I have 2 teenagers who adore dogs and they will not want for any more love and attention than I can provide for them. I will ensure I keep to any schedules you already have in your own home and daily walks will be given. I'm happy to update you upon request with daily updates / photos. A meet and greet can be arranged beforehand so you can see where your dog will be staying. I aim to treat all our little pawsome visitors as if they were my very own. About: Hi my name is Klaudia, I'm a 27-year-old UX Designer working from home. I also share this account with my partner Wojtek, who is a 27-year-old frontend engineer, who currently works part-time. Together, we recently moved to a spacious house in Cleethorpes, with our animal-loving, tripawd dog, Sorento (greyhound mix) and a cat, Napoli, who's more a dog than a cat, since he was raised by Sorento. We are trustworthy and experienced dog owners/carers, I had always had a dog at home since I was a baby, and I was a main caregiver to our family dog Tabasco (whippet) since we got him in 2009 till I moved out from my family home in 2018. I adopted Sorento in 2019. I also had cats, since I was about 8 years old, my family bred Cornish Rex's for a few years. We live in a spacious house, with a beautiful garden and plenty of space for animals to play together, or have some quiet time seperately. We have enough space, to keep your baby away from our animals for the initial adjustment. We also live close to the beach and with a nice park nearby. We are a very active family, so your baby can definitely count on some great walks on the beach/in the woods, or even runs for higher energy friends. As we both work from home, we have the freedom to fit our time around looking after/walking your dog. We also have a car, so can arrange pick-up/drop-off. As I work full time from home, I am happy to have your baby around for boarding, and since Wojtek works part-time he has a freedom to walk your dog, at any time of the day if needed. Feel free to message us any questions you might have. As we work from home, we are available to take your pup/cat in for boarding any time of the week. Wojtek is also able to offer walks during the weekdays as he works part-time. I have a fenced garden, and our dog is extremely friendly so he can keep your baby entertained. I have experience caring for an older and paralysed dog, know how to administer medicines, and do dog CPR.

About: I’ve owned cats and dogs my entire life. Recently my dog passed away so looking forward to spending time around dogs as I miss him. I’m used to the frequent need to potty and the constant need for attention. I own a ginger nutty cat Hercules and 2 rescue kittens who are high energy and love dogs. I am a nurse however I will only put my availability for my days off so I can provide all my attention to your animals. Also on my days off my husband is around mostly to help with any boarding of dogs/cats. If I’m marked as unavailable please feel free to message me about boarding or house sitting as depending on your pets needs I may be able to help still. I have cats to keep your fur baby company and i have a gated garden that I can use for fun that would be supervised at all times.

About: My childhood dog passed recently so I miss having a dog around the house so I would love to spend time looking after other furry friends! I’m back from University until the middle of September. I have another job but I am flexible around the days and times I’m not working since I work part time. Taking care of my dog changed a lot since he was very old and couldn’t really go on walks in the last few years of his life since he couldn’t walk far but we made sure he spent time in the garden and took him on shorter walks when he could. If he couldn’t, we gave him some enrichment by playing with him in the house🐶

About: Hi, I’m Michaela 👋🐾 I am a fully licensed and insured home dog boarder with a genuine lifelong love for animals. I hold an OFQUAL Level 3 Award in Canine Care, Behaviour and Welfare and I am fully trained in Canine First Aid and CPR, so your dog’s safety is always my top priority. I previously worked in a veterinary practice for a year, where I gained valuable hands-on experience in animal care and handling emergency situations. That experience gave me a deep understanding of dog health, behaviour and wellbeing. I have been surrounded by animals all my life, and friends and family have always trusted me to care for their pets. I treat every dog that stays with us as part of the family — with patience, kindness and lots of affection. At home, I have a friendly 4-year-old Weimaraner who absolutely loves making new friends and enjoys playtime and walks. My 11-year-old son is wonderful with animals and has grown up respecting and understanding how to behave calmly around dogs. 🏡 Dogs stay in a loving family home environment 📸 Daily updates and photos for peace of mind 🐾 Meet & greets welcome before booking 📄 5 star licence 📄 Fully Insured ✳️ First Aid & CPR Certified Your dog’s comfort, safety and happiness will always come first with me. I understand how important it is to feel confident when leaving your pet, and I will always care for them as if they were my own. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family member 🐶 This is my full-time job, so I’m home all day and able to give your fur baby plenty of time, attention and care. I am fully licensed and insured for your peace of mind. I have a large, secure garden with high surrounding walls and a locked gate at all times, along with a Ring camera for added security. The garden is extremely private and not overlooked, with no immediate neighbours. There is also a pond, and dogs are welcome to swim if they enjoy it. I never leave dogs unattended while they are outside, so they are always supervised.

About: I absolutely love animals and dogs in particular. I grew up with a beautiful black Labrador and I have so many lovely memories of him. Dogs are an important part of a family and I would love to take care of your precious pet when you need someone to trust. I provide natural dog treats for your dogs arrival and outdoor space to play with balls etc 🐶🐾🐕 your dog will have lots of love and fun with us so you can leave them with no worries at all. I have lots of experience with nervous dogs and know the perfect route to walk them near me that has little to no dogs around. We do not own any animals apart from our tortoise Scaley who lives in a cage in the kitchen 🥰 I have my own business and work from home most of the day so it will be no problem to incorporate a lovely dog into my daily routine. I have plenty of time and love to give and it would be an honor to have your doggy in my home. I have a garden which is unfenced down the side but I will be able to take dogs to the park for a run around and for walks in more secluded areas for nervous dogs. I have a large kitchen area that can be the perfect place for crates or dog beds and the dogs are welcome in the living room too. We are also happy for dogs to sleep in our bedroom if they prefer. We are flexible and will try our hardest to accommodate your needs.

Xiao did an amazing job looking after our 3 months old Yorkie. It was our puppy’s first time interacting with other fluffy friends, and Xiao handled everything with great care and professionalism, helping her settle in and adapt comfortably. She kept us updated throughout the entire stay, which gave us so much peace of mind. We’re incredibly grateful for her support and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive, and experienced sitter - especially for young puppies.

Frequently asked questions about Rover

The average cost for Doggy Day Care in North East Lincolnshire on Rover is £17.25 per day (as of July 2026). However, all sitters set their own rates based on experience, location, and availability.

Rover makes budgeting the cost of Doggy Day Care easy. As long as your dates and pet profiles are correct, the price you see before you book is the same price you pay for Doggy Day Care. For more information on service fees, click here .

There are 148 sitters on Rover for Doggy Day Care in North East Lincolnshire. About 86% of North East Lincolnshire sitters can respond to requests in under 60 minutes. Whether you are planning ahead for public holidays, need last-minute care, or need same-day cover for an urgent trip, you can message multiple sitters at once to find available care.

Once you find the right match, you can arrange a Meet & Greet to ensure they are a perfect fit for your pet’s personality before confirming.

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later collection to match your North East Lincolnshire commute.

If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust collection and drop-off times when needed.

Your dog’s first day care experience is a big milestone! To help your pup settle in comfortably, we recommend:

  • Food and treats portioned for the day, with feeding instructions
  • Your dog's lead and collar (ensure tags are up-to-date)
  • Any seasonal gear, such as paw-safe wax for winter or a cooling vest for the summer
  • Medication, if applicable, with clear dosage notes
  • Any special care instructions or training tips to help your sitter provide the most personalised care possible

Tip: Upload this information directly through the Rover app before drop-off. The more context you provide, the better your sitter can tailor the day to your dog.

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog's vaccines is the best way to be 'boarding ready'. Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Sitters in Yorkshire and the Humber may request that your dog be up-to-date on core vaccines, such as Canine Distemper, Canine Parvovirus, Canine Adenovirus (also known as DHP or DHPPi), Leptospirosis and Kennel Cough. Cats may be required to have Feline Panleucopenia Virus, Feline Herpesvirus, Feline Calicivirus, and Feline Leukaemia Virus up to date.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

If you would like updates while you’re away, you can discuss with your sitter how many or how frequent you’d like those updates to be. The Rover app allows sitters to send photos, videos, and messages about your pet, including how many pee or poo breaks occured. You can message your sitter at any time through the app and our support team is available for dedicated customer support by email or chat if you have concerns.

The personalised, in-home nature of pet care through Rover can mean more individual attention for your pet.

Every sitter on Rover must pass an identity verification before they can list their services. An identity verification confirms that the sitter is who they say they are based on their documents.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to £25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit our Trust & Safety page .

Emergency support is available by phone or email in English, French, German, and Spanish from Mon-Sat 9am to 6pm. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a qualified vet or offer other resources to help.

If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s booking protection means Rover Support will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes dedicated customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement programme for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to £25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

We require sitters to operate in compliance with applicable local licensing requirements. In England, pet sitters who board dogs or provide doggy day care as a business may need a valid licence under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. When vetting your sitter, ask if they meet local licensing requirements for dog boarding. This confirmation is important for coverage under the Rover Guarantee. Read more about our requirement for following local licensing requirements .
