My name is Lauren and (along with my partner) I absolutely love dogs 💗🐾 I've been around dogs of all breeds since I was young, and have been dogsitting for family and friends for over 10 years. I've looked after everything from Dobermans to Labradoodles! I also really enjoy pet training, and have taught many family dogs basic commands. I currently have my own lovely Dachshund, who absolutely loves the company of others doggies. 🥰 I work part time and my partner works from home, so there is almost always someone at the house! Our routine always includes some training, lots of playtime, time in the garden and walks when needed! We live next to a lovely park for nice long walks. I have a fenced, secure garden with lots of space for your furbaby to run around! I have a dog flap so they can easily come in and out of the garden without waiting for someone, but we often leave the back door open too. Dogs are allowed everywhere in our house, and we have lots of cozy beds around. We also have a crate and a metal pen, if your dog prefers a separate space for sleeping.

Finding someone to care for your pet when you can't is always a worry, as a dog and cat owner myself I can thoroughly relate and I offer services tailored to you and your pets' routine. I have been caring for clients, friends and family's pets for over seven years now, this includes: dogs, cats, small furies and reptiles. Having historically worked in a animal rescue, I'm pretty certain I've seen it all, from caring and raising new-born pups to providing palliative care for special seniors, administering medications and dealing with reactivity. At the moment, I work part time for a charity and fill the rest of my time doing what I love, which includes a lot of dog related activities. I travel the UK to raise awareness of the vulnerable native dogs breeds in the UK and compete at Crufts annually both to show and take part in Discover Dogs, in addition to other kennel club schemes. I have often had dogs come to stay and they always thoroughly enjoy a trip to our family farm where they can run through acres of grass and woodland or take a paddle in the lake. I am completely flexible and happy to work around you and your pet's needs by adjusting my schedule to fit your pet's routine. My house is a calm environment, I like to tire dogs out on walks and with stimulation in the home to that they are happy and satisfied to minimise stress. I have fenced garden and offer supervised outdoor playtime or sunbathing (weather/heat permitting). We have set meal times and my dogs are fantastic at calming any nervous individuals with their happy-go-lucky attitudes and love having other dogs come to stay and walk with. In any emergency our vets is just down the road.

About: I have had dogs within my family environment since a very young age. I have since had two rescue dogs of my own, one of which sadly passed 3 years ago. I have a two year old French bulldog at home with me who is very calm and happy to share the cuddles and kisses with another furry friend. I am at home weekends and school holidays. I work within a school and I’m available weekends and school holidays. I can be flexible with drop off and collection times and over a free meet and greet for first time boarders. I treat all dogs as though they are my own and want them to feel at home as much as possible. I allow them cuddles on the sofa and snoozing in the bed. My own dog is also crate trained so I have experience with this.

About: Hi, I’m an experienced nurse who has spent many years caring for people, and I’m now taking a step back from nursing to spend more time at home with my family. Caring comes naturally to me, and as the owner of a German Shepherd, I understand just how much our dogs become part of the family. Any dog staying in our home will be welcomed into everyday family life and treated as part of the household, rather than simply being “looked after”. I am fully insured for dog sitting, giving you extra peace of mind that your dog will be staying in a responsible, loving and safe family home. Ours is an active family home, so there’s very little chance of your dog getting bored! 🐾 Dogs staying with me will enjoy three walks a day, plenty of attention, playtime, company and lots of interaction throughout the day. Family life often includes getting out and about, especially at weekends, with trips to woodlands, beaches, parks and other outdoor spaces. Where suitable, our four-legged guests can come along too and enjoy being included in those family days out. My aim is simple: to offer a genuine home-from-home experience where your dog feels comfortable, included, cared for and very much part of the family for the whole time they are staying with us. ❤️🐶 A good day with me starts with a morning walk before we settle into the day. The dogs are part of family life, so they’ll often come along on the school run and be involved in whatever we’re doing rather than being left at home for long periods. Around midday, we’ll head out again for another walk, with plenty of time in between for rest, play, attention and generally pottering around the house with us. In the evening, we’ll have our third walk of the day. If I’m meeting friends, heading out for lunch or going somewhere dog-friendly, my own dog usually comes with me, and where appropriate the dogs staying with me can come along too. I want their stay to feel like normal family life, with three walks a day, plenty of company, stimulation and lots of time out and about rather than sitting around bored. 🐾❤️ My home is very much a family home, with my partner, two older children and two younger children, so there is usually someone around and plenty going on. Dogs staying with us become part of everyday family life rather than being kept separately or left on their own for long periods. It is an active, relaxed household with lots of company, attention and the usual family routine around them. We also have a garden that the dogs can access throughout most of the year. The garden door is usually open so they can wander in and out as they please, apart from the occasional freezing winter day when even I have to admit Britain has gone too far. 🥶🐾 The aim is for dogs to feel comfortable, settled and included, like they are staying in a genuine home rather than a formal boarding environment.

About: I live with my husband (but I will the person looking after your pet) in Maidstone close to parks and woods for all types of walks. I’ve been around dogs and cats all our lives. I work a hybrid role and I am able to work from home as much as needed. I understand the importance of updates and aim to get the cutest pictures for you.
