“Melissa is an amazing dog walker! She was always punctual and reliable. She would send photos and videos and obviously really loved and cared for our dog. It was very comforting to know that our dog was in such good hands <3”

About: I have over 25 years of experience working with pets, from training playful puppies to providing compassionate care for elderly or disabled animals. No matter their age, needs, or temperament, I’m confident and capable of giving your pet the attention and care they deserve. I work from home from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., which gives me plenty of flexibility in the afternoons and evenings. I’m available for walks and pet sitting after 2 p.m., and I truly enjoy both morning and evening walks—having a furry companion along makes them even better! Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I’ll make sure they get walks when needed, cuddles when wanted, and space when preferred. Every pet is unique, and I take the time to understand their individual needs. I care for every animal as if they were my own—providing love, attention, and a healthy, happy environment.

About: Raised on a cattle ranch, I have had experience with animals large and small my whole life. I joined Rover about a few years ago, shortly after my 120 pound lab of 9 years passed away, I wanted to be able to be around dogs and be able to be active by going on hikes and out to dog beach, but wasn't quite ready to bring to a new puppy into my life. I have house sat for many clients over the years: friends, co-workers & students families. I love to go on long walks, am comfortable administering medication if needed & providing lots of love for your dear furry friend(s). It’s been 7 years since I brought my lab puppy Pilot home & he absolutely loves having other dogs come to stay and/or join in on our daily adventures. Since covid hit he especially loves that I am a work from home dog mom now and we take a considerable amount of additional walks/hikes/bike rides each day. I would welcome anyone who is looking for Daily walks/adventures as well as longer term pet sitting to reach out as I would love to watch your furry friends. My dog Pilot would love to meet more friends to play with. Please note: I am unable to accommodate pets with any type of aggressive tendencies. I work full time from home, so your pet will be cared for and with the company of myself and my lab for their entire stay. I have a huge property with a doggie door and live near a variety of trails and lakes that can be accessed right out our door for our exercising adventures

I pride myself on punctuality, responsibility, and clear communication with pet owners to keep them updated on their furry friends’ wellbeing. I would love the opportunity to meet you and your pets to discuss how I can help make life easier for you and more enjoyable for them. I am a registered EMT currently working for boreal as a Mountain Patroller. “Lindi was awesome. Highly recommended. Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy. She was flexible with changing booking times at the last minute which was great. She was mindful of locking all the door locks behind her which I thought was a nice touch. Although my poor, scared rescue always hid, Lindi tried her best to coax her but to no avail. Lindi sent me pictures of her hiding in the corner and it would make me giggle. Will hire Lindi again once my rescue gets more confident. THANK YOU, Lindi!”

“Zac is great! Always on time, communicates well and always offering to help do things around the house/driveway when he was over (we had a few big storms during the weeks he was walking our dogs). We will definitely use Zac again.”

“Christie was amazing! Very quick to reply and communication was great. She even braved a big snow storm to let our girl out and make sure she got lunch. Will definitely be reaching out to her again 😊 Thank you so much Christie!”

About: I’ve taken care of pets of every kind since I was a kid. From dogs and cats to birds and turtles. Animals have always been a magical part of my life. Weekly animals are a huge part of my life. From caring for my own, to walking dogs and watching animals while their families are away. We live in a neighborhood that is very close to lots of great trails for hiking. My dog Abby loves making friends as do my kids.

About: Hi there, I’m Olivia and can’t wait to meet your fur family! My parents had a sweet spot for rescues and adopted dogs from shelters throughout my childhood. I have experience caring for a variety of breeds/sizes, ages, personalities, and levels of health. Over the past 15 years I have also sat for family, friends, and neighbors. I work remotely for a local company so my availability is pretty flexible and will allow me to be with your pup(s) as often as needed. Safety is my top priority. They will be leashed for potty breaks if there isn’t a fenced yard at home and on walks, especially while exploring busy trails and beaches.

About: I have been caring for animals for the last decade whether it was my own cat (sadly passed last year), my grandma’s dog, and my brother’s puppy. I love animals! I love to play with them and make sure they’re happy and well taken care of. I have my own small creative business that I run out of my home. I look forward to and appreciate taking breaks to play with furry friends! I would prefer to pet sit at your home as my space is filled with work in progress projects. I have a smaller SUV and can take your dog to the dog park or beach if preferred

“Evan did a great job with our dog. He took him on a walk and gave him lots of attention during play time. He sent great update photos and made sure he had water and food. Would highly recommend!”

About: Having had two dogs, I love being active with them and making them feel loved. Because that’s what they do for us too, am I right?! I have some experience in basic training, house sitting/dog sitting for short and long periods of time. I have been pet sitting for over ten years for all types of dogs, big and small, fluffy and smooth, young and old. I currently work part time, so have plenty of time to spend with your dog(s) to keep them and me active, happy, and healthy! I can help with feeding, walking, of course, administering meds, cuddling, and basic training reinforcement. I value dogs as if they are people and acknowledge the amount of care they need. Your pup is/are in good hands with me!

About: We have taken care of animals all our lives and have a genuine love for each of them. We have experience with it all; new puppies and kittens, as well as older furry friends who may need special treatment and/or administering medication. Between the both of us, we always make it a priority to work with our pups with lots of playtime, exercise, training and socialization daily. We both are self employed and create our own schedules so we are flexible and work together to ensure our pets have an enjoyable & active day. We have a large dog-friendly fenced-in yard as well as amazing trails just outside our backdoor. Our Aussie-Border Collie mix, Penny is super friendly and submissive and gets along with everyone. She is super gentle when needed and can hold her own with larger dogs also. We have a very well socialized cat, Eleanor, who LOVES dogs and visitors.

Averyl L.
“Averyl has cared for my pets several times. She is punctual and from the moment she meets your animals it's evident how much she genuinely cares for them as if they were her own. She is adamant about ensuring they get plenty of exercise and are taken care of. She even pays close attention and took our pup to the vet, after consulting with us, one time when she noticed his behavior seemed a little off. We would have her come watch our animals anytime and would recommend her services to others.”

“Erica is a responsible, experienced and loving pet sitter and dog walker. She even stayed for two nights to watch my giant, crazy puppy and did a great job at managing that puppy energy all the while keeping my home safe from puppy damage. She also did great with my other dog that can be a bit unpredictable off leash. Both my dogs love her and we highly recommend her services.”

“Lizzy has taken care of my two Labradoodles many times while I've been out of town on vacation or business trips. She is extremely reliable and responsible and she's truly an animal lover at heart! Lizzy is very easy to work with and genuinely an awesome person all around! I'll definitely call upon her to watch my dogs whenever I'm away. Highly recommend her!”

Alexandra L.

“Alexandra was amazing in every way! Super communicative, really nice and great with our dog. Wouldn’t hesitate to leave our dog with her again.”

Laura & Michael C.
“Laura has been taking care of my dog Jack on and off for his whole life, he’s 9 now. She has a natural understanding of dogs and a unique gift to be able to connect and communicate with them. I would consider my dog a high energy/difficult animal to deal with, but I know he’s always in the best hands when I leave him with her, and never have to worry. Highly recommend Laura for any and all of your canine needs!”
