For 13 wonderful years, I was blessed to share my life with my beautiful Cavapoo, Colby. He was my constant companion, my best friend and I will always feel incredibly honoured that he chose me every day. The bond we shared shaped the way I care for animals and reinforced my belief that every dog deserves to feel safe, understood, loved and completely at ease. Following Colby's passing, I found myself deeply missing the daily joy of giving that love and care to a dog. It is this, more than anything, that inspired me to begin this new chapter. My experience extends well beyond everyday care. During Colby's later years, he bravely lived with heart failure, requiring an extensive and carefully managed medication regime. I administered multiple medications with precision, consistency and dedication while closely monitoring his health, comfort and changing needs. This experience has given me invaluable confidence in caring for senior dogs, administering medication and supporting dogs with ongoing medical conditions, always with patience, compassion and meticulous attention to detail. When you dog is in my care, they will be treated as my own family - with warmth, gentleness and genuine affection. My promise is to provide not only a safe and reliable service, but a nurturing environment where you dog feels secure, loved and truly at home 🐶❤️ I provide full-time, dedicated care tailored entirely to your dog's individual needs and routine. About: I am a professional pet sitter and have been set up as a business “Pet Sitting By Nicola” since August 2018. I began as predominantly a live-in overnight pet sitter, but I can now offer regular weekly dog walks and pet visits, along with ad hoc walks and visits. The pet visits I offer can include feeding, medication, health checks, dog walks, pop in visits for toilet breaks, company and enrichment activities. I have completed my Canine and Feline first aid certificates, a pet sitting diploma and many other canine qualifications with the Dog training college including certificates in separation anxiety, reactive dogs, rescue dogs, and dog psychology/behaviour. I have an additional 3 years experience in pet sitting prior to setting up my business (overnight and day sits) for friends and family. I also have 3 years experience dog walking on a voluntary basis for elderly and terminally ill hospice patients via St Nicholas Hospice and Our special Friends animal charity. I have experience with small, medium and large dogs with the majority of dog breeds. I have experience caring for dogs with joint disease including IVDD, Hip Dysplasia, Arthritis, as well as paralysed dogs and those recovering from surgery. I can help with other animals too including birds, small furries, reptiles and some farm animals including goats, ducks and pigs. I live in your home looking after your pets overnight, replicating their normal routine to ensure they are settled and content. I will need to go out for approx. 4 hours over the lunch periods for dog walks, along with a couple of hours morning and evening for personal errands and short pet visits. But should your pet require more company this may be possible on selected dates for an extra hourly charge. I take good care of peoples properties and I clean up after myself. As well as providing care for your pet, I offer security for your home. I follow the clients instructions to care for their pets, and I can offer quality time in the hours I’m home with the pets giving company, walks, enrichment and play. I include small tasks around the house like putting bins out, collecting post, taking in deliveries, and 5 minutes of plant watering. Should more plant watering be required I can offer this for an additional charge.

About: I’ve always been a huge animal lover and understand just how important pets are as part of the family. Growing up, I had six cats and a Golden Labrador, and I now have a lovely Cocker Spaniel of my own, so I’m experienced with both cats and dogs and comfortable caring for pets of different ages and personalities. I work full-time as a Cardiac Physiologist at West Suffolk Hospital, and in my free time I enjoy taking my Cocker Spaniel on long walks, spending time in the garden, and being outdoors. I’m available for pet care in the mornings and evenings before and after work, as well as throughout the weekend. I can also offer overnight pet sitting when needed. About: I have grown up with and always loved animals. I regularly look after dogs of varying breeds (and personalities) for friends and family which I absolutely love. My experience varies from stubborn Huskies to yappy Jack Russel's to needy Siamese cats while also loving my own boisterous Labrador. This also varies in age, from my own 1 year old Labrador who we have had since a puppy, to more senior dogs who prefer a slower pace of life. I am understanding of the fact that different breeds and ages have different needs and requirements when it comes to daily care and I am always happy to incorporate this into their daily routine. Please feel free to message me for anymore information or any questions you may have. I currently work from home on Tuesdays and Wednesdays so will be around all day. I have a Labrador of my own, so we are in the routine of letting the dog out regularly, providing two walks a day and doing regular check ins to make sure there is plenty of water and all needs are met. Our garden is fully enclosed so the dogs are able to venture in and out as they please. My Labrador is still crated at night, however if your dog does not require crating this is fine. During the day, you dog will never be left for more than two hours. They layout of our house is slightly different, with the living area being on the first floor. This may not always be the best for more senior dogs. If there is any issues with this then please let me know.

About: I'm retired and can give your pet virtually 24hr care. I'm an avid walker and will take your pet on lovely woodland walks and visits to country estates, beach etc. I have owned my own dogs for the past 30 years but am currently without one, hosting dogs allows me to enjoy, fuss and soil even more. I am at home most of the day except when I'm at the gym in the morning, my daily routine is flexible so I always have time for walks and I'm often in the garden or doing chores around the house, under the watchful eyes of your pet! I have a fully walled garden and lots of green walks straight out my front door. Pets are welcome on furniture and beds if that's what their used to at home. I try to follow their home routine as far as I can. I use a local secure dog park with a pool if required for the additional cost of the session.
