“This is the third time my dog has stayed with Caroline and we wouldn’t go anywhere else now for dog boarding. Caroline (along with her husband and daughter) are the perfect hosts - so caring and attentive to my blind dog. Of course she’s a princess in my eyes, but I know that Caroline and her family care for my girl in the same loving way. I have complete peace of mind that my girl is in safe, loving hands whilst I’m away.”

She replied to all my messages quickly, and was very thorough to make sure that Maggie's routine wasn't too disrupted and her stay was as comfortable as possible. She was very reassuring of my worries about leaving a crazy puppy with someone new for her first night away from home, and even met up with us beforehand so that Maggie could meet her and see the house before she went to stay overnight. She sent regular updates and pictures throughout the stay, and I could see that she was really settled and having a great time getting lots of walks love and attention! I would definitely recommend Millie, and Mags can't wait until I next go away so that she can go and visit her new best friend❤️”

“We were a little apprehensive about leaving Charlie with strangers (first time) but we figured it would surely be better than kennels. The communication was good building up to the stay and stayed really good throughout our time away. We were sent pics/vids and it was clear that Charlie was having the best of times! I think the added bonus of another friendly spaniel and a child in the house made her stay even more worthwhile. The family are clearly doggy people and I would highly recommend!”

“Our two dogs loved staying with Sara, they seemed very comfortable from the minute they were introduced and throughout. Sara was great with updating us and we would recommend her services :) thanks again! 🐾”

I felt at ease whilst away knowing my dog was having a lovely time and being treated extremely well. I highly recommend Emma to anyone needing love and care for their pets and wanting guilt free time away. ❤️ thankyou Emma. X”

About: I have been around cats and dogs for as long as I can remember! My childhood was surrounded by puppies, which we hand reared and we always had a family cat. Growing up, I’ve helped take care of cats for family and friends - moving into my uncles house to take care of this FIVE cats while he went abroad. I’ve also worked in animal care when travelling around Australia, working on farms and at a show jumping stable. I’m an animal lover, through and through, and think there’s no better love or company than that of a pet!

About: The safety, comfort, and wellbeing of every pet in my care is my highest priority. As a DBS-checked, qualified, and insured pet care provider studying Animal Behaviour and Welfare at university, I understand how important it is for owners to feel confident that their pets are in safe and capable hands. I have experience caring for cats as well as dogs, regularly looking after my boyfriend's cat and helping care for my grandparents' cats. This has given me experience with different feline personalities, from affectionate and social cats to those who are more independent and prefer a calmer approach. I understand that every cat has their own routine, preferences, and boundaries, and I always take the time to build trust at their pace. Whether providing drop-in visits, feeding, cleaning litter trays, administering basic care, or simply offering companionship, I aim to keep your cat's routine as normal and stress-free as possible while you're away. I also believe communication is key, so I'll keep you updated with messages and photos for complete peace of mind. Your home will always be treated with respect, and your pet will receive the same care, patience, and attention that I would give my own. 🐱💚 Calm, reliable, welfare-focused care tailored to your cat's individual

“Xiao did an amazing job looking after our 3 months old Yorkie. It was our puppy’s first time interacting with other fluffy friends, and Xiao handled everything with great care and professionalism, helping her settle in and adapt comfortably. She kept us updated throughout the entire stay, which gave us so much peace of mind. We’re incredibly grateful for her support and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive, and experienced sitter - especially for young puppies.”

“Our Labrador Buddy had the best time with Christine and Luke and their dalmation Hugo. Buddy has a lot of energy and he was a great match for Hugo. Communication with Christine was great and we got lots of videos and pictures throughout the day. The pictures got Buddy’s personality spot on. Highly recommend and would use again.”

About: I've loved animals for as long as I can remember, especially dogs and cats. I grew up with an Alsatian and, as soon as I moved into my own home at 18, I adopted my first cat. My husband shares my love of animals, and together we have a home full of furry family members! We have two beautiful cats (both aged 5), our wonderful 14-year-old Jack Russell cross, Rocky, who still thinks he's a puppy, and our affectionate 11-month-old Labrador, Sonny. Despite his size, Sonny is incredibly gentle, friendly and loves both people and other animals. I work part-time for the NHS, which has helped me develop responsibility, reliability and a caring nature. When your pet is with us, they'll be treated as part of the family, with plenty of love, attention and care. My husband is home every other week, so there's often someone around to keep your pet company. We also have two children, aged 13 and 10, who have grown up surrounded by animals. They are kind, gentle and respectful around pets and absolutely love helping to care for them. Over the years I've looked after pets for friends and family, and they've often encouraged me to join Rover because they know how much I enjoy caring for animals. Having trained Sonny from a puppy, I'm also happy to reinforce basic training and routines if you'd like me to. I'm also happy to administer medication (oral or topical) if your pet requires it, as long as I'm given clear instructions. I understand that every pet has their own routine, and I'll do everything I can to ensure they feel safe, comfortable and settled while in my care. I know that leaving your pet with someone else can feel daunting, so I'll keep you updated with regular messages, photos and videos, giving you complete peace of mind while you're away. I'd love the opportunity to meet you and your pet. If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to get in touch! Im currently working part time, usually a Tuesday and a Thursday, however my husband is home alot. I often home work also. I can help most days/weekends. Just message me ☺️ I have a very large garden with lots of doggy toys etc! A large fence and wall. My labrador is very safe in my garden. I also have CCTV outside both front and back. If you need me to visit your home I am extremely tidy, clean and responsible. Safety is my main priority for your furry friend.
“Natalie is lovely and we were very impressed at the care She showed Lexi. Lexi can be quite stressed with new situations but Natalie's calmness really settled her. The photos showed how She enjoyed her time with her! We would definitely recommend Natalie as a competent dog sitter”

“Sarah and her husband are a lovely couple with a lovely house and a lovely garden. The place is a very nippy drive from the centre of Lincoln and you get stunning views of the Cathedral on the way. They clearly adore animals and Sparky had a wonderful time. I wasn't expecting her to be walked because Sparky is very strong willed and rarely allows anyone else but me to walk her. However, Sarah struck up a strong rapport and did take her out. Brilliant care and very happy with all she did for her whilst I was working. An easy 5 star rating.”

About: Iv taken care of dogs from a very young age. Iv always had a dog around me throughout my life. When I was younger I used to take my dogs and my neighbours dogs for their daily walks. “Dan is so accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and we had no qualms leaving our baby puppy with him knowing he would be treated like one of his family. It's always an anxious time leaving your pup but Oscar came home, happy and content, exercised, fed, watered and loved 😍 Highly recommend Dan and we hope he will be a big part of Oscars future thank you!”

“Luke and his partner were so kind and understanding when they looked after Cilla for the day (it was the first time we had left her with someone). They sent a photo and update and we discussed what I could take to help her settle further when she has an overnight stay. Thank you!”

About: I absolutely love animals and dogs in particular. I grew up with a beautiful black Labrador and I have so many lovely memories of him. Dogs are an important part of a family and I would love to take care of your precious pet when you need someone to trust. I provide natural dog treats for your dogs arrival and outdoor space to play with balls etc 🐶🐾🐕 your dog will have lots of love and fun with us so you can leave them with no worries at all. I have lots of experience with nervous dogs and know the perfect route to walk them near me that has little to no dogs around. We do not own any animals apart from our tortoise Scaley who lives in a cage in the kitchen 🥰 I have my own business and work from home most of the day so it will be no problem to incorporate a lovely dog into my daily routine. I have plenty of time and love to give and it would be an honor to have your doggy in my home. I have a garden which is unfenced down the side but I will be able to take dogs to the park for a run around and for walks in more secluded areas for nervous dogs. I have a large kitchen area that can be the perfect place for crates or dog beds and the dogs are welcome in the living room too. We are also happy for dogs to sleep in our bedroom if they prefer. We are flexible and will try our hardest to accommodate your needs.

My passion for animals has led me to gain hands-on experience in a variety of settings. I currently volunteer at Lincolnshire Wildlife Park, Nunnys Farm, and a local dog grooming salon, where I work with animals of different species, sizes, temperaments, and care requirements. I am DBS checked, qualified, and fully insured, and I always put animal welfare at the heart of everything I do. Whether I'm walking your dog, providing drop-in visits, or pet sitting, you can trust that your pet will be treated with the same love, patience, and care that I would give my own. 🐾 Professional, reliable, and passionate about animal welfare – ensuring every pet is happy, safe, and well cared for. 💚 As a full-time university student studying a BSc (Hons) Animal Behaviour and Welfare, animals are a huge part of both my academic and personal life. “Luke and Michelle have been amazing with our bulldog Travis 🧡 we needed Travis looking after overnight at very last minute and they where quick to offer there help, and put our minds at ease. They kept us updated with pictures and messages throughout he’s stay, plenty of walks, loads of play time and made a new friend in Sydney. Thank you so much would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Hayley was absolutely amazing with our Staffy Lola! She looked after her as her own. After being very nervous about leaving her for the first time overnight, Hayley made me feel so comfortable knowing she was in the best care! She sent lots of photos of Lola to us out on walks and having cuddles 😊 Lola was very happy staying with Hayley & her son. I couldn’t think of a better person to of chosen to look after her. I very highly recommend Hayley to anybody looking for somewhere to leave there pets overnight in a loving family home. Thank you so much Hayley I will definitely be using you again and recommending you to everybody I can.”

“Frankie loved his stay with Christine & Luke & Hugo! I’m sure Hugo & Frankie will be friends for life. Christine kept me happy by sending lots of videos & picture updates, I felt at ease & knew Frankie was being loved & looked after. Thank you so much for looking after my fur baby, I would highly recommend this wonderful family & home 🥰🐾”

“Kirsty and the whole family were absolutely amazing!!! Dotty didn’t want to leave and they looked after her like she was their own. Amazing service Dotty can’t wait to go back to see her new bestie!”

“We're so grateful that we found Maisie to take care of our Molly while we were away for a week. We couldn't have wished for a more beautiful and perfect place for her to stay. We got regularly updated with pictures and videos and it made us happy to see our little lady happy running around and enjoying herself. Thank you ❤️”

“After Sarah agreed to look after Henry. We went to meet her and her husband Bob. Henry took an instant liking to both. We went back for a second meet, Henry ran straight upto them and into the house and made himself at home. I had no doubts what so ever leaving him with Sarah and Bob. Sarah sent photos of Henry, he looked happy and at home. I can't recommend Sarah enough to look after your dog. He will be so well looked after. Will certainly be booking Henry in again. Thank you very much Sarah and Bob for my worry free weekend knowing Henry was with you.”

“We couldn't be happier with the care Ellie and Adis gave our Indie. We were anxious to leave her but Ellie was very professional and reassured us with an initial meet up, where she learned all about Indie's quirks! We had regular updates with photos and videos and it was clear just how happy, confident and safe she felt with them. We are so grateful for such a positive experience.”

“Matthew was caring and conscientious whilst looking after our little dog. The circumstances were less than ideal, the weather was 30 degrees and she unfortunately had an illness which required antibiotics, although she was well in herself by the time we left her, she still needed to finish her course of medication whilst staying with Matthew. Matthew kept me updated and in touch the whole time, and immediately shared any concerns, and acted as necessary. Thank you Matthew”

About: I am flexible to support your fur child, as long as they’re happy to be with a large golden retriever named Douglas (4 year old). I work from home so can ensure your pooch is a priority, we have a lovely enclosed garden and local walks nearby. I’ve looked after friends and families dogs throughout my life and a huge dog lover. Douglas even has his own TikTok if you wish to view the fun we have: teachm........ I’m used to big dogs growing up with a German Wirehaired Pointer and we also had a Border Terrier. All shapes and sizes are welcome in my home. My schedule usually starts between 6-7am, we are up and out with Douglas. I’m usually logged on my laptop from home at 8:45am finishing at 17:15pm. I manage my own diary and can book meetings around your dogs needs. I live at home with my partner who is on 12 hour shifts, so he is in/out depending on his schedule. After work we have another walk. Bedtime around 9-10! Douglas sleeps downstairs but we don’t mind dogs upstairs too, whatever they are comfortable with. I have a fenced garden, space for them to explore and open house for them to sit on several sofas! I’m happy to cater for their needs, ensuring their usual schedules are followed as much as possible. Douglas is super friendly and happy to welcome visitors.
“Izzy has just a 2 night stay with Joseph & Helen and thoroughly enjoyed it, I don't think she wanted to leave to come home 😂 We had plenty of updates whilst we were away and feel very confident in using Joseph & Helen again in the future!”
