“I would recommend Polly and her husband fully! She scheduled a meet and greet before the actual appointed date and I thought that was smart. I know that many of the Rover people do this. It takes extra time, but is well worth it! Polly was incredibly professional, welcoming of myself and my pup and really seems to care about this, not just as a business, but as a way to love your dog when you have other life demands. She messaged me the day before, as a reminder, and sent me pictures and messages throughout the day when my dog was with her. I will be using her again.”

She was welcomed like one of the family and taken great care of from the minute she arrived, walks and cuddles a plenty!! Communication from the time of booking through to collecting Dooey was exceptional and it was lovely and heartwarming to receive photos and videos during her stay. I would highly recommend Max and her family for a loving nurturing home for your fur babies little holiday’s away. We will most definitely book Dooey a return stay.”

About: I share my home with a young Labrador who is happiest when he has another dog to play with. People always comment on how well trained he is — good manners, listens well, and he reads other dogs well. Certainly helps that he is addicted to food. On walks, energy is his default setting; other dogs are his favourite thing in the world. I am very flexible as I work from home, so I follow your routine: feeding times, meds if needed, and any house rules you set. I send updates during the stay. I’m happy to do a meet and greet before you book, so we know the dogs get on (Hank always will). Once they do, your dog gets supervised play, walks, and a tired, happy evening, all in green fields in a safe little village.

“Ben was calm with Hugo who hasnt really stayed with others before and is a total Mummy boy so was anxious at times. Ben handled him well, took him to play ball to keep him entertained and Hugo may not always show it but seemed to have a good time, and he was well looked after. The update videos and photos really helped as I was anxious leaving him. 5/5 home and service for your pets.”
