We felt very comfortable from the initial meet and greet and knew that Nelly would be in safe hands and have a great time with their dog Merlin, a lovely border collie. Nelly is a big boisterous girl so having a dog that could match her energy levels and playfulness was important for us. While we were away, we received regular updates, photos and videos of Nelly enjoying long walks and relaxing in their home which was comforting and helped us relax on our holiday more, knowing that Nelly was having such a great time. She had such a great time that when we brought her home, she sulked for a few hours, clearly missing her new companions!
