration is very common in pets. I like to make sure they have plenty of toys to exercise their mind and I like to give them a treat once in a while when they’re being nice or sweet.

“Sarah was an awesome cat sitter! She takes great pictures and it looks like Cedar appreciated her being there while we were away. We will definitely be booking her again 😄”

“Sarah did a great job taking care of our cat - she was responsible, easy to communicate with, and flexible, even when our travel plans changed last minute. Would highly recommend!!”

About: I have taken care of dogs, pigs, chickens, cats, birds and fish for my family and for friends. I also have a Persian senior cat at home :) I am looking for check ins, I can feed, walk, play, etc. and clean up after animals. I don’t mind multiple animals at one time. I go on long walks every day now and need a partner! I love older animals as well as babies. I have come to raise kittens and puppies and help teach potty training and good manners. Tricks too.

“Caitlin is wonderful, I felt so reassured knowing she was checking in on my sweet old guy. She gave great updates, was easy to reach, and sent lots of pictures. I would definitely recommend her to others.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 20. Family and friends have relied on me to feed and take care of their pets. I have 2 dogs, which one is still a puppy. I can dispense medicine if needed. I have a large backyard. I prefer to do a meet & greet to make sure everyone gets along. I have lots of time to spend with my dogs, taking them on walking and playing with them, giving them lots of attention. I enjoy spending time with animals. I have a fenced in yard. I have 2 fur dogs as well to keep your dogs company. I also can crate your dog as well.

About: I grew up with dogs and have always enjoyed taking care of them. I've taken care of old dogs, puppies, and dogs in their prime. I love taking dogs on walks, especially if I can run with them. Getting outside is great. I'm a busy guy, but any second I'm not working is a waste. I work overnights during weekdays and part-time jobs every day except Sunday. I hope pet care can fill the gaps in my schedule. I don't board now because of the rules of my landlord, but I will stay in other homes and get dogs outside whenever I can. I love taking dogs to the park and getting them exercise.
