About: Hello, thank you for reading my profile. I grew up with horses, dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters !! Since then I've always had my own cats and dogs. My dogs are very anxious & hate being left on their own so going into a kennel has never been an option so I understand how important it is to leave your pets at home with someone you can trust. Whether it’s playtime, feeding, or a comforting cuddle, I treat every pet as my own. I also volunteer with a local wildlife group in my area. Trust me to keep your beloved pet happy, healthy, and well-cared for while you're away. Your peace of mind and your pet’s well-being are my top priorities. My two children have grown up and off doing their own thing, so now I have availability evenings and weekends to care for your pets. I have a secure garden and lovely walks close by. I can offer a home from home experience for your pet. Pet owners will be updated regularly whilst they are away.

About: I have had a variety of different pets such as multiple dogs, cats, chickens and ducks from a young age throughout my whole life. I have watched and assisted with a lot of dog training as both my parents are visually impaired and required guide dogs, this has given me a good understanding of dogs behaviour and training them. Aside from this I have always had multiple pet dogs and cats my whole life, I’m used to a wide variety of different breeds and sizes and I’m comfortable with all breeds! I have always had a deep love for all kinds of animals from a young age and have a natural instinct to care and nurture for them, I used to voluntarily walk a lot of my neighbours dogs as I got so much enjoyment out of it seeing their dogs happy. I have also had experience working in a kennel and cattery and also dog groomers, so I can assure you they will be well looked after and pampered when with me! I have done pet sitting before many times for friends and family, I’m excited to start meeting many more kanine and feline friends as animals are my passion! I currently work from home so I can assure I would be at home most of the day being able to provide toilet breaks often, which is why my job also makes it suitable for dog and cat sitting. My goal is to make sure your pets feel happy, safe and comfortable with me and in my home with all their comforts! I will ensure that they always have water and are fed at the correct times depending on their schedule and walked to what is expected by the owner. They will be exercised well and have lots of play time as I myself love to walk and be outside and im very active.

About: I have been around dogs my whole life and am very much a dog person. Family, friends, neighbours have all trusted me to take care of their dogs whilst they have been away, these stays have always been successful and doggies have definitely been very happy. I have 2 dogs of my own at the moment and can't wait to make more 4 legged friends :) I am currently working part time so will have plenty of time to cuddle and play with your dogs. My priorities would be to be with your dog as much as possible and give them the love and attention you know they deserve. I will ensure your dogs are completely safe with me whilst looking after them. On walks I will take your trusted advice about off lead or on lead and make sure your dogs are as happy and safe as they can possibly be.

About: **** Personally insured for dog walking and pet boarding, sitting, grooming and transportation **** ABOUT ME Hi, I'm Ruta, I've recently finished a postgraduate degree in animal studies and aim to become a researcher in this field. I have been caring for animals since I was little and decided this is what I want to do. I love all animals and believe each individual should be treated with respect and dignity. I'm always trying to be flexible and attentive to their personal needs and respond accordingly. Our companions tell us a lot, we just need to listen! My current companions are a cat and an adopted ex-racing greyhound (yes, a cat lives safely with a greyhound!). I've worked on the rescue's anxiety and fear of people. Previously I had a dachshund and regularly cared for my family's Jack Russell terrier, both with a quite strong prey drive so I'm experienced with hunting breeds, high energy or timidness if that's your concern. DOG WALKING There are several parks, a large open grassland and a field nearby suitable for sniffing and exploring. I tailor walks for individual dog needs: we can go for calm and quiet walks or engage in energetic mentally and physically stimulating games. AVAILABILITY Usually, I'm available anytime since I'm working and studying from home, so I can help to take care of your pets not just on weekends but also during busy days. DROP-INS (CATS, DOGS & OTHER ANIMALS) I can help with a variety of daycare tasks for dogs, cats or other animals. All dogs will be taken for walks, fed and exercised! I also grew up with cats so I'm used to their subtle communication; I always respect their space to make them feel more comfortable. I'm happy to provide all animals with a company and essential care!

About: I have grown up around animals as my parents have always had an interest in exotic pets. My dad was the “crazy one” who has had snakes, birds and rabbits through my life that I have helped care for and my mother has had more usual pets like cats, fish and dogs. As a teenager I followed in my dad’s footsteps and got 3 ferrets. Due to the way I was brought up and my current job at the West Midlands Safari Park I have no fear with any pets- this includes spiders/snails and snakes. I’m currently working part time through the week so I have plenty of spare time to play, sit, feed and walk your pets at your home or mine. I can feed, walk and play with your pets. I will only give medication if it is in a powder:tablet form. I will not give injectable medication.

About: I have experience caring for, feeding, walking and providing companionship for both dogs and cats of all types/ages. Having a dog of my own for 11 years and two cats for 10 years I am confident around animals and can tailor care to suit each pets needs and personality. I volunteered in a cattery cleaning, feeding and playing with both boarding cats and rescue kittens which I thoroughly enjoyed. I am reliable, patient and have a genuine love for animals. Whether it is a quick check-in or an overnight stay I will give all animals my full attention and provide the owners with regular updates and photos! I am currently home from university for 3 months and so I am entirely flexible to help out whoever and whenever! They will be my priority. I have a large fenced garden and an enclosed courtyard, your pet can choose whatever they prefer! We live in the countryside and so I can provide both on and off the lead walks.

“Teddie loved her 2 walks today with Gracie. She came to introduce herself and meet Teddie a few days before and cared for Teddie as requested and as if she were her own. I won’t hesitate to use Gracie again in the future 💗”

She is knowledgeable about the different breeds and knows how to communicate appropriately. She is trustworthy and her love for the animals is undeniable!”

Emily T.
“I've known Emily since 2020, where we were colleagues together in a veterinary practice. Emily's official title was a Client Care Co-ordinator, but due to staffing, she was often out the back of house with us, ensuring good care for the animals. Emily's passion for good welfare for dogs has always been paramount and one of the factors that cemented our friendship. She has a knack with them that others often don't. She is patient and calm, but also fully in control of any situation. Emily started her behaviour business a few years back now and I have seen her perform small miracles in many families. She was a brilliant source of help when I had an anxious dog in my consult room and her guidance made the whole team more canine friendly. Emily has worked with my family rescue pup and actually came with us to meet her at Birmingham Dogs Home, and constantly goes out of her way to ensure the best for each dog. Emily takes her profession very seriously, and her years working in a vets has given her a plethora of understanding of any potential health issues which may occur in any animal. She additionally has several contacts in her phone of veterinary surgeons and nurses who she can call upon if needed (including myself). She is responsible, caring, professional and kind, and I'd trust her with my own pets any day.”

“Atticus had a lovely walk today with Jordanne, who settled him, and made him feel at ease. We’re happy he was in such good hands.”
