About: I have experience with dogs through a part-time business, helping out family and friends, and voluntary work abroad. I have taken care of lots of different breeds, sizes and ages and therefore can cater to any needs! I currently am self-employed as a part-time Gardener, which means I often have spare weekdays in which I have time to look after local pets! I have grown up with two cats and surrounded by the dogs and cats of family/friends, meaning I am very comfortable pet sitting and have lots of experience, which creates a relaxed atmosphere for pets to feel safe and most importantly happy!

The lovely Nadia, and her equally lovely daughter, walked Stan for me this morning, and did such a great job! It was my first time using this app, and she really put me at ease. They popped round to meet Stan the day before (and got on like a house on fire), so he was mega excited to see them again this morning! I'll definitely be hiring Nadia again, and would highly recommend her services! Stanley has 2 new best friends :)

About: As a qualified dog trainer, walker and sitter - I founded my own company, Country Canine Academy last year. After a locational move to Leicestershire, I am now open for bookings! I take pride in knowing that I provide the best for every single dog which comes to me for support. I have extensive knowledge in enrichment, mental stimulation and I strive to build a genuine connection with your dog. Having any sitter is easy - but having a sitter which prioritises the safety and comfort of your dog is a service which I put forward at all times. I provide bookings for all breeds, sizes and ages - with no dog receiving any less care than the next. I take into account any additional support your dog needs, whether this be medication or facing reactivity. I promote force-free and positive reinforcement based training, with goal of letting your dog have a fun and enjoyable session. I have professional and personal experience with puppies, adolescence dogs and seniors! I love to adapt my services to suit the needs of your dogs. At the moment, I am offering services of: - Dog walking - Dog sitting (short or long stay!) - Drop-in visits I cannot currently provide day care in my own home due to size, but this is a service I look to introduce over 2026. Please do get in contact with any questions! I am a third and final year paediatric nursing student, so I run adhoc hours currently. I am in the process of building a client basis for dog training - so please get in touch if this is also something you are interested in! I offer dog walking and house sitting requests, and I am unable to currently provide dog boarding due to size of home. I currently operate a 3-day booking request, in which I guarantee to respond to you by the end of the day. If I am unavailable to provide you with a booking on your requested date, I will always do my best to suggest other sitters, walkers, and companies to fulfil your request. I can walk your dog both on lead and off-lead, depending on what you prefer. I drive, so can make trips to the forest and beach for an additional price which can be arranged prior to the session. I am business insured, dog confident and described as a safe and trustworthy individual to look after your pet. Please feel free to read the testimonials and reviews on my profile! I can feed your pets, and administer any medication necessary. I am a responsible owner and promise to look after your dogs well, and love them as my own whilst they’re under my service.

About: Hi I'm Leanne, I'm a 33 year old postgraduate student who's dedicated to animal care with over a decade of experience in caring for cats, dogs and other pets including rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds etc. I have experience in looking after young, adult, senior and sick pets, administrating oral medication, following set routines and dog walking of various breeds. I have also volunteered for the RSPCA over the years and always look for opportunities related to animal care. I'm able to sit on short notice and as well as your pets being my priority, I would also treat your home with the upmost respect and provide regular updates on your furry friends with messages, pictures and videos :) I have owned cats and small pets myself, and I am my friends go-to when they need a pet sitter in a pinch! A written reference can be provided here on request. I have plenty of experience with dogs of various breeds, however only up to medium sizes and would not be comfortable walking overly large breeds. I would like to continue caring for animals as a regular pet sitter due to my love in looking after pets and keeping them company. It's something that brings me joy and I'd be happy to create good connections with animal care in my area. I'll also be gaining experience in doggy day care and grooming this autumn as a volunteer to further my skills, alongside canine CPR which I will add to my profile on completion. Aside from my love for animals I have recently completed a master's degree in English literature and creative writing and would like to pet sit around my further PhD studies commencing in October. I also enjoy reading, travel and photography. Additional notes: £15 minimum travel expenses may be added to the booking depending on distance. If more tasks are required than a standard pet sit, for example specialist care, this will incur an additional charge which can be discussed during an inquiry. I'm also happy to extend a booking if there's delays on your return if I'm available that day. This will add another £35 overnight rate to the total. I am currently available full time to pet sit, working remotely which fits perfectly around caring for your pets. I am able to give them as much attention as they need throughout the day and they are always my top priority. I always follow the owner's routine to ensure your pet doesn't suffer any stress whilst you are away. I make sure they are fed, have constant access to fresh water, treats and plenty of cuddles. If you have a garden I love to go out a few times a day and monitor when your dog needs the loo. I will walk your dog at least 30 minutes every day and follow any guidelines you have for routes and behaviour. I provide daily/twice daily updates for your peace of mind and make sure your home is tidy on your return.

About: I have had cats since I was 5 years old and dogs for 3 years. I have handled everything from feeding and cleaning to birth and feeding newborns every two hours. I even have experience nursing a cat with congenital heart failure. I have a trained Afghan hound who can be off leash, so I am no stranger to stubborn active “untrainable” dogs. I am currently free with no commitments and so if needed can take on same day booking for walking and check ins. I will always update my availability. I will always follow the instructions and requirements given by owners. I understand the level of trust placed by owners to anyone they entrust the care of their beloved pet or their home environment and therefore understand that communication is vital. I will always give a report about the walk / check in and will update owners on any injury or out of the ordinary behaviour. My vast experience permits me to recognise canine and feline body language paying attention to the small details.

Namely hamsters, rabbits, pet mice and pet rats. I'm currently transitioning from a 9 to 5 office job and so have flexibility to assist people with their pet's need. I do have dog walking and sitting commitments at the moment but I will find a way to ensure I keep my commitments. About: Hi there, my name is Mercedes and have been brought up with dogs since birth. Through my 36 years of life, my love for dogs has grown and im known by all my friends and family as the crazy dog lady. Ive owned all sizes of breed and also worked at a doggy daycare. I will happily roll around on the floor playing with dogs, or snuggle on the sofa and have some quiet time. I love each and every individual personality each dog has and in all honesty I find them better company than humans too. If there's anything more you'd like to know, just get in touch. Thank you. I'm currently free to take care of your precious fur baby any day of the week (subject to availability) Dogs are more than just pets to me, they are a family member, a friend and at times even a therapist. I love getting to know every dogs individual personality and what makes them happy, as you can't beat a crazy wagging tail. I have been surrounded by dogs all my life, I am very confident in recognising behaviours and body language and noticing changes in normal behaviour. Im confident in the handling of over excited and pulling dogs, ensuring collars, harnesses and (if required) muzzles are fitted correctly. If visiting your home I will make sure fresh water is available and top up if required. I've dealt with more than my fare share of poop and pee so will also make sure any accidents in the home are thoroughly cleaned up too. I give plenty of fuss and love and like to encourage good doggy etiquette with treats and toys.

About: I got my first puppy around the age of 10. It was me and my 2 siblings job to take on the responsibility of taking care of feeding, walks and playing with the new puppy. I have been surrounded by dogs big and small throughout my life. I am my families go to person whenever they need someone to watch their pets while they go away on vacation. I am currently a student so my schedule is very flexible. I have at most 3 hours of classes a day and the rest of the time i am near or at my flat studying or doing work. I would be able to provide ample walks if boarding a dog or can also provide the other services of dog walks and house sitting if needed. There is a nice park near my flat and a couple nice walking paths i could take the dog on. I am very much a dog person and the needs of the dog tend to come before my own. About: Hello everyone! My name is Martina, an italian girl just finished her PhD in Genetics at University of Leicester. I have had a lovely Yorkie for 14 years (Maya, in the pic). She has always had health problems (she underwent three surgeries and was suffering of seizures and food allergy) which means I am well trained to take care of any kind of need your dog might have (I learned how to do injections, clean wounds, give a bath, administrate pills or other medicaments on a daily basis and respecting the time). Since I moved abroad I have missed her a lot. Even though she is not with me anymore I still have a lot of love and care to give and so i thought the best way was to become a pet sitter which not only might help someone in need but would also help me to do one of the things that i love most! I am not going to the lab at the moment as I just submitted my thesis which means I am quite flexible about days and hours. About me, I consider myself a very friendly and easy-going person. In addition I fluently speak Italian, English, Spanish a bit of Arabic. I also have a car. If you think I could be a good temporary companion for your pet, do not hesitate to contact me. :) I have just finished my PhD and I am currently unemployed so I am very flexible and can accommodate all your needs and those of your pet too of course! I live in a residential area with many parks close by to walk the dogs. My flat is small (2 bedrooms flat) but I have a big living room with space for the dog.

Amelia has been helping to train my (currently) 12 week old puppy, Otis, since he arrived home at 8 weeks. She has helped a huge amount with training, being the only person who has been able to successfully get him to do a "down", and he always loves their training sessions. She has also done lots of good lead walking with him on walks out and about which has been great. She has also looked after him for the morning/afternoon on multiple occasions and I couldn't recommend her more highly. I also have seen Amelia training, walking and interacting with her own dog, Mylo, since he was a puppy. He has been extremely well trained and has grown into a socially confident and comfortable little man who is an absolute sweetheart. I couldn't recommend Amelia more!

Michael has pet sat for my diva mini dachshund on three separate occasions, once when she was recovering from leg surgery. He was kind and very patient with Misty and followed my numerous instructions to the letter. He kept me updated with news and photos whilst I was away and looked after both dog and house admirably. A very mature and trustworthy young man, I would highly recommend him.

John's been walking our dogs for a while now, and we couldn't be happier! One of our dogs can be quite reactive and has a strong prey drive, which can make walks challenging. The other is a very high energy. John has been absolutely fantastic in handling both of them. He’s patient, calm, and so understanding. Our reactive dog is so relaxed around him, and both dogs come back from their walks happy and well-exercised. We trust John completely and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, caring dog walker!

About: I am very patient and attentive to the animals in my care and very protective towards them. I treat them like I treat my own dog. I am retired and am at home all the time. I am available every day of the week but would need 3 days' notice. I am quite flexible with my time. My garden is fully enclosed and safe from any dangers like the wrong plants or chemicals. The nearest park to me is a very secluded and safe place.

Mercedes has looked after my dog Roland a few times and he adores her. He loves playing with mercedes own two dogs and treats mine as if he was her own. I'm updated regularly with photos and videos of what he's getting up to and know that he's in safe hands with her. My dog is also on medication so it's peace of mind knowing his daily medication is done and he hasn't been sneaky and spat it out. It's clear when you first meet mercedes that she is a dog lover and passionate about her business and it's even better for me as she is the only person that my dog will let clip his claws. Thank you from me and Roland x

He has very good experience with dogs of all sizes. I would recommend him as he is reliable, easy to talk to and flexible. He also has a good reputation as i heard about him from a friend. Which was when he looked after my old dog Bailey who was a Cocker spaniel. He walked him regularly for multiple weeks.

Emily was on time and kept me up to date with her walk with Barrie, sending pictures and letting me know when she’d dropped her home. We like Emily so much that we’ve booked her again for two full days of dog sitting.

I have had the experience of walking small and big dogs and can follow directions if you are training them I will ensure to use the same tactics.

Maddy has done a fantastic job of taking care of our two dogs. One of them is a rescue so can be funny with strangers, but Maddy has been incredibly patient and continued our training with her. She's reliable, trustworthy and makes an extra effort to play with our dogs and make sure they have fun. Our dogs loved her and she clearly loves dogs!
