Elena was able to offer boarding just one week prior to our holiday after we were let down by a family member. Bandit is a rescue, and so we were incredibly nervous about leaving him for a full week, however, Elena was nothing short of incredible. From the initial enquiry, she was warm, pleasant and clearly cared a lot about caring for animals. For the full week we had daily updates, pictures, videos and reassurance that our dog was happy. So happy infact, he didn’t want to come home and ran straight back to Elena when we tried to load him in the car at pick-up. 5 stars is truly not enough and we will 1000% be using Elena again. Thank you for everything!!!!

Elena was great with Bella. She helped her settle in and made her feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend her services. Elena is very professional and took everything at Bella’s pace.
