About: Hello! I’m a dedicated and experienced pet sitter with a lifelong love of animals, I have owned cats and dogs since I was a baby and have grown up around animals. I currently care for five cats—four of whom are rescues, one of them being very nervous and shy which we are working through—and two dogs, including a high-energy Boxer and a long-haired Cockapoo. About: I’ve been a cat owner for nearly four years and currently have three cats of my own – Belle (Domestic Long Hair), Elsie (Ragdoll) and Dobby (Domestic Short Hair). Caring for them has given me hands-on experience with cats of different personalities, temperaments and needs. As one of 3 close family households, we’ve not had a joint family holiday since 2018 , as none of us could contemplate putting our dearly loved cats into a cattery, or entrusting them into the care of a cat sitter. That is ,until we discovered Katalin and for the 1st time in 8 years we have recently all gone away together, safe in the knowledge that our pets would be truly well looked after. Katalin managed medications, semi - blindness and a 3 legged cat - travelling between our 3 homes, three times each daily , providing the same consistent care each visit, to all. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English, French, German, and Spanish from Mon-Sat 9am to 6pm.
